Premier league is the only major league which has neck to neck battle till the last days to decide the winner as well the ones getting to top 5 places for champions league and Europa league. The current lead of Arsenal this early in the league is surprising and would be a great job to hold the lead to the final days. The favorable thing for Arsenal is the teams in 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions are not exactly their competitor. Another team that is in the run for title is Manchester City which is 6 points behind and their most fierce competitor Liverpool is 7 points behind.
Sunderland has done amazing job winning but I don't think they can keep it till the end. Bournemouth and Tottenham have just played easier teams.

Those three are teams that would have a sudden breakout from there various places because I also think that two other different clubs are the ones that will be in much competition not now but later they will. Crystal Palace is on 2:0 to Liverpool, if Crystal Palace win this match is going to be the most opposite and Irony match of the day, but why is everybody claiming victory on Liverpool recently after all the good names? . Arsenal is on 1:0 after they nearly got few early goals from Brighton because this wasn't an intimidating match for Brighton with what there performance is.

I think Sunderland is really surprising this days,  the Iast match i watched Sunderland against Nothinham forest that day  I have no doubt that Sunderland will really perform great. wining Chelsea two goal to one (2:1)  it is very impressive I couldn't even believe that Sunderland  wil win that match against Chelsea so no team in the premier league is little , As the Gunners if they we maintain their momentum I have no doubt they will  left the trophy this season as for man city they  we only end up on the top four , Harland will have the golden boot he is always a golden boy.

My doubt I have with this team is that, how can a relegation team come to play with other teams like Chelsea to win them, like this is a kind of the world champions, and we can tell that this season, in terms of performance Chelsea are doing their possible best. Sunderland are basically sitting at the second position. I know that they may likely drop with time and more games to come, but this is quite entertaining as no one can ever predict this score from them. I will just say wow!. Well let us all wait and see how the season will surely end, if they can maintain a good form as they have already started the pace.

Don't make it complicated dear, football is just like what you put is what you get. If a newly promoted team do the necessary preparations, they can even win the league. Remember Leicester right, how they came out of the blue to win the league before retiring to their shell and never to rise again till date? Sunderland may not be aiming to win the league but they are definitely not returning to the championship next season as they have come to stay in the apex devision.

This is not easy to predict, but I think these teams a doing a good job right now and in the Premier League a good start is very important. Sunderland and Bournemouth might fall out of the top four, but I will not be surprise if Tottenham maintain their position and end up in the top four. It's still early in the season, but they are having a good start right now and some of the so called big teams are very poor right now. Let's just keep watching and enjoy the rest of the season as it unfolds.

If Sunderland and Bournemouth don't keep improving, they will lose the top four positions before the end of the season. Some of these conventional top four clubs are just going through a temporary setback. They would soon put their house in order and start their title race vigorously. I also don't trust Tottenham to continue holding the third position, but I might also be wrong.

Sunderland is better than Bournemouth; Bournemouth staying insecond place in the table is really a good sign that they are doing well. Sunderland is not weak, and they are also doing great compared to how they performed last season. Bournemouth is doing great.

I can’t really predict how this match will go, because this club’s performance is not really that bad, and I’m expecting some good from both of them, so this prediction could be difficult for me to do, because the two clubs have almost the same chance of winning this match.

This is insane, Liverpool are truly in a slump with so many new top players. This time, they were even completely slaughtered by Crystal Palace, 0-3 at Liverpool's home ground. Just imagine how bad this club is, unable to score a single goal. In fact, they conceded three goals, plus one red card, even though Liverpool had already conceded two goals before the red card. Truly embarrassing.

By the way, besides Crystal Palace's victory, Newcastle also secured a 2-0 victory over Tottenham. This was also a tight match. Tottenham dominated the match, even having significant attacks. However, of the five shots on target, Newcastle were able to hold on and mount crucial attacks.

Maybe they are just deep in form or there's a problem in their dressing room which we don't know of, because the way they have declined of recent is just alarming and surprising at the same time. If someone had told us before the season began that Liverpool was going to be like this at this stage of the season, I'm very sure that non of us was going to agree to that. Just look at how Crystal Palace alone has won Liverpool in all their 3 meetings so far this season.

