The most famous Bitcoin address is Genesis Block address 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa and the second is 1FeexV6bAHb8ybZjqQMjJrcCrHGW9sb6uF , as far as I know this second address private key belongs to Mtgox's hacker and FBI had arrested Russians hackers, are those hackers the private key holders from 1FeexV?
Here comes the main question, this address starts with 1Fee, that may suggest that is some kind of fee charged to hackers move or whatever cognitive matter, so based on this prefix 1Fee, is it a vanitygen address?

No telling if they are the ones controlling it. Someone could've simply paid them in RUB and asked them to transfer to this address.
Here comes the main question, this address starts with 1Fee, that may suggest that is some kind of fee charged to hackers move or whatever cognitive matter, so based on this prefix 1Fee, is it a vanitygen address?

No, it is just a normal Bitcoin address just like any other. They don't pay extra fees to use the address.

Also, vanity addresses are just like any other addresses, except for the special bunch of characters. It might have just been a coincidence with an address they generated, or they might have specifically generated that prefix.

Followed by does it matter? Vanity or not if it was created by Core or Electrum or whatever wallet they either have the keys or they don't. In the end it's all the same.

For some reason there seems to have been a few more people asking about / discussing vanity addresses over the last couple of weeks.

They are not and never really have been that big a deal. I have used them and still do at certain times but for the most part, they are something that most people don't just because the extra steps involved.

Yes it is a vanitygen address,  You can easily such address starting with 1Fee, assuming your computer allows up to 1,000 Mkeys/s and thus generating such a prefix requires 77k difficulty, less than a second.
Even 1FeexV is possible in a short time, but the difficulty increases if it is more than 8 distinct characters.
there is nothing special about that address and you can generate a similar prefix that has nothing to do with the network or pay extra fees.

I think you are overthinking in this case. That combination of Fee can be absolutely random, for example, I just found address: 1EAzDjBZwjxMDGHtUWrMK9Y1YuZcepKcfC
There is a someone called Dj BZ on soundcloud, does that mean that he created this address? Or maybe it belongs to AZ Dj?

I think that address is a random address, why would a 'hacker' prefer to create a vanity address to make things more clear for everyone Cheesy
