Won this a few weeks ago and haven't received anything. I tried to contact support from the casino I won it at but they don't reply. My VIP host said to contact the game provider but they too didn't reply, not even on twitter.

Anyone know how these contests work? Like shouldn't they just airdrop whatever into the wallet that played the game which won the prize? I shouldn't have to do anything right?

Kind of odd how they promote these competitions so much then when someone wins something they don't even get anything and no one is willing to help them...

EDIT:

Casino: BC.game

Contest: Cash-X

Game was playing: Forever 7's by Red Tiger when message appeared which don't make sense because Cash-X is supposedly only No Limit Games but I had been playing No Limit games before Disturbed, Tombstone, Whacked and I think Serial.

Proofs: The only proofs I have is the screenshot I took of the message it saying I won prize. I never got any email or any further info.

BC support member staff Eila has told me to contact Event Host Support but I do not know who this is or how to contact them.

Do you have proofs? 'coz if your intention is to catch the attention of the ones who organized and started this event, it would be helpful. However, ofcourse it would be better to first try contacting the providers of the contest. And as you have mentioned, you already did. Try a couple of times and if they won't be responsive then they would be subject for scam label. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this contest. One thing is for sure, if they won't be sending rewards to eligible participants, then that is already an answer. But be sure as well to get things straight specially with the rules and instructions 'coz you might as well have a mistake.

I'd appreciate you staying the name of the site and also adding some proofs to backup your claim.

The casino itself should be the one contacting the game provider if their users experience this issue on their website. It’s very unprofessional for them to just passed you on the 3rd party game provider without doing their part on contacting the provider as you are their customer. Cashdrop should be drop automatically if you win the contest after the tournament ends.

Why not reveal to us the name of the site?  If you failed to say the site nor provide us the proof then I can think that the case is just made up.  Another thing, why do you have to contact the provider when it is the responsibility of the casino to know what exactly happens since they are the one mediating between you and the provider when they listed that provider into their platform.  The provider will definitely will not answer your inquiries because you are not the one they are in agreement with but the casino.

What contest are you talking about precisely? You posted stuff without any clue and you want answers from the blues. If you have participated in a contest through a casino and you are legitimately approved to participate then you shouldn't have an issue with your airdrops except this is about something else that one will know later. I think you should share a link and include all possible proofs to show that you actually won a prize and from a casino,  if not no one is going to take you seriously and all will be seen as just mere baseless accusations.

You're right mate, it's the job of the casino to deal with that. Usually when we complain to the customer support of a 3rd party game provider, they say we will get updates from our casino and not from them, at least when they bother to accept our query instead of just inviting us to contact the customer service of our casino.
They usually explain they don't manage funds and players' balances, only the casino is doing it.

You're right mate, it's the job of the casino to deal with that. Usually, when we complain to the customer support of a 3rd party game provider, they say we will get updates from our casino and not from them, at least when they bother to accept our query instead of just inviting us to contact the customer service of our casino.
They usually explain they don't manage funds and players' balances, only the casino is doing it.
I try as much as possible to avoid playing games that are supplied by third-party game providers,  this is because most of the problems arising from their party providers are always unresolved and in the end, the players end up being sent to and from the casino will ask the player to contact the game providers and the game providers also ask the player to contact the casino.

So in the end,  the player is left with no choice but to abandon the case and move on to other things.

I do not think that anyone here will be able to help you, especially because you have given us nothing to work with. No information about the online gambling casino, nothing about the contest and no proof or hints whatsoever.

If you did actually win the contest on a legitimate casino then there might be some misunderstanding. Perhaps the misunderstanding in this particular case is the date of when the winnings are paid out. Or perhaps you missed something else.

It seems strange to me that a casino would ignore your requests and pleas for assistance. That does not sound like something a legitimate casino would do.

Kind of odd how they promote these competitions so much then when someone wins something they don't even get anything and no one is willing to help them...
Going through your thread history, you are not the type that creates threads and abandons them; you revisit the thread, so if you do the same here, you should take the suggestion of members who have suggested that you provide more details about your claim on how you won a game and were not able to withdraw it. Even the site link name or image to at least convince people enough to give your thread more attention is nowhere to be found.
 
It's based on the information that you will bring forward after now that we could decide if the game is real or fake, or if it has gotten to a situation where you can raise a scam alarm in order for other users to take note and avoid such mistakes in the future.

I try as much as possible to avoid playing games that are supplied by third-party game providers,  this is because most of the problems arising from their party providers are always unresolved and in the end, the players end up being sent to and from the casino will ask the player to contact the game providers and the game providers also ask the player to contact the casino.

So in the end,  the player is left with no choice but to abandon the case and move on to other things.
Isn:t most casino or new casino is partnered with third party game provider now a days? I always see that in scam accusations of users playing casino then banned because game providers detected unusual behaviours of the users. They usually reply and tell that generic message that you are banned but wouldn't tell you specific reasons.

