20k$ is quite a large amount after all, so they probably have something to check there first, just wait for sure, because if there is a problem they will definitely send a message.

is the person sending you a message mate? Maybe you're not sending a support report to them? is that right? just add a little more patience, just wait a little longer for the answer or it will also arrive in the wallet you put there.

20k not a big amount for Duelbits, they are a big and reputed casino. The only reason for the delay in this situation can be OP opened this account recently. Deposited 12k and won 20k, which might triggered the internal security check algo. What bothers me is that they are asking him to wait after more than 24 hours. They could have send him a mail with a reason why their is a delay which they haven't. The left for him to wait patiently which he has been doing for now.

Do not get things twisted mate Duelbits is a big casino no doubt about that but you should know that 20k is not a child's play as well. If the casino is conducting a verification on an account just for a 20k withdrawal then you should know that amount means a lot to them as well irrespective of the fact there are rules attached to huge amount withdrawal which must undergo kyc and other necessary verification before they start processing withdrawal. I as well agree to the fact that they failed to tell OP when and how long it would take them to get back to OP. That was the issue hence OPs outburst.

Hello,
I withdrew 20.000 usdt after winning in Baccarat on Duelbits (total deposits 12000). I’ve been waiting for more than 24hours and no payment. I’ve never played there before, so those who play there is this a common issue?

I played on Stake, Rollbit, Gamdom, Bitcasino.io, and never had to wait for more than 8hours for a withdrawal (including KYC or not). Just to know what to expect.
When dealing with a large amount withdrawal it is normal for it to take longer. because it is well authorized when withdrawing large amount due to which it may take a long time.  And it is not a problem that gambling sites have to complete huge amount of transactions every time due to which the withdrawal time may be a bit long. but you should talk to support if it takes more than 24 hours.

Since you have opened this topic for a long time.  Hope your problem is already solved.

20 thousand usdt, not 20 dollars. No they did not ask for KYC.

Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

On the other websites I also withdrew these amounts and sometimes much more (180k on Rollbit).

Anyway no problem I understand, but I am only asking others who play there about their experience, just to know what to expect. I’ve seen the thread about the 500k win but that’s on another level.
I believed this is not the first complain about this casino, I have seen it in this board and also in the Scam Accusation Board, they should know that they have been placed in the casinos reputation group in the forum so any misconduct will affect users that have already given them trust so they should maintain that trust in the forum.  Then op you still need to contact the customer service to hear from them. You have to provide your ID and other information to make the discussion smoothly for customer service to forward your complain. And also be patient about the replies.

I would suggest waiting more as they have said about contacting you if there's any update on this withdrawal issue and pressurising it won't get a faster confirmation from their end.I think there were several cases where it take few days to process the issue but duelbits won't just block your funds without any further explanation.So let's see what happens next.

No, « still no update ». I checked my email inbox and spam, and went to my account on website. Last message from 2 days ago that says « no update » and « no need to contact support », they’ll come back to me when there’s an update.

I think you should just be patient with them OP but my concern is that why did they not send you any message with respect to the situation of your withdrawal if they are conducting anything as to keep you updated and possibly inform you of the expected time of response from them after they must have been through with what ever they are doing so as not to keep you in suspense. It does not just sounds normal. That should be the immediate response they should have done to keep you calm. I see no reasons why such a big and reputable casino would do such irrespective of the withdrawal amount involved.

Its been like a day or two since OP started this thread, if he's yet to update on the current situation till now, then i will personally believe that he has probably gotten his withdrawal request processed and he's busy spending the money and have forgot to let us all know that he's issue with duelbits is resolved  Grin.

Its a common practice for members to be very active when they have a serious issue and looking for solutions, but then become inactive for atleast, some time as soon as that is issue is resolved, and some fail to even update their thread to inform the community that their issue is resolved, not after several days or even months, depending on how long they are inactive.

The area of the money you deposited and the money you withdrawn is contradictory from your explanations the values you presented is confusing because I don't know of what you are saying that If the amount you tend to withdraw is twenty thousand or twenty dollars, I will like you to make a correction in your figures. Before you make this public announcement have you tried to get a feedback from the team, if you have done such, what is the response of the duelbit team, it least you need to contact them and hear their response if it's positive or negative

Hahaha, so true! I don't even consider it a typo because there are many non-English speaking countries in the world (for example, almost all European countries) that use a decimal comma (instead of a decimal point) and a period (or full stop) as a thousands separator.

He will not put 3 zero after the decimal point if he wants to simply put 20 bucks in there instead of 20K. His deposit is 1200 and it's easily interpreted as 20K since he will not having some trouble posting this issue here if he is just withdrawing fragments of his original deposit.

Duelbits representative is not always active answering issues here in the forum unless it was escalated to the team. I think the OP is in communication to the Duelbits support in the website that's why this issue is not escalated. I have a similar situation. 18.07 put $24,000 + $14,035 for withdrawal. They said they were checking my account. Moreover, I have previously withdrawn larger amounts without any checks. I offered them to go through the KYC procedure, but they said it was not necessary yet. The situation is strange, but the project seems reliable to me. We are waiting together Wink

Not sure the OP created a thread with the actual issue of the case or just simply looking for attention which might have made the Duelbits team reluctant to come across this thread to explain the problem to the OP. actually the OP would have been better off providing screenshot proof to confirm that he actually withdrew the money and it hasn't been processed.

All the more reason for a representative from Duelbits to come here and explain the situation from their perspective. Regardless of whether the OP's concern is justified or not, it would present a better image to the public.

With that long of a withdrawal delay, I hope you've contacted support. and don't miss any emails you might get. check all your email folders, most likely you will be asked for KYC with a delay in your withdrawal.
I hope this isn't your first draw at Duelbits. this is not comfortable but I hope you are patient with the reply from support.
I hope there are no problems with your account and money.

The area of the money you deposited and the money you withdrawn is contradictory from your explanations the values you presented is confusing because I don't know of what you are saying that If the amount you tend to withdraw is twenty thousand or twenty dollars, I will like you to make a correction in your figures. Before you make this public announcement have you tried to get a feedback from the team, if you have done such, what is the response of the duelbit team, it least you need to contact them and hear their response if it's positive or negative

He will not put 3 zero after the decimal point if he wants to simply put 20 bucks in there instead of 20K. His deposit is 1200 and it's easily interpreted as 20K since he will not having some trouble posting this issue here if he is just withdrawing fragments of his original deposit.
You can see that those in figures is not well explanatory the way decimals are being placed, at least someone who wants to put things or make list should at least try to put things in other because i believe that is when someone present it issues well it becomes well understood, so therefore what issues that concern money you have to be straight for the figured, so that the issues will be lesser for people that want to discuss about it

He is registered on the forum last January while this is his first post made in the forum. Seriously this just a coincidence that newbie posted same as issue as your for the first time in the forum? I knew that escalating the problem will make your issue solved quickly but finding support with same issue from a not credible user doesn’t change a thing to improve your case.
