As of yet this member Rosemar41 has already made 21 posts, all made today of-course and you can read between the lines to understand why I reported him:

Is there any means to properly helps new users understand the rules and regulations of this forum?
Because I understand that the above-mentioned user doesn't follow the rules that governed the forum and in that case will receive what it takes of not following the instructions.
What i will suggest is that as soon a user sign up on the forum the next message they should see as a pop-up messages should be rules and regulations so as to adhere strictly on those law, I believe if him or she is ban she may not know his offense of getting ban.

How did you manage to know the forum rules when you were a newbie? It's because of genuine interest in the forum and common sense, right?
Look at the post history of the user who has been banned (https://ninjastic.space/search?author=Rosemar41). He had zero interest in the forum except spam in order to increase the activity score and farm the account. If even the pop-up containing the rules was there, trust me he would ignore it, just like people ignore reading terms and conditions when signing up for a site.

Although it wasn't that easy with me, but what mostly assisted me was being around my local board it was then I was able to have the patient to read rules and regulations across the forum. Still I believe there are some people who doesn't have that mind of devoting time that to read and understand things properly.
From the post history as said he has no interest in the forum.

Apart from the Beginners and Help board there is nothing to guide newbies when they sign up to become members in the forum. A pop-up message would certainly guide them to the right link but in the case of the Rosemar41 account, there was no attempt by the operator at making the account a useful contributor in any capacity. Those one-liners were a clear indicator of what that account was intending to be.

I am glad the moderators were very fast and took notice of my request to have the account banned.

If we all try to stay vigilant we will spot these types of accounts early after they are created and can report them.

As he is already banned so i think this case/topic will be locked. But i have to admit one thing that, many members take much time to get some attention so that they could be remembered (but of course in a good way not like this member in a bad way). But this member has really got the attention of all, like by just burst posting.

I think he is not banned for burst posting, he might be banned for few words posting/single line posting. And currently the big issue behind is UI and efficient hands on the beginner help. Like, i think all the basic rules for a newbie must be shown at the reply page when they are making a reply or making a topic.

There must be a set of rules shown to them so that before writing anything they quickly goes through them and if the rules are provided in a way where the checkpoint are also provided then i don't think any member will be banned due to such mistakes.

I believe that spammers like this aren't here to contribute anything to Bitcointalk. They can't be helped by showing them the rules, they can only be banned. It's common internet netiquette not to spam on any forum.

If he intended to make positive contributions he would have done it. It seems he signed up simply to make as many posts as he could and whether he was banned for flooding or otherwise, I am glad he will not be back.

If you add ulterior motives to the equation then it means they could deliberately be turning away from what is being presented to them therefore that is a different angle as to why they cannot be helped.
