There is no information. It would be better to make screenshots with the tickets. But i don`t think that this thread will help, it may be only useful information for other users. The BC.GAME representative only inform about some changes but don`t answer on the board. I think that he even don`t see this thread. And about problems with this casino - there are threads with problems that weren`t solved. But the casino works and pay money for winning.
The only advice i can give - continue dialogue with support and try to solve the problem with them.
Yes, that's correct. That's the only reasonable suggestion @OP can come up with. But I'm curious what happened to the account? Did he manage to get the attention of the BC.game representatives here and solve the case right away? But as far as I know, BC.game is already one of the good casinos many people recommend. So maybe it's just a misunderstanding problem that often happens to some people who complain about withdrawal problems or something else. Hopefully, @OP can settle the case well and withdraw all the money.
The problem with communication i think. It would be better for all if the casino representative would communicate with the members and try to solve their problems. So we see here problems that could be solved fast but the casino even doesn`t know about it. But again - if we write about this problem here - the casino willn`t see it. And BC.game is a big casino, so they have lots of users with lots of problems, that`s why we see such threads.

There is a lesson to be learn from this one, what I hated about online casinos the most is the lack of communication, I feel a lot safer if the team are responsive, it makes me feel like no amount of problems I can run into the team will always be there to help me out, but if they are hard to reach it's a big turn off for me, I will gladly stay away from any online casino that have no time for their customers, even if they have good reputation I don't have the patience to wait until they get back to me.

Till this day only very few online casinos takes their customer's services as the most important part of their company, and it's the most effective way to get more customers, I mean who doesn't love to get their problem solved by responsible team?

I heard that BC.GAME is one of the best online casinos, I have not use the platform before too, since this is also an affiliate issue there is nothing to be in rush about, I think what you need now is time and patience.

I believe you have spent enough time on this forum to know that even scams are not moderated here. No matter what business and how they operate, bitcoin talk does not care about it. They are free to have their ANN thread and their promotion in the forum. I guess you knew there was 1xbit, and they were running a signature campaign here.

I did not see their signature for a while now. But they still operate their ANN here in Bitcointalk. Imagine if scams are not moderated; who will moderate casinos that may have some running issues? Bc game has some reputation as well. People already know abut their support issue.

Campaigns for scams run often too long before they are closed. By the time it happens, too many flies get caught in the spider web.

You need to understand that moderators is not moderating scam here so you need to do your own critical thinking to define which is scam and not here. And for so many accusation thrown to them or other casino its should be a valid reason for us not to play. Since if we play without doing some research regarding how fair they and trusted could possibly they are then its our fault because we don't do any basic searching. Many boycott then already but newbies failed to do their own research that's the reason why they are the most favorite target of their scams.

Yes, as far as I know, the forum admins seem to really uphold freedom here, so indeed those who commit fraud will not be kicked out by the forum admin because of that freedom, but it's our job to remind newbies to be careful and stay away from these platforms to prevent fraud. I actually had no issues with the bc.games site in the past and I didn't know about their poor support either. different from 1xbit they are also not really active in responding to every case on this forum so it is marked as a fraud.

It is important for beginners to read any reviews about gambling platform sites on forums including their ANNs so they can know that the site is really safe, because if it is not safe then you will definitely find warning posts from friends for beginners to stay away from the site and explain the dangers of playing on platform sites. the gambling.

I do not see any open scam accusation against BC game where it's proved that the casino scammed someone. Even if someone claims that they were scammed by Bc games and present a one-sided story, sometimes casinos decide not to respond in some cases.

Most of the DT members don't leave negative feedback just based on one-sided stories. They want to hear back from the casino representative as well. But, the question remains what if a casino representative never replies? How this will be handled?

I would like to leave here my indignation with BC.Game. I've been trying to solve a problem for 3 weeks and the support only knows how to open tickets and promise deadlines that they don't meet. The problem is, I'm entitled to an affiliate reward. But I don't think the site wants to pay. Anyone else having problems with this site?

If you have any problems with bc games, regarding the affiliate programs, for sure they will answer whatever the reported issue is in their support ticket. Because they won't let that ruin their casino's reputation just because of what you say.

just be patient for now and wait, maybe later they will study or review the issue you mentioned.

BC.Game scam accusation is increasing in the forum and the alarming part is they don’t have any representative here to answer all the accusations. You're right about the requirements of hearing both party side but the problem here is BC.Game never answer any existing complaints here in the forum.

@Bencodie already shared some of the scam accusation by bc.game here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5459998.msg62565809#msg62565809 while most of them  is unanswered despite of having proof.

But, the question remains what if a casino representative never replies? How this will be handled?

