sometimes it is very rare to see something like inside scam because the team might be very strict and conscious of workers and how they handled customers. Sometimes they do check feedbacks from customers and allow customers to rate there workers to checkmate their efficiency. We have seen many types of exit scam that had dupe many gamblers and players of there funds and still counting looking for new customers that would ignorantly register and deposit on their sites so that they can steal from customers.

Well, you are right, but then, this is not to say that sometimes or most times, the owner of a company does not contribute to an insider job, this I learnt in my country here with a company that claimed some of their employees had stolen customers funds and ran away, and for this reason, they are bankrupt.

Customers got really mad and cried to the government who then asked the police and military to thorough investigate what really happened, in the end, it was discovered that the CEO of the company conaived with some of his employees(the top executives) to steal customers funds and claim some insiders did it and ran away.

In the end, a scam Is always a scam, doesn't matter in what manner it was committed, what matters is that money was lost, and that makes it a scam.

It is pretty weird that you'll be able to easily create another account without interaction like it happened automatically, probably because you have allowed it or you just accidentally clicked it but did you bother to contact support? As you still have balance on it? Probably they will lift it if accidentally you've created another account unless you've deposited an amount on it or had transactions on it as multi-accounts are prohibited by some casinos.Just try to contact support as they may listen to you unless you've violated their terms then you have no chance.

I find it difficult to believe this. Let me say that people do not often tell the real and whole stories in cases like this and I don't know how someone would accidentally create a casino account through his Google signup as easily as that. This can't be so mistaken since there are prompts to be followed through until the final account opening success. This includes verification with at least your password depending on the layer of verification you are using for it. Even Google as custodial is not as careless as that and I don't think it's a different process per country.

Okay, let's assume that it was a mistake, he should have known his casino doesn't allow that, and as a matter of fact, they frown at it to avoid cheating. For this, you shouldn't have deposited into it but go straight to your casino to let them know the problem and the way forward. Who can tell whos mistake it is? unless it will be provided with complete proof and also both sides must comply but the problem is that nowadays it is hard to prove till now.

I made a list of good casinos which i have personally tried and researched about. I shared them on this threads because if someone want a reputable casino with these features then they can directly go to the respective site to research more about them, it will save time for the player. when I was finding the best one according to my needs I asked every big and reputable casinos by support chat, that if they meet my needs or not. and it was so time consuming to find casinos which allow withdrawal without wagering 2x or 3x. and have vault feature with good user review on trustpilot and other sites.

there are more reputable casinos available but they required to wager the deposit 2x or 3x times. I know it is not very hard to wager.

Thank you for this better explanation, a good casino should have resolved this amicably since you've not even funded it, not to mention gambling with it. Although there is still no proof attached to it, yet, it goes a long way in helping us understand the situation better. All I wanted was fairness on both sides, not that anyone would just come and soil the name of any company without a fair hearing from both sides. I am not a fan of BC.Game and as a matter of fact, I advised people against gambling with them last week or the week before late week. This is simply because I'm always pained to read from people how casinos are defrauding them without any means to get their money back.

To make the matter worse, BC.Game is the most alleged casino on Bitcointalk of late, their last campaign here this year seems to have made many people become their victims which is worrisome to me. Trustpilot is not a review platform to really trust, BTCgosu is way better, I have come across this casino a couple of times where it's mentioned, especially on this forum, and I have never did come across any user complaining about any issue related to this wolf bet.

I have never played on this casino, and neither do I have an account with them, if you signed up, and can login, then check if you've passed the primary verification, which is like, email verification or so, this is the only reason I think might make you not be able to play.

Another reason is if the casino has made document verification mandatory before deposit, I guess you reach out to their customer care for the real reason and solution.

There is a big difference between an exit scam and an inside job is a bit difficult to differentiate but then there is a big difference between the two and I will try my best to differentiate the two.

1: exit scam is all about the whole team closing the door of the project on the face of there investors or user of project.

2: an inside job is a breeze of the back end security by a member of the team or group without the knowledge of the rest of the team,  this time both the team members and the customers are scam at once this is what inside job means.

According to your story, you did not do anything wrong to be punished in this severe manner. The casino was quick to suspend your account without notice, which makes dealing with it extremely dangerous. I wonder why you did not mention that you tried to contact support to explain your situation or that you did not do so for other reasons.

Stopping accounts in this way is not fair, because there is always the possibility that two or more people will use the same network, especially in public networks. Or an error may have occurred, as happened to you, especially since you did not use the second account for any activity.
In any case, at most, support should have contacted you to inquire, and if you did not use your deposit, it should be returned to you.

Well, a scam is a scam I will agree with you about that. But what happens when we see some of those casinos back trying to make things right? I guess we need to open a separate thread about that question, if some casino gets back and clears all the negatives can we trust them again? Should we play there again?

From the way i see it, it was not his fault because he wasn't intentional about the whole situation and how it turned out, but we should also consider that the system detected this and there's nothing they also can do about it since it's nothing than a violation in their own eye while it's an error from the gambler's end, things like this happens but we cab always prevent subsequents from reoccurrence.
