Freewallet: the scam project that threatens thousands of customers

Freewallet is a scam. No, this description is too modest. Freewallet is a huge scam! There have been different situations in the history of cryptocurrencies. Many projects cheated with their clients and disappeared with their money. But only scammers from the Freewallet project have been able to steal their victim's money for 7 years, and at the same time not only avoid punishment but also attract new and new users.

However, the history of the grandiose scam called Freewallet is in its last stage. And today we will tell the stories of those who lost everything by trusting scammers. We want to inform you to help to restore justice.

Musk's wallet is blocked, but is he the only victim of Freewallet fraud?

February 2021. Elon Musk creates an account through the Freewallet application, after which the project's security service freezes his wallet. This story can be called a curiosity, if not for one nuance. Freewallet is the largest scam project in existence today. You can find thousands of people who have lost all their savings due to the actions of these scammers. Today we will show you how easy it is to make millions by stealing money from entrepreneurs, freelancers, and crypto investors with impunity. Moreover, unlike billionaire Elon Musk, blocking ordinary customers is not noticed by the biggest news portals. Therefore, a scam project called Freewallet has been quietly working for several years, continuing to lure new victims.

Your translation was not found

One of the dozens of Freewallet victims' reviews.

In April 2018, a user named Surafad installed the Freewallet app. He has successfully made small operations to exchange Bitcoins for Monero several times. But as soon as Surafad tried to make a big transaction…the coins just disappeared. Not seeing the enrollment, the user contacted technical support. After a long silence, the Freewallet employee replied that the sender himself was to blame for the loss of money. Allegedly, he “mistakenly transferred coins to a wallet in the alternative XMO cryptocurrency”. This answer was absurd because Surafad itself has always worked only with BTC and XMR. There was simply no place for a third-party cryptocurrency in this chain. But tech support refused any help. The client was simply f***ed up, and the coins were withdrawn to two third-party addresses.

“Wait,” a reader might say, “but a technical glitch can happen in any application! Of course, it’s a shame to lose money because of a mistake, but is this an argument to accuse the Freewallet management of stealing coins?”. Yes, this is an argument. After all, we are not talking about single failures, but about the targeted theft of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars!

Briton Amber Francis has lost all the savings accumulated by working as a freelancer. The man sent BTC to another wallet for withdrawal, but the coins never reached the addressee. The transaction history in the Freewallet app was empty. But to Amber's surprise, looking at the transaction on the blockchain explorer showed that his savings had gone… to a wallet with a completely different address. How can you believe in such a technical failure?

It's been 3 years since the payment was made. Blockchain explorer confirms: the coins did not reach the addressee.

Ahmad Sohaib, a native of India, lost money in a similar situation. 6 of his different translations did not reach the addressee. Is it possible to believe that 6 transactions in a row of one person will not get into the blockchain occasionally?

This is a targeted theft of coins. What do the owners of Freewallet do cunningly? Most often, such outright thefts occur with those who keep small amounts in their wallets. Obviously, the owners of the scam company are afraid to deceive more serious and influential people so openly. These customers are destined for another type of fraud.

We will leave you without money but just for your safety

The founders of Freewallet are mean and cynical, but cunning people. If you just steal coins from wallets, you can quickly find yourself in prison. Therefore, the leaders of the scam project came up with a more safe way of cheating.

Extract from the user agreement. The creators of Freewallet directly say that at any time they will deprive you of the possibility of withdrawing assets under a far-fetched pretext.

The service rules explicitly state that the company has the right to verify customers in case of “suspicious activity”. By the way, anything can be considered suspicious activity, even the usual authorization in the wallet. After blocking the account, the support service starts ignoring requests:
First, they explain for a long time that they act for security reasons.
Next, they ask for a regular scan of a passport or ID.
Then they persuade a victim to make a selfie, a video recording, and send more and more scans.
If the client passes this check as well, they begin to demand new documents, including tax returns, bank statements, and documents of victims' family members.
The purpose of this “verification” is to make the victim get tired of fighting for their coins and resign themselves to losing them. Or, in general, send the client to the ignore list under any pretext. You can find hundreds of people from whom Freewallet administrators simply stole coins!

