Back with some midweek action with the EPL, and last week was a great week as most favourites won and looking at this week's games I think the same will happen as momentum is everything in football ⚽ unless a few knocks here and there that would force teams to keep their Star ⭐ players off the pitch..

Am expecting Liverpool to continue on their winnings..

Manchester City not really settled in but should win too..

Still Chelsea were missing Palmer in the starting 11 plus missed a few players aswell and i think both teams before the game were pretty equal maybe Arsenal was a little better on paper. Still Arsenal should have won the match,Chelsea got an early red card and i cannot believe that Arsenal didnt take advantage of that,it was a perfect chance to leave Chelsea in the dust and give themselfs a huge lead but now Man City has caught up a little with Arsenal and now its only 5 points difference.

You are right, if Arsenal were a strong club and compact club which make good use of opportunities available to them judiciously, they should have won this match especially when Chelsea got the red card even before half time, I was already happy for Arsenal thinking they will make good use of the opportunity and snatch the chances by winning the match but they did not instead they were just roaming round the pitch missing one goal opportunity or the other. Why I'm worried for Arsenal is, they are still leading the table but every day the chances become slimmer and the gaps closer for others and if they don't be careful with the way things are going, they may end up losing their first position to Chelsea or City soon.

Football doesn't work that way sometimes it's difficult to win a club with red card, some club are more determine when they are one man down. Arsenal is a strong and consistent club this season that they played draw with 10 men chelsea doesn't make them a weak club, they are currently at the league top, with the performance of chelsea and Man city it will be difficult to top Arsenal in the table.
You should be surprised that Arsenal won Bayern Munich in the champions league a club that hasn't lost match this season.

When City lost to Newcastle in the 12th round, it was also not to their advantage  In my opinion, City played very poorly against Leeds and although they earned 3 points, they did not show that they are significantly stronger than them (although they should have since Leeds are a team in the relegation zone). Bookmakers are currently pricing this game as follows:

4.60 - 4.10 - 1.72

Even though Fulham is also close to the relegation zone, I'd say City is overrated here. It's an away game, after all.

Head-to-head record is also a factor that should be taken into account of course. But it shouldn't be the only one. I didn't like the performance I watched by Manchester City against Leeds last week.  

They barely managed to win by 3-2 thanks to another goal by Foden in the stoppage time. Fulham beat Sunderland and Tottenham in a row recently. They would like to upset Guardiola too.



I also still think Guardiola will find the way to win but I don't expect a big score gap.

If they want to stop Arsenal from winning trophies, the only club that can do it is Man City, while Liverpool are already hopeless this season. It would be incredibly frustrating if the Premier League points gap widened too much. Therefore the match against Fulham is an opportunity not to be wasted.

I'm a little worried this season that Man City's good run against Fulham will soon come to an end. My reason for saying this is because of their performance against Leeds United, where they struggled to secure a win. The City defense is a concern, as they frequently concede goals due to the defenders' poor coordination in anticipating the opponent's attacks. Nevertheless, Man City will certainly capitalize on this match to secure a win to prevent the points gap between them and Arsenal from widening.

It's a premier League game, so we all should be be expecting a fierce and interesting game here, but the odds are favouring Newcastle United to win convincingly in this game because they are in a better form than Tottenham and added with the fact that they have a more superior head to head record between them in recent games, so they are going to be the best team to place my money on if I would be staking on a direct winning, but the options I prefer is goals, not by choosing any side to win, so i will be going with over 0.5 goals in the first half of this game.

I don't know if Manchester City would later bounce back to their best form as time goes on but for now there are only two clubs I consider top contenders to win the league and they're but London clubs which are Arsenal and Chelsea. After winning Barcelona and drawing Arsenal, that's a sign that Chelsea is very serious this season, they're doing well in the Champions League and in the EPL so it's a sign.
 I've taken my mind off Liverpool for long, I'll rather belive in Manchester United than see Liverpool as one of the tough competitors this season until they start showing seriousness again, I'm not even sure they'll defend the title and right now the race is between Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City for the time being, only time would tell if Arsenal would behave like they did in the previous season, I hope they don't.

