And what's remarkable is that Aston Villa won this match away from home. I don't know why Chelsea performed like this, and I'm quite disappointed. But I admire Aston Villa performance; they're performing even better than last season. I think they have a chance to compete for the title if they can maintain this momentum. I underestimated Aston Villa against Chelsea. Before they face Chelsea, I believe they are on their 10 game unbeaten streak in all competitions this season, but I doubted them to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea dominated the first half with 71 ball possession and a short on target as well, but they couldn’t do the same thing in the second half. Chelsea has now won two matches in their previous eight Premier League matches, they lost three and draw  three.

I assumed that Aston Villa 10 games winning record would come to an end against Chelsea, but they showed that they can compete with any team in the Premier League this season. Aston Villa has defeat five of the Premier League top six teams this season. The world champions have been struggling recently, they dropped out of top four teams, I hope they win their next game against Bournemouth after a draw in the first leg.

Impressively, Aston Villa remarkable winning over Celsea came as Ollie Watkins appeared off the bench in the second half to secure the victory for his team. Leaving no stone unturned.

Arsenal is definitely able to defeat Aston Villa, firstly Arteta must have to make good use of the team players not the regular lineup. One of the major set back Arsenal is having include lack of proper lineup, each time I watch the gunners play they just don’t have a good structure compared to the early time while Aston Villa is a strong club yet Chelsea challenged the team. Chelsea performance in their last match was just annoying. I know some players didn’t perform well in the match, but the only person that I will be blaming for Chelsea losing the match is just the coach. Chelsea played well in the first half of the match, and they were even winning in the first half of the match, everything changed in the second half of the match, and Enzo Maresca made some stupid substitution in the match which disorganized everything and Chelsea ended up losing the match.

Definitely nobody expected Ollie Watkins to turn the game around after being subbed in, and beat Chelsea. Doesn't mean he did it single handedly, of course he is the man of the match without a doubt but Aston Villa is playing great as a team right now and everyone is looking amazing.

This is not an easy thing to manage and they still managed to do it. Chelsea isn't some small time low level team neither, it was fourth place and if Chelsea won the rankings would have been different.

So Aston Villa doing this is a huge deal and we are talking about a big win over a big rival. I am sure they are going to do worse for a while, because they can't keep winning every single game like these last month and more, so eventually they will lose points somewhere, but I think they will finish great.

Definitely an incredible run of wins from Aston Villa, didn't really expected them to put themselves in that position so easily. Not really looking like they will go down, they made Liverpool get back into fourth place and UCL levels thanks to this win as well.

This was one game where Crystal Palace played all the game, created the most chances, had more shots on target but couldn’t find a goal, not even a disallowed one but Tottenham found ways to make the net.
Richarlison was greatly unlucky in this fixture, scoring 2 goals only to have both of them disallowed by VAR, that was really disappointing for him.

A very good moment for Gray, sticking his head out to perfectly direct that headed backward ball into the net, such a moment to get your first for the team and a winning goal too.

I really recommend Unai Emery for his wonderful work at Aston Villa I must say he's really doing what no one really expects, for yesterday match I already knew it will be a tough game for Chelsea base on Aston Villa's current form I was actually thinking maybe it will end in draw because Chelsea haven't won a match in their recent games so I was thinking maybe highest it will end in draw I didn't expect that lost from Chelsea, but all the same I still appreciate Aston for making the world so quiet and calm because if Chelsea had won the game, the noise pollution would have been much.

First let me start with this game isn’t anything like a David vs Goliath game because if it is so I would have asked who is who and who is not, because least I can think of is that Aston Villa on this current form is actually on same ground as Arsenal, if not better, so to me it is the same level of quality of football that the Unai Emery boys and Arteta boys are playing and seriously none of the club is superior to one another at current. This game is seriously a make or break for Arsenal yet again.

The reason why I said it’s a make or break for Arsenal is that, this is the same fixture over the years which has actually hurt them back and forth, Aston Villa have been a constant fixture which once they loss gives ground to the other title contender, this season they already tested defeat already and it was this defeat that brought Manchester city very close to them. In this game it is not only going to be a thing about Manchester City only but Unai Emery boys can simply go level with Arsenal with a win in this game and with them boasting an impressive record of more than 10 straight league win currently, this is just one of the biggest obstacles for Arsenal to actually win the league this season.

The first half was bad for Aston villa in yesterday's match, I thought that it could have been lost easily by Chelsea and Chelsea lost their winning streak but finally Emery turned things around in the second half quickly, did you see Maresca? he was confused about what happened after the first half ended and entering the second half where the rhythm of the match changed, Aston Villa played their role very well so they were able to win this match.

Yesterday as Chelsea was performing there was open argument they have to be score 2 to 3 goals, but sadly things were not favourable for them and they ended with the score of 1–0, this never justify their performance but in second half.

Aston Villa took control and then never allowed Chelsea to have any chance, super sub Ollie Watkins 58th minute arrival and then 63rd minute first goal and 84th minute match winner which keep them at third spot and now giving them good advantage for taking top spot as well. Liverpool have 7 points difference which is surely big, but coming few games are going to be crucial because top three will be tried their best for having distance and Liverpool need to join them for their best end of this season after having worst start.

However, from what I saw, Aston Villa attacked more and took shots at Robert Sanchez than the other way around. It's clear that Aston Villa had more scoring opportunities than Chelsea in this match. That is a very strong fixture because right now I have been watching Arsenal games and I must say they’re not playing very well, this will be a very strong game and a massive fixture, you’re not the only one that feels Aston Villa can do the double against Arsenal, I believe last season they did the double against Arsenal, so I still think this season wouldn’t be anything difference when you watch how how Arsenal is playing.

It's gonna be a real test for Arteta and his team. If they must remain at the top of the table, they must prove it tomorrow against Aston Villa, the team that gave them there last defeat. At least, Arsenal are playing at the Emirates stadium, it should be a good booster for them as they pursue to retain there position as leaders for now. Of course, Manchester city will win, and if they fail to collect all 3 points from villa, then it's done, they are down.

We remember 3 seasons past, that Aston Villa won Arsenal home and away, and made then loose out from winning the trophy that season, maybe it might repeat this season, who knows.
