It depends on the country that your business located to apply for business license unlike online casino that has global e-gaming license globally. Your exchange will fall under the category of exchange which you will need to apply for it on each country that you want to offer your services.

You can get profit on by having a customer. Make a decent marketing to get customers. Partnership is your best way to attract customers especially those project with strong community.

For all the people who take part in cloud mining it's just a scam as they utilise your hash power for their own profits and didn't give you anything in return and in many cases also steal data from your computers so people are now aware about it.They will come up with those lucrative offers to convince you that you can mine with your normal computers also but do you even think it's worth it? The biggest obstacle remains the provision of sufficient liquidity to activate the trading pairs. There are many systems for the general platform system that must be developed and ensured before the official launch. By this I mean the payment gateways on the various supported networks and specifying the terms of use that the user must agree to before using the service. Without talking about the necessary licenses, which many people are unable to obtain easily.

Cloud mining is not what I think people would opt for. To the best of my knowledge and from many responses I have read here, cloud mining seems to be more of a scam than pool mining. I myself have engaged in many cloud mining sites in the past and all turns out to be a scam requesting for huge amount of money as fee for withdrawal when what you are mining is not up to a tangible amount.
As you have said possibly he did not really have idea what he is into. He does not know the modalities involved and what measures is best to be taken hence this kind of post from him.

Congratulations on your new failed website as it's obvious that it will be a junk site as you the developers is already unprofessional and don't know what could be done to make the website work. How do you expect your audience to react to such. Right now I also don't think their is much traffic coming from cloud mining sites as their is lesser reward close to zero and as such no one will want to waste their time and data in visit site they can't benefit anything from.

I think it is working and the problem that OP needs is wallet for the crypto to be stored in. OP won't be launching the site if it isn't working but the problem is as I have said, it's about the wallet. Although you are right about the traffic which cloud mining doesn't attract people to do it and it would be most likely not survived in the long term. You can register for some of those projects and so you can mine too. You can also write many of the crypto projects that allow users to mine there tokens and partner with them so that you can earn from referrals that will benefit you to earn more token.

One experience from the online mining websites: they are scams.
In your case it's even not a good start. You said that you have launched a site that deals in the trading and mining but you have not posted any addresses for the same neither you are willing to show us any preview. This means you have no products at your hand and you are just imagining that you will do something that's already in existence but you know very well falls under the scam schemes.

There was one era when cloud mining was so popular that everyone started investing on those website and in the initial stage they also paid us. However, things went wrong when they started gaining the trust of users and then slowly users started investing more amounts. As soon as the users started investing more they used to block the accounts and flee with the money.

It's old trick but wont work anymore.

This you will have to buy and there are many providers out there. You can contact them through many freelancing platforms. Or you can try out Services on this forum.

The second thing is mining. Do you have a mining farm? Are you going to run your farm using money that your customers will give you? And give them the profit from it after mining? If that's the case then you can try. but many won't be interested in it. On the other hand, if it's cloud mining, then forget about it. There's no such thing as cloud mining these days. Op I think is not aware of the trading market as there are giants haha which can be called the crypto Kings, like Binance who own most of the user's funds. It doesn't really take all that long to realized that this wouldn't work at all. I understand that some people think that it may work, but we have never seen it work so it is a big problem if anyone still trusts it. I know that it is going to take some time for people to realize that, but as long as we go in with the understanding that we are not going to make a lot of money, then we should be fine.

The plan is that we should be listing all these type of business ideas, all in the crypto world and all failed and never succeeded. From my impression on what the OP stated, he is not totally ready to go into crypto-related business.
So might as well, forget what he is thinking before he screwed up somebody's hard-earned money.
He will just be here to test waters and abandon his platform because he has no solid foundation of what he wants to do.
And if the OP is indeed referring to cloud mining, then totally forget about this idea. He will just ruin lives on what he is thinking here.

That's true. If he's not mining using a mining rig, then it is not possible. Cloud mining is a scam. Some are legit but not worthy. Maybe OP needs more knowledge on mining and how it works. If you are not equipped with proper gears, then you should never go into mining. Also, it needs a proper environment. If mining is illegal in OP's country, then choosing it as an option is not ideal.

Including others in mining will not work. If people decide to join, it will be difficult to provide each and everyone with proper profit. I don't think that this is a good idea to pursue. Mining is not a thing that you can do online. It has to be physical. Big organizations are doing it, but everyone involved is present there. And I don't know why, but I think OP is trying to scam people. Maybe I'm wrong, but this seems more logical at this point.

He already said what he want and I think an API is different from it. I think the OP can get them for free except only for the license part but he can still operate without it and people can still trust him as long as they haven't experienced an issue on using his website.

The OP is free to use the money that came from his service fees but I don't recommend on using the money that his customers put on his platform. He can be confident of his ability but things can sometimes go wrong. I don't want his company to be the second FTX. Many cloud mining are a scam but there might still be some who are legit, so we shouldn't judge the OP too early.