City's performance in recent matches hasn't been great, having lost to Leverkusen and Newcastle. They won against Leeds, but by a narrow margin. This should motivate Fulham to spring a surprise on City. However, as you said, beating City isn't easy. And my prediction is the same: City will win.
The Newcastle vs. Tottenham match will be quite interesting. Tottenham have had poor results in their last two matches, while Newcastle will come into the match with confidence after beating City and Everton. I think Newcastle will win because Tottenham's poor form.
And for Arsenal, they'll face Brentford. Brentford aren't a team to beat easily. If City lose, they'll close the gap to Arsenal by just two points. This will certainly motivate Arsenal to win every match to maintain their lead over their rivals.

Arsenal started the season with a wonderful performance and are still putting up such performance till now but not enough to be considered the best because very soon Arsenal will prove there what as they have been doing for years

We can't degrade their success after calling minor consistency they are currently have 17 matches unbeaten streak with their only lost was against champions Liverpool back in August currently they are best team in Premier League and Champions League as well.

Their game against Chelsea was also not bad at all because they are playing with many injuries and still have good result this is good advantage for them now they are having 5 points difference from second spotted Manchester City even this is not big difference but still they are having good chance of staying at the top for long time with their performance and consistency. If they are able to stay till few more rounds this will be increase their confidence, and they could be also able to have better chance of winning title after long time.

Both clubs might not be in a good position right now, but they have a good team. We should expect a good game between these two teams.  Based on the current form, Newcastle seems to be the better side. They are coming into this game with two straight league wins from beating Everton and Manchester City. This shows that they are showing signs of recovery.  Meanwhile, Tottenham lost their last two Premier League games against Fulham and Arsenal. Newcastle will also be at home in St. James' Park which is also an advantage.

No doubt Arsenal has been consistent this season we can't look down on that at all,because not all team can keep that consistency for long,they have played against big teams this season,lose against Liverpool in premier league, won the match against Bayern Munich and draw with Chelsea in Champions league among many other teams they have played with this season.  If they continue like this till the end of the season, then the title will definitely be theirs.  But that will mean keeping and improving on this performance. I believe they can do it but it's not just going to be easy, they have more hardworking teams to compete with. They should just maintain this consistency and change the narrative of previous seasons

Arne Slot has finally found a chance to breathe. However it is still so early for him to be relaxed though. The Sunderland match should also end in a win for him. Otherwise he will continue to be on tenterhooks. 

I didn't like Manchester City against Leeds even a bit despite winning the match. They were bad in defense. Fulham have been good in offense recently. I think both teams will score and Manchester City will win.

Newcastle look better than Tottenham nowadays. I think they can win or at least not lose at home.

Well, I can't deny arsenal's run this season but they bottled their chances to move higher on the table against Chelsea. If man city enters a winning streak, they will not only catch up to arsenal but they could possibly be at the top of the table. Peps knows how to suddenly enter a winning streak, let see if he still has anything up his sleeves.

Paqueta look like someone that gambled on himself or he told some people to bet on him to get the red card, judging from the manner he got the red card, it has made me to believe that he wanted it. The referee tried to make him walk away from the second yellow but he kept on going at it. With the way he was pointing and referring to the referee, it.meant he wanted a red card. His team was down and instead of pushing to score, he was pushing to be sent off, that character is only exhibited by someone who wants to leave the field.

Paqueta has many cases related to gambling, and he was even sanctioned by the English league, prohibiting him from playing. This caused his transfer to Manchester City to be canceled, even though the salary and other terms had already been agreed upon and only the contract signing was left. However, the transfer was canceled because he received a punishment banning him from playing. As a result, Manchester City would have suffered losses because they couldn't field him in matches but still had to pay his salary, leading to significant losses if the transfer had been executed.

He had been sanctioned previously? Why is he still doing what his doing because even a blind man will see that he got that red card intentionally, it was so obvious for all to see that. Maybe the FA might open another investigation against him if they get intel that he was involved in gambling. I'm thinking, what if he told some people to bet on him to get the red card because that very day there were rumours of some gamblers betting on him to be red carded or maybe it's just mere coincidence.
