Maresca was not sacked by Chelsea. Maresca was the person that decided to leave Chelsea after Chelsea played 1:1 with Manchester City. And if Maresca was not the one that left Chelsea, Maresca would have remained Chelsea manager and managed Chelsea in their next game. But Maresca alone knows the reason he quit Chelsea when he was not sacked. Chelsea are used to sacking managers, so i do not think even if Chelsea's next manager get a proper number 9 and a number 10, Chelsea will not stop sacking their managers.

Was he not happy of playing 1:1 to Manchester City, he must have already wanted to leave and not because of Manchester City draw because no coach in premier League will draw city and feel angry about it.

Although the reason why he left is mostly known to him alone but I believe he may have decide to leave himself to avoid being sacked by Chelsea as we all know Chelsea is used to sacking of coach and this won't favour his portfolio if he is been sacked. Chelsea performance this season isn't that good so if the low performance continues, he may later be sacked. So leaving himself may be a right decision in a situation like this.

The matches today are playing the way I don't even understand, Manchester City 1:1 against Brighton,

With the draw City played today, it has seriously given Arsenal more opportunity to be bold about winning the league titles. Now Arsenal is leading City with 5 point with an outstanding match against Liverpool. Their performance against this match will serious determine if they are really ready for the race with Man City because City is the only opponent here I see that can stop Arsenal from collecting the league titles.

Burnley was wining Manchester United but is been equalised and Manchester United has started wining, City has giving another way for Arsenal as they have been giving for the last three match and if Arsenal beat the next match it will be 8 point.

I'm not really surprise with what Man United played. Do you expect Man United to win? Man United isn't in good form with their head coach, Ruben Amorim. Now, the departure of this head coach will definitely have some effect on the club's performance. I was even expecting Burnley to win this match. If care isn't take with the present crisis in united, he may not be among top 10 this season.

Anyway, I believe in this match it is going to be Arsenal who will win. As they are in good form right now and Liverpool is not so consistent compared to them.

Not only is Arsenal in top form, but Liverpool's form is also in doubt after reports that Alexander Isak, Ekitike, and Mohamed Salah are doubtful for the match. If these three key Liverpool players are absent from tomorrow's match, Arsenal's chances of winning are much greater than we think. It's time for Arsenal to prove that the Premier League can be conquered this season.

what needed to be fixed was the players and not sacking someone as hardworking as Amorim, Manchester united always concedes goals it has become a normal thing in every match. what needs to be done now is focus on fixing their defense and I'm sure amorim would have worked on that if only he had more time. You are absolutely correct and one thing I can not forget about this coach was what he did in the Club world cup I mean that was really a great job and no one was expecting that from Chelsea because of what Paris Saint Germain was playing that period ( last season). Paris Saint Germain was beating everyone so easily whether strong or weak they don't really care but only for Meresca to have everything all planned out in the finals and defeated the strongest team that season 3:1 and after this, Chelsea has the guts to sack this man well is there own loss.

You seems to have forgotten who Chelsea really are,they don't give a dam about what maresca has contributed to the team rather they are looking on how the teams are performing and if the team isn't performing as when they should, chelsea owner wouldn't minding sacking the coach. Chelsea has fired coaches in the pasts who did better more than maresca did yet they fired those coaches and paid them their outstanding contract balance. Chelsea are the biggest losers because they will still pay maresca for all of his outstanding contract despite sacking him so the coach has nothing to lose.

Chelsea have given Arsenal another chance to take this title run to another level, 6pt extension and it seems like the gunners are having a free ride to stay at the top. Man City made a big mess of themselves today, leading since first half till the last minute, honestly this game is going to piss the citizens till they get it right. As it stands Arsenal have everything in their hands and they shouldn't mess this up like last season and the season before, now is go out there and win games, next stop is Liverpool, can they get a win and feel free from much pressure?

When you noted that Arsenal is already cruising 6 points ahead of the other clubs, it sounded like a big deal. But in reality,  6 points is just 2 matches difference which can easily be covered.
Arsenal indeed is doing well this season,  but I will be among those that will hate them for real if they miss the opportunity to win the league or any other league this season.
Manchester City is right behind them and could overtake them anytime if care us not taken.  Mauve this is the time to pray for Arsenal than to praise them.

