I think he is not banned for burst posting, he might be banned for few words posting/single line posting. And currently the big issue behind is UI and efficient hands on the beginner help. Like, i think all the basic rules for a newbie must be shown at the reply page when they are making a reply or making a topic.
If he intended to make positive contributions he would have done it. It seems he signed up simply to make as many posts as he could and whether he was banned for flooding or otherwise, I am glad he will not be back.
Still I believe there are some people who doesn't have that mind of devoting time that to read and understand things properly.
Some people simply couldn't care less about rules and good behavior, even if you practically smack them in the face with them. And honestly, they can't be helped.
If you add ulterior motives to the equation then it means they could deliberately be turning away from what is being presented to them therefore that is a different angle as to why they cannot be helped.
