This is what I also think since sometimes 20 down to 18 years of age still needed of guidance since some of them cannot decide for theirselves. I have read many times that children use their parent's documents to verify and get registered on online casinos. Some uses this techbology, ofcourse, because of restrictions concerninf age. We have to accept it that the generations now aare more inclined with technology. I'm not an American citizen, so I don't know the jurisdiction regarding what happens when minors gamble. but at least, the age limits allowed by each country will not be too different. minimum, 18+ and above. well, referring to your question, I honestly can't give the right answer. because, I am not a law enforcer who can decide or sanction those who violate the applicable rules. Usually in land based casinos a minor can't enter the casinos.

Casinos are legally obligated to not allow minors to gamble, so once they know for sure or they even suspect the person behind the account that has been gambling with them is a minor then the account should be closed or at least it will be frozen until it is proven otherwise, after all even if I am in favor of people having as much freedom as they want, there are things that should be restricted until people have the mental maturity to deal with them, and gambling is one of them.