That is part of the reason why I avoid them as much as possible third party games I prefer the in-house games from the casino because if you have any issue with the in-house games you can easily get answers and possible resolutions unlike the third-party games that you are left in the dark to figure out what the reason for the bans are but if it casino games most especially those casinos that have a good reputation.

They will always give information and explanations as to why you get banned or even the crime or offences and it is possibly a solution if the offence is not up to the one to ban your account.

So is a big difference between in-house games and third-party games providers.

So I am assuming that is the casino you are talking about? Might as well direct this one to their thread if you want answers quickly.

Yes, you don't have to do anything when you win a contest prize, either airdropped or a tip will be their method of sending the prize but try to check the terms and conditions too if you are eligible for their contest.
Some event participants should only be VIPs and some with a minimum rank requirement and they don't allow the lower ones. Wagering amounts are sometimes a requirement too.
So if you could only provide more information then perhaps it will be answered better either here or in the thread of whatever casino you played it. If they have an available thread here and if not, click the customer support and provide the details.

Errr you doing nothing actually depends? They might ask for some sort of KYC again (I know, it sucks, but hey, casinos like to loop users into submitting stuff over and over after all) or something. How long has it been anyway? Maybe give it a week or something?

If it was BC though, which you've already posted about before, then I think again, you can only wait seeing as a lot of people have already said that BC team is most likely out or down. It doesn't look that promising with them being out of contact for weeks now though.

Won this a few weeks ago and haven't received anything. I tried to contact support from the casino I won it at but they don't reply. My VIP host said to contact the game provider but they too didn't reply, not even on twitter.

Anyone know how these contests work? Like shouldn't they just airdrop whatever into the wallet that played the game which won the prize? I shouldn't have to do anything right?

Don't drop any information about your concerns or it might be used by another player. If the way they can transfer the reward is through crypto transactions, then it might be in any means like airdrop or direct transactions. Maybe you could try to recheck you're submitted address and network. If there is no fault on your part, then it is truly in the casino's.

I am not sure since there's not enough information but maybe your reward was just delayed or maybe you're right that you've been scammed from that competition. With that issue, sometimes they have a discord or website where you can submit a ticket along with your supporting documents and proofs. Regardless, be that experience as a lesson to you that not all competitions were true to their words.

That is true, if that is legit, for sure, they will disburse whoever wins on such promotion.
But if not, like promotion is already over, site is shady and others, don't expect that they will play fair.
The OP should elaborate more of this situation, because it is a case-to-case basis.
We will know what course of action to take depending on some specifics of the case.
Otherwise, we are just giving some generic answers towards this situation.

Do you have proofs? 'coz if your intention is to catch the attention of the ones who organized and started this event, it would be helpful. However, ofcourse it would be better to first try contacting the providers of the contest. And as you have mentioned, you already did. Try a couple of times and if they won't be responsive then they would be subject for scam label. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this contest. One thing is for sure, if they won't be sending rewards to eligible participants, then that is already an answer. But be sure as well to get things straight specially with the rules and instructions 'coz you might as well have a mistake.


What I have for proof only is a screenshot of the message stating "Cash X Congratulations you won come to check more." It had a link that I went to but I didn't know what to do from there. It just seemed to show the provider and contest but didn't ask me for any info or anything to my knowledge. I know they can't be a scam because the provider is Evolution and they are the best in the business in my opinion. Thanks for your input I will try and contact them again!

Don't drop any information about your concerns or it might be used by another player. If the way they can transfer the reward is through crypto transactions, then it might be in any means like airdrop or direct transactions. Maybe you could try to recheck you're submitted address and network. If there is no fault on your part, then it is truly in the casino's.

I am not sure since there's not enough information but maybe your reward was just delayed or maybe you're right that you've been scammed from that competition. With that issue, sometimes they have a discord or website where you can submit a ticket along with your supporting documents and proofs. Regardless, be that experience as a lesson to you that not all competitions were true to their words.

Are you sure OP that you are visiting the right site? Because many claims that some people are using known sites and running such promotions but in the end, they'll get nothing. Their intention is to ruin the reputation of that known gambling site. I'm doubted that was legit promotion because they will respond to you if that is true but since they are silent and have no response, absolutely would think similar to what I think. However, it needs proof otherwise, it was a false claim...

You who played on this platform should already know they are legit or not, if you know that they are legit, based on previous games and contests, you should probably keep reaching out to their customer support team and be patient, but if they have no track record of being competent, I will probably assume they are scammers and ask you to move on with your life, but before considering all this, make sure to read the rules and regulations of the contest and make sure you won indeed.

I was playing on bc.co and I never said that they aren't legit and I don't think they are scamming me. I just thought it was kinda funny how they put so much effort into promoting these contests then when someone wins its like no one cares.

It seems from your story that they conducted contests and then did not follow their rules when there were winners. If there is no reply from support, and twitter, it's a bit stressful at least for the winnes of their competition.

Post the screenshot for us to see just hide important details of the email we never know if it's just an error in sending, usually the link should be specific to the winner of the contest or there should be a follow-up email on how to claim the prize.

We can only speculate on what really happens, you really need to contact and ask them about the email they've sent you that you are the winner of the contest and what needs to be done to collect the prize.