Freewallet stole $100,000 from one victim
A user with the nickname Spidermantheman1 accumulated about $100,000 on his Freewallet XMR wallet. The security service immediately blocked his account. The long correspondence did not give results. First, employees needed the user's data. Then they asked him to show his ID. They wanted to make a selfie. In the end, Freewallet scammers demanded a bunch of documents from the victim, including bank statements. But even that didn't help. At some point, the security service began checking again, asking ... to take more and more selfies (for example with different documents and papers in the background)

Does it have anything in common with security? No! The purpose of such “verification” is simple: to play for time, waiting until the victim will be forced to forget about his or her deposit.

How Freewallet scammers avoid punishment

Every month, dozens of victims whose assets are stolen by the Freewallet administration appear in the crypto community. It would seem that the founder of the project should have been under arrest for a long time. But smart Freewallet scammers thought out their “business” to the smallest detail:
A figurehead, listed as the official project manager. In reality, the CEO has nothing to do with the crypto business. The real founders of Freewallet are often called two residents of Russia. According to the political situation, punishing fraudsters becomes almost impossible.
Users' coins are stored in shared cryptocurrency addresses. It becomes difficult to calculate where the assets of a particular victim went. While the client thinks that he is passing the usual verification, the company sends his tokens and coins to staking or landing, receiving good interest. The victim loses his savings. This was especially actual in December 2017 and 2018: the rates of Bitcoin and altcoins were falling rapidly. At some point, seeing their frozen assets melt away, Freewallet victims simply gave up trying to get them back. The administrators of the scam project took the assets for themselves, immediately converting them into stablecoins or fiat.
The Freewallet “marketing department” is doing everything to whiten the reputation of the project. They are blocking negative reviews and compromising users who reported fraud. In such simple ways, Freewallet manages to slightly improve the ratings and achieve an influx of new victims.
But in general, Freewallet is such a blatant scam that it's amazing how people still trust them with their savings. And to be convinced of the deception, it is not even necessary to look for reviews of other victims. It is enough to see if the company that is named as the owner of this crypto wallet is real.

According to the official website, the owner of the service is Wallet Services Limited, registered in Hong Kong.

A simple search reveals that Wallet Services Limited… ceased to exist back in January 2022! That means: today Freewallet has no official owner. In the event of claims, the victims will not even have a person from whom compensation can be demanded. Unfortunately, not all beginners are aware of such nuances, which leads to the theft of coins and tokens from the wallets of gullible users.

The worst thing is that the creators of the scam project Freewallet do not shun anything, taking even the last money from people. As an example - one of the recent stories: Freewallet blocked the payment, which was intended for a gift to one of the user's daughter.

Moreover, the scammers from Freewallet this time did not even begin to create the appearance of legality. Usually, they block the wallet, citing security reasons, the desire to protect the client, etc. This is where the theft took place. As soon as the user completed the transaction, the company immediately removed this token from the list of available ones. Later, Freewallet pretended that such transfers never happened. A spoiled holiday for a child, a spoiled mood for parents ... and a lot of money from the mysterious owners of the Freewallet project. Are they interested in someone else's experiences?
Can Freewallet scam participants be held accountable? Yes. What is not so difficult to do? Most of the victims are limited to negative comments on social networks and forums. Thanks to these comments, a simple search for reviews shows that Freewallet is a scam. But this is not enough.
Victims must organize and collect evidence of Freewallet's fraudulent activity and pass it to law enforcement officers. It is important to seek the initiation of criminal proceedings against the creators and participants of this scam project. Further, financial regulators should intervene in the matter, which will place the money associated with Freewallet on blacklists, which will make it difficult to withdraw stolen funds. Ultimately, Interpol should get involved in the case to achieve an arrest and judicial review of the facts of fraud and theft of cryptocurrency.

