Why is it that here in our area, even without a permit, they still do cockfighting? It's just illegal or covert without informing the authorities. And I think the very chairman of the local government unit here is the one who runs these activities.

I have not seen any crypto based casino where it is possible to operate any such casino games. The main purpose of the casino is to do business. If they intend to conduct such an event then of course there will be more potential for them to lose. Because a casino must spend a lot of time to run such games which will definitely not be profitable. These games are limited to certain countries which is why they are not supported globally.