It doesn't say where the winners will be announced exactly and it doesn't say that the winners need to claim the prize or anything. Also, this makes it sound like BC is solely responsible for this contest so idk why when I asked my VIP host she said the contest is third party to contact them. I won this prize on the 15th of June so it would have been announced on the 23rd but I never saw any announcement so I guess maybe it's all bullshit from the casino which makes sense since this casino has really gone to shit now.

I'm not sure if you'll get the possible solution you seek from this blank complain because how on earth do you expect people to give you solutions when you didn't even mention the name of the competition or even show proves to your claims.
Now  let me advise  that it will be better if you try getting in touch with organizers of this competition  which you said you already did and if there isn't no respond  after sever attempt, then you should atleast let people know of the name of the competition  so as to help tag it a scam to avoid others from  falling into similar situations.

Next time be more opened, what type of game and which online gambling platform you use? This is very important and you will be able to get accurate answers from members on the forum, maybe you use a scam gambling platform or a gambling platform that already have a bad reputation? I'm not sure if you'll get the possible solution you seek from this blank complain because how on earth do you expect people to give you solutions when you didn't even mention the name of the competition or even show proves to your claims.
Now  let me advise  that it will be better if you try getting in touch with organizers of this competition  which you said you already did and if there isn't no respond  after sever attempt, then you should atleast let people know of the name of the competition  so as to help tag it a scam to avoid others from  falling into similar situations.
I will be glad if the thread is updated frequently  so as to keep the community  and forum aware of the situation.

OP your complaints has no basis. No proof, you did not mention the type of game you played, you did not mention the casino if possibly it is one and also, here is not the right place to lay complaints as this is possibly has to do with the reputation of the casino you played the game and won. I didn't mean to be making a complaint I simply was trying to get more info on the contest I thought it would be a well known contest someone maybe won at too could tell me how they claimed the prize but I added more details now and an image so hope that will help. BC support has finally offered some useful info. The only good support agent there is Eila. She said to contact event host but didn't tell me their name or contact info yet.

What casino is it, and who is the game provider that is not responding to your messages to their support team when you have won a contest conducted by them? You need to post some proof and these two names so that those who are reading can get a clear picture and people can stay vigilant about both the casino and the provider when they are gaming next time, if they pay you for the wins, well & good, but if they don't, they will need to be exposed for this.

You also didn't mention how much money is involved, I mean how much did you win that you are not being paid by the provider? If it's a very small amount, maybe it isn't worth wasting your time, but if it's something reasonable, you shouldn't leave them just like that until you get your prize.

Won this a few weeks ago and haven't received anything. I tried to contact support from the casino I won it at but they don't reply. My VIP host said to contact the game provider but they too didn't reply, not even on twitter.

Anyone know how these contests work? Like shouldn't they just airdrop whatever into the wallet that played the game which won the prize? I shouldn't have to do anything right?

Kind of odd how they promote these competitions so much then when someone wins something they don't even get anything and no one is willing to help them...

Contest: Cash-X

Game was playing: Forever 7's by Red Tiger when message appeared which don't make sense because Cash-X is supposedly only No Limit Games but I had been playing No Limit games before Disturbed, Tombstone, Whacked and I think Serial.

Proofs: The only proofs I have is the screenshot I took of the message it saying I won prize. I never got any email or any further info.

You are right, a post like this, on another board, like the scam and accusation board, or reputation board, won't generate any attention , simply because like you said, there is exactly no concrete reason to give think too much about this, op him or herself have not responded to this thread since he or she posted it..

Panda gave me all the info I needed and has been very kind and helpful with fast respond. We both checked my UID to see if it was listed as winner but it was not. 

Doesn't make sense why to be shown message saying I won if I did not. Maybe error or glitch.

This is a whole new twist to your story. This is looking not too directional to what it is you are talking about. Did you check properly initially to know if you won or not before wanting to claim the reward?

I don't believe the OP is accusing the casino; he was simply asking a question. That might be the reason why he didn't mention the name of the casino. So, I don't understand why some users interpreted it as a scam accusation.

OP, I suggest you directly ask the casino support for the contact information of the provider. Alternatively, if you manage to find the provider's contact details, that would be helpful for you. However, asking the casino support directly will be more convenient. Additionally, since the casino is featuring such an event, they should have the contact information of their partner, shouldn't they?
Won this a few weeks ago and haven't received anything. I tried to contact support from the casino I won it at but they don't reply. My VIP host said to contact the game provider but they too didn't reply, not even on twitter.

Anyone know how these contests work? Like shouldn't they just airdrop whatever into the wallet that played the game which won the prize? I shouldn't have to do anything right?

Hi thank you for clarifying my intention was not to accuse just find someone who was familar with the contest and how to redeem the prize.

It took about 4 tries but I finally got hold of a helpful support member who suggested I talk to the event host which I still don't know who that is but it led me to someone who I think might be the owner and they have been super helpful and I think have contacted the event host so now we're just waiting to hear back from them.