But it will be extremely difficult for one user to achieve the result alone. The team of scammers who founded Freewallet today has money, influence, and opportunities. Therefore, it is important that the appeals of the victims be collected and addressed to state bodies, and not in the form of ordinary posts on the Internet. Otherwise, Freewallet will be able to steal millions more from thousands of new victims.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

There is no good feature for this wallet over other well-reviewed open source wallets that do not have any record of losing money, thus if we assume that this wallet is a wallet and not an account similar to exchanges accounts.

Freewallet: the scam project that threatens thousands of customers

It's good that we have a site dedicated specifically to a particular scam platform if not stopping it will at least minimize this scam platform freewallet from getting many more victims, whoever running this website should promote it and let others who got victimized share the platform, since the site is running on WordPress better get a good theme and plugins for sharing and SEO optimation you can use this site  WPBEGINNER to maximize the presence of the platform.

I hope we can have more platforms dedicated particularly to scam sites like 1xBIT, running a platform like this only cost $80 that's for a year domain and host included, but of course, they should be dedicated in promoting the platform to save  people from getting scammed.

Some of these scam cases have been resolved and many are still unresolved, but why do you need to use a closed-source wallet with such behavior in the first place?

This is very common to discover that newbies would have made a mistake before realizing the omission of the first and necessary steps to take before making a choice of a custodial to use, why do some of them feels relunctant in making research before they make a transaction with those they are not used to, who appears to be untrusted and unverified source, but when they get scammed, they voiced out for help from different angles and now engaged doing what they would have done right from time.

There is no good feature for this wallet over other well-reviewed open source wallets that do not have any record of losing money, thus if we assume that this wallet is a wallet and not an account similar to exchanges accounts.

If one uses a closed source wallet, then he should be ready to face any consequences preceeding their use at anytime henceforth, we also needs to be aware that some cold storages are also closed source, but we should always make use of an open source custodial wallet.

Despite Freewallet's long list of scams, new users continue to use this wallet and lose their funds. In recent times, victims have posted more complaints against this wallet in the scam accusations board. In fact, those who are new to the crypto market, try to find the easiest way, and this move leads them to big losses. And Google's search results often lead them to the wrong direction, like if you search "Free bitcoin wallet" on Google, then the first result that comes is the website address of Freewallet. So people who use this wallet are not really that experienced about how the wallet works. As a result Freewallet is still getting their customers from Google search, and they are cheating customers by blocking their funds.

Why Google didn't give any warning signs about this wallet, even though Musk warned about it, and therefore if they wanted to protect investors, they could easily put a warning signal in front of the wallet link, just as it was happening in the fake articles about Covid-19.

I don't know what is the standard for closing accounts with them but you can't trust that your money is safe because you can't extract the private key and at the same time they can steal your money and claim that your account is closed.

How will they generate profits if it is a free closed source wallet?

Google could have taken action here to warn crypto users, but why Google is not taking this step is a matter of inquiry. To force Google to take action on this website's search results, the crypto community needs to come together and report this website. Because

Google most of the time does not take action until they are forced to, we have already witnessed how many fake/phishing/scam ads Google has approved and made Google users the target of scammers. Crypto users can't be deterred from using this wallet just by warning, as long as freewallet is the first result when searching for "free bitcoin wallet" on Google.

The reason why it's ranking on the first page is that the domain is an old one Google tends to respect old domains which is very bad many more will be victimized if this scam wallet remains on the top search.

The reason why it's ranking on the first page is that the domain is an old one Google tends to respect old domains which is very bad many more will be victimized if this scam wallet remains on the top search.
It's one of the stuffs google uses but talking like it shows only because its an old domain is a wrong info, besides there are lots of old site that doesn't show in first page. It depends on different stuffs such as keywords, browser activity, recent searches, and many more. Reporting it on google won't help either coz there's no violation of their domain.
Much better is to publish articles or reviews regarding their shitty service, and let the people share those info so they will be avoided in the future.

