have you ever heard of "buy on rumour sell on news" ?, if you've heard that, you'd think that now is the right time to buy $BNB, regardless of whether they win or lose. The news will quickly spread, when it becomes a win for Binance, you won't have enough time to buy and get instant profits.

Note: my arguments don't act as advice, I am simply conveying the usual things that are happening in the market and the crypto side, so be wise in understanding.

I think doing dca is better. With its current valuation no doubt bnb is one of the competitive market price. With the recent fud which I think they resolved is no doubt a proof of their dedication. But with the centralized nature of bnb many would likely be still afraid to use them. This can pump eventually considering they are one of the leading launchpad platform and has many amazing use case on top cex. However the central functionality is another factor which binance are tied up since they are legit company would do anything for insitutions to recognize them as one of the legal branch of crypto apparently would never get understand by decentralized ways of bitcoin. So where they position themselve if you were in their shoes? Follow the government requirements or believe decentralized anonymous people who told them to be decentralized? Its hard right to pick a team and suffice both sides.

Personally, I think that this is one of the best times to buy this currency, due to the degree of reliability it enjoys, regardless of the troubles that the platform is going through, which I consider to be a circumstantial crisis, no matter how long it takes.

The degree of risk is not in buying or not, but in how much we are supposed to buy. Price fluctuations may continue for an unexpected period, with which we cannot wait for long periods. But what is certain is that the price will recover no matter how much it declines, and that this currency has a good position in the cryptocurrency market and can be considered a safe haven.

There are always risks and opportunities present in investing, I'm not sure how long the current market will last but it's clear that the controversy between the SEC and binance is one that gets a lot of attention as they are both big names, their disagreement can make us concerned about the state of the crypto market. That is a question, that i am asking myself too from time to time in the last few days. A few weeks and months back when BNB recovered quite nicely again, i said to myself, that i will definitely invest a little bit into BNB if the price will go back down to the 250$ region, but now that we were hitting this prices i am not so sure anymore if i really want to get some BNB.
I was always sure that Binance is the biggest powerhouse in the crypto space and that this will also be the case in the next few years. Now with all the regulation and SEC issues going on, maybe this will no longer be the case. There are quite a few people that are already claiming that the time of the big central exchanges is coming to an end.

We will never know if this is the right time to buy. I've bought mine even before these issues and I'm on a loss holding it but I'm not panicking and will just wait for the comeback of it when a new ATH happens. I'm hoping that it will come together with bitcoin's new ATH.
That's why I'm just holding long term on it and whatever the issues and lawsuits its mother company faces, I don't mind and I'll stick to my plan that win or lose, I'll hold it. But then this is me, not a financial advise.

If Binance is as solid as they have advertised in the past, then they would be able to win it. I fear they are being targeted because they have managed to stand strong since their inception in 2017 - Despite the heavy scrutiny the crypto industry has had from the government and regulators. I hope they pull through - in the meantime, I have moved my trading assets off the exchange pending when the issue gets resolved - FTX taught me to act first and ask questions later. When there is more clarity about the direction where the case is headed, I'd be sure to acquire a BNB bag.

I believe this is the best time to purchase BNB because not everyday they will be attack by SEC while their current case is already turn into agreement with the case. The SEC will just not drop all the charges quickly but Binance has a lot of cash to defend themselves in the court long term.

It’s always a good time to buy BNB since they already have their blockchain which BNB is the native token. There’s always a usecase for this token even without their CEX on US market.

The easiest time to buy is actually in the bear market as almost all colors of shitcoins can still pump in the bull market, but I prefer to avoid coins that have been involved in lawsuits with the SEC. Take an example of XRP. Yes, it did try to pump, but it underachieved in the last Bull run. The same thing is most like to happen to BNB if that case drags on for a long time.

It's not altcoin season yet, so we should expect prices to dip further down the road. That, alongside the SEC fiasco, should prevent BNB from reaching a new ATH in the short-term. Considering that Binance is the world's largest crypto exchange, it has the necessary tools to keep BNB afloat for a very long time. Adoption for the BSC platform is high, so I think predictions of BNB reaching $1k will become a reality in the future.

What I don't like is the level of centralization existent within BSC. It makes BNB inferior to ETH. Would you imagine BSC (BNB's blockchain network) getting easily shut down by the government at will? With decentralization, BSC would become truly unstoppable. I think now it's the time to buy more BNB before it's too late. Who knows if a "pump" will arrive faster than we've ever imagined?
