AFAIK there’s no licensing body that regulates online mining and trading. It depends on the country that your business located to apply for business license unlike online casino that has global e-gaming license globally. Your exchange will fall under the category of exchange which you will need to apply for it on each country that you want to offer your services.

You can get profit on by having a customer. Make a decent marketing to get customers. Partnership is your best way to attract customers especially those project with strong community.

OP do not waste your time and resources in anything online mining. It is still the  same as cloud mining which has no benefit and impact on the Crypto space anymore. At least give us an idea by posting your website, your short description on your site cannot give us an idea and what you really want to say, you created an online wallet and online mining, and you want a license to make it look legit, well for me it's not going to be legit because if it's Bitcoin online mining which is cloud mining in another term it's a Ponzi scheme.

Its a proven fact and I'm so sure that you do not have mining rigs just a script and a computation bot to make it appear that you are mining, and about your Cryptowallet if you created it yourself if it's a close source I don't think people will trust your wallet because its new and close source.

Op I think you need to dead that thoughts of getting a license  for what you claim you created and yet you don't even know how to earn from it 🤔,  if you don't want to get your account tagged in the forum, then you just ignore mentioning  cloud mining  or getting affiliated with cloud mining especially bitcoin and it is believed  that there is absolutely  nothing like cloud mining for bitcoin  anymore and anyone referring people to cloud mine is just promoting scam and that's one thing the forum frowns so much at.

There are already so much opportunities  on the forum,  and I think it will be better if you focus on growing your account on here so as to get some benefits from the forum and learning more from here .

Although it may look a discouragement to him but it's all about the reality that he's setting in here. We've come across a lot of platforms and newbies asking almost the same thing and it's up to him if he'll take it as a good tip for his own sake and at the same time, he'll be able to save time. Trading, you can create your account on centralized exchanges and get your account referral link /code that can be used to help you get passive money, not profit. You don't trade or invest, so no initial capital and no profit after that.

With a referral link, you can set it at your website, on your social media accounts, in your articles and if someone click on the referral link, register an account and trade on centralized exchanges, you will get income from them.

You cannot attract people if you don't know anything on the platform you want to launch also to many people are skeptical about such thing since they immediately tag it as scam especially if someone launch a cloudmining platform and then promise a lot of profit to the person who trust their system.  Maybe you need to study more about what you want to enter and change it to more convincing since mining is not gaining any fame or demand in this forum.

Congratulations on your new failed website as it's obvious that it will be a junk site as you the developers is already unprofessional and don't know what could be done to make the website work. How do you expect your audience to react to such. Right now I also don't think their is much traffic coming from cloud mining sites as their is lesser reward close to zero and as such no one will want to waste their time and data in visit site they can't benefit anything from.

That is certainly one of the possibilities. We cannot know for sure unless the OP gives us more info.
Purely out of curiosity, I looked for mining and trading website templates on Codecanyon, and you are right, there are tons of ready-made website templates on that topic. It is possible that the OP bought one of those websites and does not know what to do with it. But in that case, it would be better for him to seek the support of the developer for some concrete information and support.
