I believe that there may be gambling sites that allow users of any age to access their platform without verifying if they are above 18. This lack of KYC requirements is problematic and can have a negative impact on teenagers to be honest.

Do they ever restrict anyone who is underage to not to gamble?

As I mentioned, some casino sites aren't implementing any type of age verification, which in my opinion is not good. I firmly believe that every gambling site should require age proof to ensure that only legal-age gamblers can use their platform.

Like personally I know some kids in my country who are as young as 14 or 15 and are gambling without any issues. Surprisingly, even their parents are unaware of their activity too.

like in my city right now it's clear that minors are prohibited from gambling because they don't have good emotional control and there are some minors who secretly play slots on fiat sites and they always bet with stolen money because they no longer has good control, so there is a truth that gambling limits the age of being able to gamble because indeed an adult mind is needed, even for someone who is an adult, it is still difficult to control emotions.

I don’t think online casinos take this age restriction seriously, they will only ask your age and since everyone knows what the minimum age for gambling is they will just input an age that is not below the age limit allowed to gamble and once it’s above that limit whether you are underage or not you will have access to gamble on the casino. Nowadays we see underage kid’s gambling as if their lives depend on it and when i see them i feel pity for them and I always wonder how their parents let them into such as this age. I don’t think they will allow underage to gamble, once your age is below the minimum age you will not have access to the site but if an underage provides an age above the minimum age I think yhe casino will have nothing to do and just grant them access to the casino.

I don’t think they will allow underage to gamble, once your age is below the minimum age you will not have access to the site but if an underage provides an age above the minimum age I think yhe casino will have nothing to do and just grant them access to the casino.

But I don't think it's easy for casinos to find underage children to gamble because, with today's technological sophistication, underage children can easily visit all sites.

We know that children can easily access the sites they want and also know how to access a VPN if they cannot visit certain sites, especially if they want to visit gambling sites. But for legal action, these minors may not be caught if they can hide their gambling activities so they can gamble freely.

Online sites? it's hard to maybe enforce this age limit restrictions, I mean kids nowadays are so smart that they can think of ways to circumvent and able to play online even if they are underage.

But obviously if we are talking land based casinos, yeah this is going to be enforce as casinos have the right to ask anyone for ID if they think that the individual is underage. So it's better not to messed with them and bring fake ID's if you are a underage and want to experience landbase casinos.

I am curious, why some states have different age levels for different types of gambling? Like Connecticut for example? Why it is allowed to play poker from 18, but to fully use all the gambling features gambler must be 21 ? Why poker is so unique? It also causes addiction. Yeah those minors don't care about it, their curiosity are very high and they really want to get anything that they want. Usually the user need to click whether he's already 18 years old or not, maybe for the first time he would click no and it make them can't enter the site.

Yes, I see that many minors can still play gambling even though there is a notification on the casino site they are playing at, they can close it and then continue the game, but the tough challenge is if the casino asks for identity and forces them to complete KYC it might be difficult if the casino determines a certain age and have reason to freeze the user's money.