They’ve been successfully scamming and getting away with it for years. They actually have an account on this forum (which is littered with negative trust).

This is their forum rep (inactive for a while) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1177176

I think it might be more useful to act something against scammers

Several days ago, on 08/02/2023 I made an official crime report to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (UK authority which investigates online scam and fraud crimes) about freewallet scammers. My report was registrated by number NFRC230806087223.

I created online petition with an appeal to the NFIB to investigate the fraudulent activities of Freewallet owners

It is available here: https://chng.it/JVYrmzzHGK

It could be a great thing if this boars members would sign this petition and we call NFIB to investigate and bring the founders of the fraudulent Freewallet project to justice!

As with many scam projects they are using the attitude of: If it ain't broke don't fix it.

From the top
1) They have been scamming for years and people still use them
2) They are closed source and people still use them
3) There are 100s perhaps 1000s of big name crypto people telling people not to use them and yet, people still use them.

Why should they change?

Seriously, until they get hit with real legal repercussions nothing is going to happen.

Same with Atomic wallet, people are loosing money and yet their wallet is still getting downloaded and used.

We can report them to Google to see if they can get removed from listings.
We can report them to their web hosts to see if we can get their sites taken down.
We can report them to the various AV companies to get their sites flagged as malware.

But if they keep making money by scamming / stealing they are going to keep doing it because they can.

-Dave

I sincerely wish you to get your coins back. But I guess that the opportunity to use their wallet and not to lose assets is something about good luck, but not a usual thing. If they would steal all money by all users, they would quickly get imprisoned.
Instead their "partial scam" allows to act like a usual service.

It's like their customers "reviews": you see someone who says "great wallet, i reccomend it" and you see someone telling that he got scammed. And you are like "Well if they would be a scammers there would be no good reviews, so maybe it's just an occasion"

In the reviews section, you can easily see good/quality reviews as they can buy positive reviews. So, there is no chance to rely on positive reviews and also few people or websites may give negative trust to hamper their business and this happens rarely.

Yeah, you can steal $1000 from any customer, and later pay $300 to people who'll write positive reviews + $300 for a lawyer to block websites with real customers/victims reviews

Quote
"The administration of the Freewallet.org could give a public response to these accusations. If Freewallet org really was a decent service, its representatives would at least try to explain the reasons why hundreds of people lost assets by transferring them to the wallets of this “company”. Instead, Freewallet lawyers are writing complaints accusing us in “illegal use of the trademark name”, although there is no evidence that such a trademark even exists (on the official website of Freewallet it is indicated that the owner of the service is a defunct company)."
The answer's here

We need to stop freewallet scammers.

https://realreviews.info/report-freewallet-scam-attempt/

  • Tell us about the incident by emailing freewallet-report@tutanota.com Our lawyers will consult you for free, help you collect evidence and prepare an appeal to the competent authorities
  • Take screenshots confirming the theft of assets, unreasonable blocking of the wallet or ignoring requests by the Freewallet support team
  • Provide a description of the incident, attach screenshots, and send it to law enforcement in your area
  • Submit an abuse to ICANN (main domain registration organisation), claiming it to suspend all domains used by Freewallet scammers, including freewallet.org

This is unthinkable! I sent the company a photo of my ID and a selfie with a piece of paper with my name written on it. But even this did not help to unlock access to the wallet

They are selective scammers and we have thousands of similar stories, some of which were resolved after scam topic tops lists of first Google search and some of them were unable to restore his money, all you need is to create an independent scam topic with all the details and try to make other topics in Reddit, Twitter, and you may be able to access your account, once when you get it withdrawal it and do not use them.

Same situations repeat to often to be accidental.
I agree that KYC/AML are needed in some cases to stop money laundering, and some other crimes. But it can't be a purpose to block assets and then ignore customers.

