It is the same concern I also stated in my previous comment, but i sense that maybe op is not good with English and as a result, lack the proper English words to really express himself by explaining the situation in full details, but then, what ever be his or her reason for an incomplete complaint, the fact like you said, remains that there is no way we could help as a community, and for the fact he didn't even mention the casino or platform that organized the said competition or contest is another barrier altogether..

Anyways, let's hope he comes back with more detailed report of the his situation.
Apart from the complaint statement given by the OP which is not very clear, I actually have doubts and also a little distrust of the OP's complaint.
Maybe the OP gave an incomplete statement and also he couldn't include the name of the casino that organized the competition as you said so that makes us all have doubts.
Actually in this forum there are many examples of complaints that OP can emulate, namely providing all the clarifications and also other facts but never mind why should we think too much about things that have not been proven to be certain.

What casino is it, and who is the game provider that is not responding to your messages to their support team when you have won a contest conducted by them? You need to post some proof and these two names so that those who are reading can get a clear picture and people can stay vigilant about both the casino and the provider when they are gaming next time, if they pay you for the wins, well & good, but if they don't, they will need to be exposed for this.

You also didn't mention how much money is involved, I mean how much did you win that you are not being paid by the provider? If it's a very small amount, maybe it isn't worth wasting your time, but if it's something reasonable, you shouldn't leave them just like that until you get your prize.

I think you should contact their CS to make sure that you won the prize and how to claim it by contacting the event host support, don't hesitate to contact anyone from their team because of course we all can't help you in any case can only direct which is the best, if the site in question is bc. games you need to go to their thread here, hopefully you will get an answer if you post there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088875.0

Make your experience to be more open so that everyone can help you properly also direct you where to complain about your problem, I have seen that the site is bc.games and also see screenshots to make sure that your story in this thread is true not just fabrication which is usually done by other newbies in this forum to seek attention only.

Won this a few weeks ago and haven't received anything. I tried to contact support from the casino I won it at but they don't reply. My VIP host said to contact the game provider but they too didn't reply, not even on twitter.

Anyone know how these contests work? Like shouldn't they just airdrop whatever into the wallet that played the game which won the prize? I shouldn't have to do anything right?

Kind of odd how they promote these competitions so much then when someone wins something they don't even get anything and no one is willing to help them...

Casino: BC.game

Contest: Cash-X

Game was playing: Forever 7's by Red Tiger when message appeared which don't make sense because Cash-X is supposedly only No Limit Games but I had been playing No Limit games before Disturbed, Tombstone, Whacked and I think Serial.

Proofs: The only proofs I have is the screenshot I took of the message it saying I won prize. I never got any email or any further info.

You are right, a post like this, on another board, like the scam and accusation board, or reputation board, won't generate any attention , simply because like you said, there is exactly no concrete reason to give think too much about this, op him or herself have not responded to this thread since he or she posted it..

So even if the issue have been resolved and op forget to update us here on the thread, there is no way to know, but what I do know is that, if at all, this was a very serious issue to op, he would have responded to this thread after reading all the comment forum users have posted here.

Panda gave me all the info I needed and has been very kind and helpful with fast respond. We both checked my UID to see if it was listed as winner but it was not. 

Doesn't make sense why to be shown message saying I won if I did not. Maybe error or glitch.

Panda said they contact event host and waiting on respond.

This is a whole new twist to your story. This is looking not too directional to what it is you are talking about. Did you check properly initially to know if you won or not before wanting to claim the reward?

I don't believe the OP is accusing the casino; he was simply asking a question. That might be the reason why he didn't mention the name of the casino. So, I don't understand why some users interpreted it as a scam accusation.

OP, I suggest you directly ask the casino support for the contact information of the provider. Alternatively, if you manage to find the provider's contact details, that would be helpful for you. However, asking the casino support directly will be more convenient. Additionally, since the casino is featuring such an event, they should have the contact information of their partner, shouldn't they?

Hi thank you for clarifying my intention was not to accuse just find someone who was familar with the contest and how to redeem the prize.

It took about 4 tries but I finally got hold of a helpful support member who suggested I talk to the event host which I still don't know who that is but it led me to someone who I think might be the owner and they have been super helpful and I think have contacted the event host so now we're just waiting to hear back from them.