6 point might be small but from what we saw from Manchester City I don't feel like saying that Arsenal will mess this opportunity up, the have all it takes and tonight Manchester City played another draw against Brighton which is not a healthy result, this isn't what they planned for, dropping point every week and it reduces the pressure on Arsenal which means this is that cruising you talked about. Yesterday, I think there were a lot of surprising results. Bournemouth won 3-2 against Tottenham. Crystal Palace and Aston Villa drew goalless. Everton managed to hold onto a draw despite playing with nine men in the final minutes. Chelsea, on the other hand, were reduced to ten men in the 22nd minute due to Cucurella's disproportionate tackle and couldn't avoid defeat. Despite being down to ten men, they put up a good fight, but in the end, it was a bad match because they lost three points. The Manchester City-Brighton game was another important one and ended in a 1-1 draw. Watching Ferdi Kadıoğlu is a real pleasure for me. As a Fenerbahçe fan, it makes me proud to see a player who came from Fenerbahçe playing at the Premier League level being this good. It's also a huge advantage for the Turkish national team that he's recovered from his injury and is in such good form. In my opinion, he was definitely the man of the match.

Chelsea once again had a bad results, Marc Cucurella shouldn’t have done that as experienced as he is that was a poor tackle and thinking from him the Fulham player utilised the opportunity very well.
Bournemouth was impressive yesterday to defeat Tottenham at the last minute, Antoine Semenyo at it again no wonder City wants him.

3 draw in a row is absolutely disgusting result for City. I believe it's a reflection from how tired their players are.The performance of their attackers are just fallen of a cliff, and yet to be bounce back. They should not rely too much on Haaland. the last chance missed by Haaland showed how he's in the fatigue. He's been regularly starting without even chance to rest. It's also happening with Foden too.
Pep forced them to play too much without even doing regular rotation which can help players stamina to recover. It's just getting even more difficult if Haaland keeps regularly starting without someone to replace him sometimes.

I really like Ferdi Kadıoğlu on the recent 2 weeks. He is making a significant defensive contribution to Brighton recently. He got 2 critical clearances just over the goal line.

That one against Manchester City was really important as they could have lost if it went in. By the way Haaland isn't in a good form these days. He scored a penalty and that's all.

I hope gets better because the team need him while the gap with Arsenal is likely to be even wider now...

Darren Fletcher will probably stay in charge for a few more games. Despite that, I think he's put up a decent statistic. The Portuguese manager was doing the same thing. Moreover, Fletcher is doing it for free. They could sign a manager until the end of the season and then consider hiring a better one at the end.

This is a unique opportunity for Arsenal. Most fans didn't even think about Man City drawing with Brighton yesterday. Although they were able to score early, they couldn't provide security for the defense. Man City's players tried hard to score but the opponent's defense was quite strong. I didn't imagine that the match would be so difficult for Man City. I thought that City would win the match and close the gap on Arsenal. The match was really disgusting. Let forget that Manchester United drew the first game since Ruben Amorim get sacked, Manchester United yesterday performance was very good, the team played well and they deserved to win the game but unfortunately they didn’t win it, Ruben Amorim spoiled Manchester United by using that his unrecognised formation, i never see any team in Premier League that is using that kind of formation, no any big teams will use that kind of form in premier league because they know it can not win games for them. All Manchester United players played well yesterday, Bruno played as a number 8 he did well and also gave assists in the game, the only thing the team needs is a good coach that will unleash the best out of those players.

Manchester United attacked a lot in this match. They had a total of 30 shots and 10 of them were on target. If you think that Manchester United's performance has improved, then you are wrong. We have seen such performances from United many times. They can attack a lot but they are weak in finishing. We saw the same thing in this match.

Manchester United dominated the match, attacked a lot. But they could not win the match. And that is their failure. They shared the points against a weak team like Burnley. What is the point of performing well if they are not able to win against a weak team ?

Manchester United's performance will not improve unless they can appoint an experienced coach. Amorim has worked a lot with this squad. But he could not succeed. It is very difficult to bring stability to United's performance.