The stories shared here highlight a pattern of targeted theft and manipulative tactics, yet people still entrust their funds to this platform. The community needs to question why individuals continue using Freewallet despite its notorious reputation.

Agressive marketing, I guess. And also they use some well known brands as their "partners".

I suggest to create your own thread on this board and include everything you have in your side and theirs too.
If you have contacted their support include the chat/message logs there too, if what solution they are currently making (if there is) to solve your problem.

Yes, thats very important to make screenshots of your tickets and other proves. So that administration won't be able to act like nothing happened and someone is just trying to worsen the reputation. Because often they try to delete negative reviews by telling that "issues were solved" or "the problem occured just because of the clients fault"

I ve got a new private message from another Freewallet scam victim. This person didn't allow uet to make this situation public. But as far as I understand, Freewallet not just blocks accounts. Administration also sends coins to another adress without any users permission. Looks like they steal assets even before a client could (theoretically) pass KYC.

Give them a chance to prove themselves by submitting a free scam report, and let them work and let's see how good their service is, I have second thoughts on their service but if they can help you with this case I'm willing to change my stand and may even recommend them.
It's good that we have a platform like this to help the victims of many scams here.

Yes, any help would be useful.
Especially if talk about not just a service that allows others to steal savings, but makes this by itself.
I mean that I'm 100% sure that Freewallet issues occur NOT because of someones mistake. Administration is systematically scamming clients!

i had common story with almost same issues. but the problem was that i didn't even see incoming transaction in my wallet.

You can tell us your story privately (If you don't want to share this information with others). It's really important to provide to the competent authorities as much information of Freewallet scam attempts as possible.

Hey. Thanks for making a compilation of cases proving FreeWallet is a scam and a fraud. These bozos need to get taken down already.

Another case I would mention here is
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5248998.msg63277585#msg63277585

FreeWallet robbed this dude out of 5 BTC, which is now worth alot more than it was back in 2020.

Now get this. Three and a half years later the FreeWallet team RESPONDS to the post in an attempt to make their support look good. Whether they time these slow replies because they knew the user would have long quit by then (Users last online was July 2020) or if they wanted to make their Customer Support team look good by responding to something that was three and a half years old I'm unsure, so I just assume both. HORRIBLE service. I don't understand how they've lasted so long while frauding people out of so much money.

Also, Elon was ONLY refunded because he was Elon. Elon had the power to crush down FreeWallet's reputation and sue their company and FreeWallet is obviously never going to be prepared for something like that. So of course, they let his funds go and back to Elon.

As we see, this strategy works. Newbies think that Freewallet is safe because their support is always active.

We need to stop these crooks as much as we can honestly. Such an evil app. If they didn't respond properly to Elon their whole app and reputation would've been toasted completely.

Replies to celebrities are one thing. Here, of course, Freewallet can try to convince you of an accidental error, return the money, etc. But what about ordinary people who have lost money?

We,ve got A new request for help.
Another yser got scammed by Freewallet. Administration stole almost 70000 USDT!
We publish a translation of the sent text in English:

Good afternoon, my name is Elena, unfortunately I have joined the ranks of Freewallet fraud victims. On December 13th, I set up a wallet for a USDT transaction of 68,800 USDT. The transaction was frozen due to suspicious wallet activity. I provided my passport, a photo of myself with a passport in my hands and a piece of paper with an inscription. But this did not help, as I understood this was a standard action on their part.

The same style of deceiving customers, only more victims are starting to band together to push for an investigation into Freewallet!

Right. Free wallet support never helps their customers, contacting them is just harassment with no solution. There are a lot of complaints against Free wallet and new ones are being added, but they are not changing their operations yet because they are constantly looking for victims. So the possibility of this user getting the funds back is very low, because so far I have not seen anyone's complaint being resolved.

I hope that the media promotion of the victims’ stories will force the scammers to return the money. Although, of course, this is not a panacea: I am sure that they will immediately find new clients. On the contrary, solving one user’s problem gives the support a reason to show: “look, we had problems, but we solved them.” So the main goal is to block the project and hold the organizers accountable!

Scammers never return victims' funds until the scammers are caught in some sort of legal trouble. So every time such scammers scam crypto users and run away with funds. This wallet is still scamming crypto users because Freewallet comes up in the first result of google search. So when new crypto users search for bitcoin wallets on google they find this scam wallet and send their funds to this wallet, and after sending funds they get scammed. There are already complaints from many victims in this forum, whose funds have been withheld by freewallet on various pretexts.

As long as Freewallet is online they will keep scamming crypto users. And so to stop this activity of Freewallet we should raise awareness among crypto users.

Fake Freewallet reviews: the way to attract new victims and hide negative comments

I’m not sure, but I think that this forum is visited by representatives of portals and review sites dedicated to cryptocurrencies. I've noticed that many of these sites have positive reviews of Freewallet at the top of the list. Moreover, with clearly customized text (a huge list of all the advantages of the wallet, outright advertising). At the same time, it is difficult to find comments from real customers complaining about account blocking in the list, although they are usually the majority.

Here is one example.

If representatives of portals and review sites are reading this text, please do not help scammers place their advertisements and attract new victims!

Firstly, I'd ask you to sign a petition and to share it with others.

If you coins were stolen by Freewallet the only way for you is to prepare and send official crime report. Even If Freewallet org will disappear, without official authoririties reaction, you won't get your coins back.

I must say that I am happy that I wasn't a victim of Freewallet, Remitano and Binance saved me to say the least. Although all of them are custodial arrangements, yet the two are better as they will hardly "scam" you, and if you have issues, they can still settle it as long as you have all the evidence needed. But for Freewallet, it is a pure scam with what I read, and I am happy that I know of this before it was too late. Before I knew it, I have used Freewallet for over 4 years, though it was not the transaction that is more than $200 in most cases, so they could not be greedy enough to hold my money and block my account.

Since I was using the wallet on the recommendation a quack friend that also used it..lol, I decided to research after many years. Lo and hold, I was shocked about the allegation against them and the many injustice metered to their customers who were dealing with big money. It is so sad that people are not well informed about cryptocurrency and this custodial/self-custody arrangement, that could only explain why many would still be working with a custodial approach. Freeallet is a nightmare but I am glad that they never scammed me as naive as I was. The only issue I had with them was the high fees of transactions which helped me to leave them faster than planned after the ugly discovery. Can you imagine charging me over $2+ to transfer LTC? Those guys are crooks.

I often encounter situations like this. As long as users store and send small amounts, their wallet works without interruption. As soon as you receive a large transaction, the administration immediately blocks access to the coins. However, some have their assets frozen immediately; it is difficult to determine the pattern. It's better just not to risk it

This is unthinkable! I sent the company a photo of my ID and a selfie with a piece of paper with my name written on it. But even this did not help to unlock access to the wallet

They wouldn't, the best thing is never to have their kind with our asset, there's no amount of what you have provided that can make them accept to give you access to your asset, we have to always take good observations on choosing a platform or wallet to use before we becauses their victim, alot of people have already fallen to this kind and couldn't recover from their first experience with them, this could be so annoying and disappointing.

Are there any users from Australia who were scammed?
If yes, then I advice to make a report here https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam
Good thing is that you have an oprion to allow the government to share your report with other authorities and private structures that work on stopping fraud.

We decided to translate our texts about Freewallet scam to other languages.
We noticed that there are Freewallet scam victims who live outside English-speaking states. That`s why it might be useful for them to stay in touch with there neighbours.
For example here we prepared some materials for Russian speaking community.
Texts in other languages will also appear in several days.

For everyone who has suffered from Freewallet's actions!
We managed to contact British law enforcement. They are prepared to launch a formal investigation, but only if the victim reports the crime to the UK or local police authority.
I kindly ask everyone who has lost money to write in private messages or email freewallet-report@tutanota.com
We will help you draw up a competent application; all you need to do is send it!

