I do not understand why people deposit big amounts without getting themselves verified. It is always a good idea to get verified first and then gamble on a trusted exchange. I have seen such threads wherein users are waiting for their withdrawals because the verification process is taking time. These users are those who might have found a way to bluff the house and that is the reason they are treated like shits. In this case, OP might have been flagged by the internal security team and that is why his verification is taking time.

The best that you can do as a gambler is to get your account verified before you deposit anything at all. Many people have this issue of verification after they deposit money.

Everyone should follow the advice of first verifying your account BEFORE you deposit any money into it. There are always risks with unverified accounts. Because they have not done the KYC procedure, they are treated all equally suspiciously even if they have done nothing wrong and have not gone against the terms and conditions of the online casino website.

And verification processes can take a very long time. Sometimes this is due to unusual account activity like using a VPN or making strange bets (like with an automated bot). But sometimes it takes long for no good reason.

It's a habit that everyone is always afraid that their identity will be misused by third parties and also hacked. That's why people prefer to play anonymously, so they don't trust the casino, so they don't want to verify from the start, but wonder why they trust the site. this and make a deposit, that alone looks strange to me why do they not trust identity matters on this platform why deposit they trust just like that

They'll be alerted when you keep on pinging them on how's the progress of your verification until they give a verdict whether to allow you to continue or just let your account forgotten and return back your deserved fund.

Sorry for your experience with this casino. I have come to realize that most casino have third parties incorporated which does verification on their clients or registered members and i believe that was the reasons the delay for their response and this has been the complaints from many members who are experiencing similar issues with their various casinos. Most times, it takes up to some months before they reply their client and another thing is the volume of assets in question because no casino would want to release a huge amount of funds without proper verification if there are doubts about the identity of the member. I blame the casino for not responding to you and updating you when you would get their feedback as to the result of your verification. I will advise you to be patient with them or you contact their representative as proffered bu members here.

Keep us updated. Casinos shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to process a simple verification, as long as you provide every document in the right format.
I keep saying this as I've been working in support for some time: a single verification usually takes a worker 10-20 minutes to verify. I'm talking at a situation where there's a number of pictures/scans, including a proof of residence, a document with a picture and a selfie. The only reason to delay that (if you're a legit company) is if you have a lot of requests and little staff, but it should never take more than a week.

because it is less hassle and who wouldn't want to gamble anonymously? verifying your account before depositing any money on the account removes the kind of issue OP experienced, a lot of gamblers still want to gamble on gambling sites without their identity being known because they want to remain anonymous as much as possible. anyway, yeah, if a gambler wants a smoother experience and doesn't want to experience what the OP experience, it would be better for them to verify their account first before depositing any money and gamble.

Even if the account is no longer active, it's likely that they comprehend the repercussions of having their account associated with an unresolved scam accusation. I recall that they used to promote themselves on the forum, either through signature campaigns or directly through the forum ads. Considering the effort and resources they invested in building their reputation, I doubt they would simply disregard that and waste their past efforts. So I'm sure they are still monitoring threads involving their company, specially complaints.