If there was a problem in dressing room it would have been out by now but since there is nothing to see if there was a problem then there might not be problem at all but just defense, midfielders and strikers who doesn't understand there team work anymore because they perform differently. They have meet Crystal Palace too often this season and non have they perform to be bigger because  every spot favour Crystal Palace, first was draw, second time victory for Crystal palace and this third time the most disgraceful of them all, so this means you are correct that if they brought them together again it will be the fourth victory Crystal palace will have.

Honestly from this point I think slot is clueless, how can you lose in front of the Kop to crystal palace again, to me this defeat is on him and it unacceptable. It more like a tradition now to lose to crystal palace, it the second time they have lost to them this season.

Now Liverpool are out and they only have 3 more trophies to chase and they are all slipping away or rather they are not favorite in all of them. They are very far behind Arsenal in the premier league, in the champions league also we have seen them drop points and in the FA cup which is yet to start they can’t be considered favorites.

That is what many people want you to believe, but we have seen just recently City win it four years in a row, and we have seen Liverpool easily win last season too. So we can safely assume that the competitiveness of premier league is an old tale and not really that much common anymore.

While it's true that we are seeing some smaller level teams, like sunderland being second place, or forrest doing great last season etc, those are great, but we had same stuff in other leagues, like girona doing ucl thanks to one good season and what not. Premier league fans are overreacting on the "equality of chance" for their teams, there is none, bournemouth won't win it, brentford neither, nor sunderland. It maybe 2 or 3 good teams, that's about it. Arsenal, City, Liverpool, who else could even win it?

Every team has its own hard work and performance, due to which it strengthens itself and if it comes to Arsenal, they have really been seen playing quite well and I am sorry that Brighton is losing to every team, they have also lost to Bayern Munich and have lost to other teams. The strength of Liverpool and Manchester City is now somewhat better, so they are still not at the strength that they need to attract people. Because there is still some deficiency in the record of Manchester City and the record of Liverpool, which they can overcome. Arsenal was late in scoring but still they scored 2 goals with good struggle and won.

Liverpool decline is very apparent, Arne Slot is under pressure again after Crystal Palace destroyed and eliminated Liverpool from the Carabao Cup, and this incident Palace did at Anfield, it was truly extraordinary in my opinion. I don't know the reason behind Arne Slot decision to rotate heavily in this game, whether he wanted to give his core players more rest ahead of another important game or whether he was starting to lose confidence in his core players due to the poor results they had achieved recently.
The substitutes entrusted by Arne Slot in this game were also unable to capitalize on the opportunity. Now Liverpool have lost 6 of their last 7 games. It seems that Liverpool's suffering is not over yet and this condition is very risky for them because this season the EPL is very competitive and reduces their chances in the UCL.

I really don't understand what is going on in Arne Slot's head, because I still don't understand why he will rest all his first team and end up with such embarrassing loss. He should have known how Liverpool has struggled against Crystal Palace lately and still decide to field such team.
Liverpool is really in a mess right now and I don't think Slot is doing anything to get them out of it, rather he is making the situation worse. But you can't win games comfortably if your defense is in bad shape...    Liverpool are experiencing this problem. You just can't concede as many as you score. This is a high alert situation.

Manchester City had better be grateful enough for Haaland. He carries like a ~66% goal load of his team in the Premier League.

Arteta was criticized right before this game about open play by the way.    But they have really scored a significant amount of goals from set pieces.

This season, many people are losing confidence in Liverpool, a strong team will perform so badly this season, which is beyond imagination. We are constantly seeing that the team is not improving, but their performance is deteriorating day by day. The way the team is losing their matches and losing points at the moment, the players in the team are also losing confidence in them. If a team has to regain confidence, then of course a good coach's leadership and good strategy are needed. If they are not able to win with good strategy, then Liverpool will definitely have their worst season by the end of the season. This season is really a shame for Liverpool that they have such a bad performance in every match, but the coach must try his best to restore their confidence and bring victory through strategy.
