Sec cannot find any valid grounds to stop the operation of binance since in the first place CZ maybe already prepared in this scenario. And Sec action is just an attempt to control those crypto platform.

So I guess they can't stop Binance to operate and this issue will just been forgotten so provably accumulation phase will be next so its better to get prepared on this situation since BNB still have a huge potential to have a huge bullish occurrence.

I believe there BNB is a good project, and sometimes I look at the it I what always comes to my mind is that a day is coming that bnb is going to go so high that it will be competing with eth. You need to measure your risk so that you will know what you will be gaining when Binance win the lawsuit leading to the bull movement of BNB and what you will lose when if Binance lose the lawsuit that could make the price of BNB to plumate drastically. Everything we do in the market is all about risk and we must be ready to take it if we want to be a strong and profitable investors. There are projects that we can buy and hold that will give us good amount of profits but we might not want to take the risk because of our risk of what could happens to us if we lose.

It is needed even though if we invest on any other crypto. We should only invest according to how much we can afford to lose in case our investments didn't run really well. So, the issue of Binance still haven't solved yet? But I think Binance and BnB is still doing fine right now although once they lose the case, that must be the time for them to go down and BnB will get affected drastically.

regardless of the Binance vs SEC issue I would say "yeah it's not too late to buy BNB". I say this because the current BNB price is still relatively low and most likely the BNB price after this will continue to rise. especially when the crypto market enters a bullish phase, the price of BNB will definitely rise much higher than the current price.

Binance are serious with their fight and even my thinking is they will win this case but I don't think it is safe to invest in BNB in this year. I will wait for 2024 and if Binance is well, after Bitcoin halving, I will take profit in bitcoin and buy BNB. It is safer to invest in their token when market has less fud and SEC will be controlled better by USA. Congress in future.

This depends if you're willing to take risk, buy while the price is cheap and still declining or wait for a safe entry and that is when Binance win a lawsuit against SEC. Since the chances for the price to finally pump is very likely once they settled this issue.

BNB is one of those coins that are centralized. It's too tied to Binance.

While that is a fact, it doesn't hurt using it as an investment tool for long-term gains. BNB could soar to the moon thanks to Binance's recognition in the mainstream world. A lot of projects are being built on the BSC chain these days (the native network of BNB).
