Another unfair trust/feedback from user Timelord2067

It's been months since this user hasn't given up and continues his defamatory campaign against me.

This is the latest in the series:

I got a loan from Hopenotlate;  500 + 50 to repay  ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5460565.0 )

I repaid 435 in advance (10 days before deadline!!!) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5460565.msg62604633#msg62604633

Since both hopenotlate and I are on vacation, and the expiry date of the 115 usdt loan coincided with the weekend, we agreed to postpone the repayment to Tuesday the 8th. (as confirmed Hopenotlate https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5460565.msg62673669#msg62673669)

Repayement was done regularly and other 550 loand taken was repaid too.

But on 08/08 Timelord2067 left me another warning trust , in wich he claims "Another overdue loan ($115 repayment was due on 2023-08-05) " .

Overdue What? No loan was overdue since there was an agreement (and 450 was repaid in andvance, but he didn't wrote this)

Dear Timelord: why you don't wrote in your feedback that loan was repaid in advance???

I'm really bored with this user, and I hope other users realize that Timelord is carrying out a shameful smear campaign against me.

This is exactly how things went.
Regarding these loans, and also a couple of previous one, I can also confirm HedgeFx was always in touch with me and provided every explanations I asked for ( including screenshots of an issue he was having with withdrawal from an exchange tha was supposed to be used as repayment in time for the 115 USDT.

He's far from DT because of his bad judgement. There's really nothing else to do. Everyone's free to leave correct or incorrect feedback, it's up to the community how to value it.

Boss, this is unnecessary judging by what I'd dug so far. Both the lender and borrower had an agreement and were well in touch with each other. Even @hopenotlate who's the lender seems to understand and be considerate, don't let people view this as a witchhunt.

There's no fair justice that would ever support your wish.

@Timelord2067, I agree with the other comments in this thread suggesting you leave the lender and the borrower to deal as they choose.  I also think your review is unwarranted and inappropriate.  Borrowers ask for extensions on loans all the time.  If a borrower is late, and the lender isn't complaining, then you should assume they've been in contact privately and leave their business for them to conduct.  In this case the lender seems pleased with the deals he's made with HedgeFx, so there's really no need for anyone else to get involved.

Also, I've been asked by the borrower, HedgeFx to leave DT feedback on his trust wall indicating he has an outstanding loan.  That isn't something a scammer would usually request.

Do you expect Admin to come here and investigate the case? I don't know if any of them are evading the ban. If they are doing, you can always report in another thread with the proof you have. Why do you mention theymos here? I do not think he will get notification as I believe he do not use notification bot for mention.

From the loan cases defrauded by borrowers that I have seen so far on the forum how it was treated, I think the lender is usually the one that tags the borrower and gets the support of other users too, but I wonder why the tag is coming from you first @Timelord2067, mean whil,  even the lender has not raised any accusation yet against @HedgeFx for defaulting on his loan repayment. I think it's not ethical. Maybe you would have waited on @hopenotlate to see if he'd raise a tag against @HedgeFx or create a thread for his loan default. I just thought that would have been a better approach.

When a lender does not take action against a borrower after a late repayment, it means that the two have contacted each other and they have privately worked out a solution. Sending feedback on a borrower's profile without even asking the lender, then it becomes a matter of overthinking about others. So leave these matters to the lender and the borrower, as they will communicate among themselves to take appropriate decisions at their convenience to continue the business.

Sending feedback on a borrower's profile without even asking the lender,

I've had recently a user give me merit, so I contacted them - they asked me questions which I politely responded to - they then started a paranoid thread against me.

I had previously contacted the lender with my concerns about the ban evasion, they then turned around and did a second un-collaterised loan.

If the user hasn't been banned yet, the moderators or admin may not think it's necessary.

In addition, the creditor did not show that there was a violation in the non-payment of the debt. Why is it necessary to demand from people what they have agreed upon among themselves? They are free not to report the consequences of the deal at all, and as long as we don't see complaints, I don't think anyone should interfere.

Timelord2067, with all due respect, why do you have these problems inciting other users to hate yourself? I never understand this. We are far from each other; why show a person strength or power at a distance? What do you want from this? There are many other things on the forum.

I do not think this should linger any longer because the borrower and the lender are in touched with each others and if any feedback is left on your profile it's best advisable to send a personal message to the user who gave you feedback explained to him or her that your loan has been redeemed maybe if there are some percentage to clear off you also specify it on the message. But however haven explained it here I think he would remove it and let you be. Sometimes I can sense is very frustrating seeing a feedback that you didn't deserved being displayed on your profile or status which is very annoying.
The thing is, you did well by regularly communicating with your lender so I don't see any reason you should be tagged and part of the loan has been remitted to the lender.

I don't know why you waste so much time and energy on him. You can also put him on your ignore list and that's it. I put him on it quite a while ago and haven't regretted it for a second afterwards.

No trust left whatsoever for the OP. Doesn't mean they're not a scammer necessarily, but the thread is interesting because it shows how Timelord has been engaging in this kind of vindictive, stalker-ish behavior for over 6 years now... Just hounding certain accounts that he's convinced have committed wrongdoing (often despite a lack of clear evidence).

A bit more recently, although OP was banned there's no concrete evidence they were a scammer:

Perhaps my favorite quote from that thread is this one:
