I expected more goals in the Arsenal–Liverpool match. Both teams are great in attack and usually score a lot, but for some reason they ended up playing a 0–0 draw. The most interesting thing was that Arteta got a yellow card — I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw him booked. Now there’s a break in the Premier League because the cup matches are coming up.

That yellow card given to Arteta was the real deal for me in the match yesterday, I mean I've once or twice before see matches where the coach was given a yellow card, but I wasn't expecting the Arsenal coach to get a yellow card yesterday, and not just Arteta, I think the assistant coach to the Liverpool side also got a yellow card moments after Arteta got his own.

Needless to say that I was disappointed with the outcome of the Arsenal v Liverpool match, both team actually did their best but I was expecting arsenal to win, but sure thing is a draw is much better than a Liverpool winning, because I watched the match from the second half and to be honest, Liverpool missed quite a number of opportunities and their ball possession was very interesting, they played better than Arsenal but Arsenal's defensive was very tight.

Fortunately I didn’t bet on Arsenal vs Liverpool match because I would have picked Arsenal to win. It’s disappointing that Arsenal could not bear Liverpool when they are down. The second half was just horrible to watch, Liverpool were pressing as if they were the home team. I hope this dreadful performance doesn’t repeat itself.

Honestly speaking I must say you’re spot on, you watched the game very well, most of the Arsenal fans will not admit that Arsenal performance yesterday was horrible, and I must say that Arsenal didn’t deserve anything less than a loss in that game, Liverpool dominated the game through out it was like Arsenal was away at Anfield then I realized Arsenal was at the Emirates, Arteta couldn’t believe what he saw, I believe he thought he was coming to play a Liverpool team that doesn’t know what they are doing, He was surprised on what he saw at his home ground, just like you’re disappointed now, I’m also disappointed with the outcome of that game, both team should’ve scored a goal, and Liverpool should’ve won the game at the Emirates so Gabriel would be humble.

Arsenal team isn’t humble, and they should not winning the Premier League, Gabriel and Arteta are so arrogant which is why Haaland told them to be humble, they don’t deserve to wear the Premier League medal,  I don’t like their Aura in football games most especially Gabriel Maghalles whatever he is called, he looks like a trouble maker.

Just imagine if Manchester City had won at least 2 of the last 3 games that they drew, the gap woul have closed drastically. I knew it that a big team that's not in form against another big team that's in form the score line will likely not go in favour of what majority thinks. I felt that Arsenal were not going to win Liverpool even though we all know they are in a bad form. Worse case scenario would have been a draw and it happened as I guessed it, but I wasn't expecting a goalless draw though. This was supposed to be a win for them to further increase their chances of winning the league but Liverpool didn't allow it and held them up to a draw. Arsenal were thinking what happened against Aston Villa should have happened as well against Liverpool.

That's a disgraceful moment. I believe 99% bettors were rooting for Arsenal, yet the result really don't give them joy. This is the same moment when i was thinking City was winning, but Chelsea equalized the score. It's such a disastrous moment caused by we're just a few inch from winning, but ended in losing through unexpected ways.
However, Liverpool could win it if Bradley's shoot was not hitting the bar.

The chance you think Arsenal has is only from your own point of view because as for me i cant see any chance for arsenal because its time for arsenal to continue in there culture. If you don't know about the culture am talking about, go back to Arsenal's consistency record for the past 3 years you will see that starting from every January arsenal will start losing form until they give up there position in the first position which was why Manchester city was crowned champions of 2023 and Liverpool 2024 which is about to repeat itself again this season if you don't know.

We are considering Arsenal as temporarily strong because they have really been failing in the last few years. Arsenal's performance is the best and strongest at the moment, but this does not mean that we think they are playing well enough for the title. If Arsenal's performance really continues to be strong like this, then it can be thought about until the end. There was a good and strong match between Arsenal and Liverpool, but neither side scored any goals and both played well in their defense. This result was also expected in this match because both are performing well and both have positions up and down in the table. If Arsenal wants to succeed, they should play well in every match so that their performance remains strong and they continue to work hard for the title.

At this point, I think they need to do a overhaul and that means in every position. We've seen them sign good players who just join the team and then suddenly don't perform. Also, they need to give themselves time which sadly most teams don't give mangers currently which is understandable.

Arsenal and Liverpool can only share points, I think Arsenal can win, but they cannot dismantle the defense built by Liverpool, and vice versa Liverpool also cannot dismantle Arsenal's defense.
But looking at the course of the match, I think this is a fair result for both teams even though I actually hope Arsenal can win. Luckily for Arsenal, because all their competitors also got a draw so that it did not affect the difference in points which was still the same until week 21.

I would have disagreed if someone had predicted that Arsenal against Liverpool would end up in a draw without a single goal. I was very confident that Arsenal would beat Liverpool at home since they are fighting for the league title, and cannot afford to lose any points right now. Arsenal lost the first leg at A Field, I expected them to avenge their defeat by winning the game, but I was wrong, Arsenal has failed to score against Liverpool this season.

Liverpool is the only team Arsenal has failed to score against this season, I cannot remember the last time Arsenal failed to score in their game. It was an opportunity for Arteta to win the match at home and go eight points above Manchester City. They are only just six points ahead of Manchester City after the draw. After the break, Arsenal will face Nottingham Forest.

Liverpool was unfortunate not to have beaten Arsenal, I was watching the game I was thinking in my head that this was a good chance for Liverpool to beat Arsenal again, I believe everyone thought Liverpool was going to be beaten by Arsenal, Unfortunately for Arsenal they saw a different game against Liverpool, they were not expecting Liverpool to turn up so much, but they should’ve know they are playing against the Premier League Champions, I was actually thinking is it the Arsenal people keep telling me are going to win the Premier League.

I was disappointed that Arsenal did not win the match, but I also think it's a game of two halves, so don't make it look like Liverpool deserve to win, rather I think Arsenal still deserve to win the game. Arsenal were the better team in the first half and could have won the game in the first half of they took their chance, Liverpool just defended deep in the first half and was relying on counter attack.
In the second half Liverpool played better than Arsenal,  but still did not get a shot on target all through the match, so I don't understand how you feel they deserve to win the match. How do you expect a team that did not get a shot on target for 90 mins, rather than the team that had 4 shots on target. Anyways I am still disappointed at Arsenal,  but that does not mean that Liverpool deserves to win.

Arsenal team they are a good and strong team this season they have worked hard enough to occupy the top of the points table and now they are occupying the top with a big gap of points. It was a powerful match indeed a point tussle omw to be exact and the deficiency of goals in the match was what really disappointed a lot of us who could have bet on goals for the match as it was with some difficulty to know the team that will win.

A draw for Arsenal in the match with Liverpool was needless onto how very important the three points for Arsenal is in the title rivalry against Manchester City. Liverpool at this junction in the league are no more in the race for the premier league title which makes this 0-0 draw not so a bad result for them.

The worst ever Arsenal - Liverpool game it must be honestly.    This fixture is normally one of the games with the most number of goals in the league history.

But last night I was really disappointed. My bet was on BTTS and I couldn't even get excited. Actually I should admit I did once when Bradley got so close to scoring but his shot hit the post.

Arsenal played horrible in the second half. I wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool won.

The problem with Manchester United is that the management doesn't want to give coaches enough time when they arrive. Something like a three-year contract to restructure the team and let the coach work.

Manchester United's management wants quick results, and in football, when a team is broken, this becomes an extremely difficult task because it takes time for a coach to remove the entire squad and sign new players. Look at Manchester United's squad; it's a weak squad. It's clear that with that squad, they have no chance of fighting for the title.

Liverpool played Arsenal at the Emirates with an inferior attacking set up, with absence of Salah in the AFCON, Isak and Ekitike Injured, with a Frimpong a defender playing in the right wing, and also couldn’t dominate Liverpool, and Liverpool dominated Arsenal in the game, Arsenal was playing a defense at home.

Liverpool should’ve won that game against Arsenal, I’m not satisfied with that horrible draw.

Next time Arsenal wouldn’t be very lucky against Liverpool to get a draw.

You sound like someone who only watched the second half of the game and didn't Watch the first half. Because if you watched the both halves, your wouldn't be sounding the way you are talking or better still, you would have known that the game was like a game shared for the teams in different halves. Liverpool dominated the game all through the second half, no doubt, but the same thing happened in the first half, it was Arsenal all over the pitch. If Arsenal were lucky not to have lost against Liverpool during the second half, then we can also say that Liverpool were also lucky the didn't concede more than two goals in the first half, which would have been enough for them to loose the match entirely.

It's just football, Liverpool came out stronger in the second half more than Arsenal and they dominated. Any football fan that was expecting an easy win for Arsenal yesterday against Liverpool is not a real football fan, because they should know that the same Liverpool who has not won matches will play with there live against Arsenal and any other big team once they clash. For me, I wasn't expecting an easy match, yea, and what I saw was what I expected, they only thing I never expected was that the match will end goalless, both teams not scoring at all.

After these results we are entering the one-week break with a 6-point gap between the leader and its nearest followers in the table. I'm still trusting Arsenal to put an end to this and finally win the title.

Arsenal looked better in the first half but later on they were a disaster! Liverpool could have won this match if they played fearlessly. But Slot preferred a cautious game plan.

Liverpool's unpredictable play has often made even the top team of this season struggle. Last season, Liverpool was the top team. But this season we have seen them fall a lot. Liverpool's unpredictable play really becomes a very dangerous factor for the opponent.

Arsenal and Liverpool played with much the same strength in the last match. Both attacks were the same. However, it seems that Arsenal needs to improve a little more in their game. Not being able to score a goal with the last finishing of the ball is a little disappointing for Arsenal. If Arsenal wants to stay at the top, they will have to give a better performance.

I watched the Arsenal vs Liverpool match and it was really a dull game.
Despite Arsenal playing well in the first half, they were very poor in the second half and couldn’t create any chances.
Liverpool’s most dangerous opportunity was a shot that hit the post.

Arsenal missed an important opportunity, they could have increased the points gap with their rivals but failed to win.

For Liverpool, it looks like Arne Slot’s era will continue for a while longer.

I wanted to watch the match between Arsenal and Liverpool so that i could see if Arsenal can make use of the chance that was given to them by Brighton and Crystal Palace, but i was caught off guard when the game was about to start, and i could not watch the game. I was so disappointed when i found out that Arsenal and Liverpool played 0:0 because Arsenal missed a chance of increasing the points gap between them and Manchester City. When i was scrolling through facebook this morning, i saw a video where an Arsenal defender and goalkeeper committed a blunder that Liverpool could have used to score a goal, but Arsenal were lucky the shot hit the goal post.