Thank you for your request.
We wrote all the advice we could by email. But our meaning of collecting data from victims is somewhat different. As soon as a user reports fraud on the part of Freewallet, our lawyers prepare a statement of crime to local law enforcement agencies and complaints to other authorities. Only the victim can submit an application (!) As soon as the application is registered, we, for our part, send our own requests to the supervisory authorities with a request to keep the production data under personal control.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide all possible information when applying (what is your name, when did you install the wallet, how much was stolen by scammers, etc.). Personal information (such as residential address) can be painted over or otherwise removed

Alvin Hagg is being investigated
Unfortunately, we cannot provide full info of the case at this time. You cannot give scammers the opportunity to prepare. But we can reveal some details.

I suggest avoiding suspicious services so you have to be careful before doing so and ask people who have used this firewall, even though it has a list of scams, many people still use it because they don't know about this access and don't understand anything about this wallet, but for years - year so when crypto users look for wallets they find and send funds and deposit them then they get scammed

Because those new in crypto rely on Google to find free crypto wallets, that leads to this scam wallet.
I tried it now, I searched on Google "Free Bitcoin wallet" on the search engine button appears this scam wallet caught the newbie's attention since it's free.

That's true. And also it is well designed. Easy for a newbie to get how to receive and send coins.
Not all people are experienced enough to work with non custodial wallets.
But if you got scammed - there is still opportunity to get your coins back. Just contact us to get free support.

Here is another thing that you can do to stop Freewallet scammers:

1. Visit https://abuse.cloudflare.com/general
2. Fill out all fields of the form. In particular, in the Logs or other evidence of abuse section, indicate that the Freewallet.org website is deceiving the client. Under the guise of a crypto wallet, this application gains access to users’ digital (cryptocurrency) assets. Further, under the pretext of verification, the administration of the service groundlessly blocks accounts and deprives victims of the opportunity to withdraw assets.
As confirmation, you can provide links to complaints from other customers, including those posted on our website https://freewalletreviews.org
3. Click on the Submit button.
4. Duplicate your complaint by sending it to abuse@cloudflare.com.
If every victim does this, then sooner or later the Freewallet.org website will be blocked, which means scammers will not be able to find new victims. In addition, this fact can be useful for law enforcement officers, and will allow them to quickly pay attention to numerous cases of asset theft.

When someone new to the crypto market, their main goal is to find a bitcoin wallet, and when someone searches for bitcoin wallet on Google, this scam wallet comes up in the top results, leading new crypto users to be misguided. And this is why even after so many scam reports, Freewallet is continuing their operations without any problem, because they are getting new customers and scamming those customers' funds on various pretexts. Therefore, more awareness is needed in the crypto market, so that the activities of such scams can be prevented.

I often use some exchange services to sell crypto. Every time I check reviews and sezrch for complaints. But even though I realize risks because you never know for sure whether positive comments are real or prepaid by the administration. The same thing about complaints. Even if I dont see them, I ask myself, "Maybe there are some but I just didnt notice them?" If we talk about newbies, it a lot harder for them to research such thing.

Help is needed! Joint action against Freewallet scammers

Our project Stop Freewallet Fraud was created to help victims of fraudsters get their assets back. But our second goal is to make the Freewallet scam app disappear forever. We will need your help with this!
Please take 10 minutes to send complaints about the actions of the Freewallet administration. Send abuses to NameCheap, Cloudflare, AppStore and sign our petition.
Full instructions are available at this link - https://medium.com/@freewalletpenipuan/help-us-stop-freewallet-scammers-8a19bd126742

If you lost money because of Freewallet scam, write your story in a few sentences. Find out the amount that the scammers stole from you. Add this to your abuse and write that you demand that the Freewallet org service be blocked.
If you yourself have not lost assets, but sympathize with the victims, simply sign our petition or send a short letter to NameCheap or Cloudflare calling for the removal of the scammer’s application.

Thanks to everyone for his/her activity!