This time, leaving negative feedback is appropriate as warning. A DT can always leave a note such as this feedback will be removed once the user answer the existing open scam accusation. But ofc this is only applicable for case valid proof or multiple reports.

Answering everyone's question... It's been almost a month since I've been waiting for the site's response and I still haven't been successful so far. There are two tickets in the post because the support itself, not giving a solution to the first one, opened another one. I haven't put pictures yet because I couldn't do that here. But as soon as I figure out how to do it, I'll post the images of the conversations. My problem is not with withdrawal! It's with affiliate rewards.

I strongly recommend avoiding BC.game, this online platform has been one of the worst gambling experiences I have ever had in the past. They can easily block the account and ask for many documents to squeeze users who win nice amounts in the long term. Such shady things never happen on alternative crypto casinos but it is quite possible for BC.game to do so, IMHO. My final opinion is to forget about the amount you got there, they will probably don't pay back it. In the best case, VIP managers may help you but it is not going to happen surely.

Well, even though you are right with the fact that sometimes, the number of tickets are quite high, but then, another question popping in my head right now is, how long does it take to reply a ticket?, replying a ticket takes less than a minute or lets just say 2 minutes maximum, with a dedicated customer support who focuses or does nothing else but focus on answering customers, I bet a million tickets can be given a reply to in a day.
But then, I think most of the time, customer supports, not just for casinos but other platforms as well, deliberately leave tickets unanswered to, for several days of weeks, and at the end, they tell us its because they have several tickets to attend to, I personally have never seen that as an excuse, they do this on purpose and nothing can change my mind about that.

I would like to leave here my indignation with BC.Game. I've been trying to solve a problem for 3 weeks and the support only knows how to open tickets and promise deadlines that they don't meet. The problem is, I'm entitled to an affiliate reward. But I don't think the site wants to pay. Anyone else having problems with this site?

Sometimes there really is a reason why the casino doesn't resolve user complaint tickets for weeks or indeed the casino doesn't want to respond to them, it could be that the OP did something that was prohibited by the casino so he was ignored, even though the OP made a lot of tickets but his account was marked by the casino would be useless, we don't really know the real problem, OP is just venting his anger on this thread.

If he has proof of cheating and other things that the casino is doing he should include screenshots or something like that so people believe he is in the right position while the casino should be able to process the problem, 3 weeks is not a long time, so there must be another reason why the casino hasn't responded whether it's because of too many tickets or some other problem.

     -    This is the problems sometimes with the other casino in terms of their customer support, if the issue is a big problems they don't give an answer or reason why they're not responding about their clients concern, and this was too annoying for the part of the involved user.

And now its been 1 month almost in which I didn't see if the problem issue has been resolve now, though, sometimes also I played gamble in bc games, but in this situation if they can't solve this one, I think no reason for me to get back to play on this gambling platform.

Sorry for your bad experience using this online casino, I don't know much about BC.Game but it's easier to read reviews online, I am not satisfied with what people are saying about this gambling platform, so I think it doesn't passed by mid rank list of casinos I can use.

There is no way to deal with this casino on here if there is no concrete evidence but if they are intentionally doing this to their customers it's only a matter of time, when the time is rip enough actions will be taken on them.

Answering everyone's question... It's been almost a month since I've been waiting for the site's response and I still haven't been successful so far. There are two tickets in the post because the support itself, not giving a solution to the first one, opened another one.

I have heard an experience of support which do not link up or work with the tickets raised. I later understood that it was a bug from the backend. This happens such that if you raise a ticket, and a support tries to solve the problem but could not that day, it will be difficult for another support to continue the matter because they will not see the progress from back end. The complaint will need to start a new complaint thereby making the whole issues untrackable. I do not think that BC.Games have such a large number of support.


I haven't put pictures yet because I couldn't do that here. But as soon as I figure out how to do it, I'll post the images of the conversations. My problem is not with withdrawal! It's with affiliate rewards.

Agreed, I hope bc.games won't allow this issue to destroy the majority of the trust they gave in this platform. Because if they remain silent which is the bc support, I think this could possibly the way why their community will get out and find  other gambling platform that is more responsible in this scenario.

Especially now more community here in the forum are voicing out now for what bc support is doing, and we don't know or no one knows why they're not responding to the problem of the OP.

Well, they say silence means yes but it's always better to have a confirmation from him. If it's still pending, there might still be a chance and maybe it's part of their rule or punishment in case he did something wrong.

As for the pictures that won't show up, he can always buy a copper membership if he have a spare cash. That would make things easier for him or for us especially if he is planning to upload more proofs or updates. Whatever happens with the case here, it's a failed one, there might be a good reason for it and I think many people wouldn't change their mind of trusting BC.GAME only for a single or two controversial case.
