Well, we cannot blame the government because they cannot get their hands on everything and in this instance, governments don't have a full control on what could happen as there are some gambling platforms that are not heeding the policy and choose to work in a corrupt manner just for the sake of money without paying something for the government in-exchange for their license. And we cannot control the internet, we cannot impose real regulation upon it. So what is left to do?
