2. It's also hard for one to independently know their loyalty status or account VIP status. Again, there should be some indicator or progress bar showing one's account status in the dashboard
3. Upon account registration, I was assigned a date of birth which is completely different from my real date of birth, seems to be uneditable. Won't this cause me any issues when I start verification in the future?

They are using same VIP system of Bitcasino and sister companies which the progressed is in form of XP/points. Points usually 1:1 per 1$ bet but it increases the multiplier of bet based on your VIP level which you can see on the multiplier set per level.

Casino using this format usually have no total wager available and just can be requested to support. Points requires every month maybe this is the reason why they don’t have total wager dashboard.

You can compute your monthly wager based on your current point acquired, just clicked the chips to see your current points.

I thought they have just removed it or suspended it for everybody but it seems I was wrong some customers seem to still have it if dimonstration is right but obviously not everyone surprisingly.

1. You can check your bet history by going to the cashier. Click on "Deposit" -> "Transaction History" -> Click on the settings icon in the top right corner, then scroll down to "Transaction Type" and tick "Bets" and "Wins". 2. There is an indicator in the top left corner under our logo on desktop, and on mobile you find it under your username in the burger menu on the bottom left. It is possible that the loyalty program was unavailable for a bit due to maintenance, but it's available for all logged in players now. If you don't see it, please clear cache and cookies.  

3. The reason for this is that we pride ourselves on offering an anonymous crypto experience and you can register with only username and password. Everyone is automatically assigned the same default date of birth, and this does not cause any issues with withdrawals or verification. If you want to change it, feel free to upload an ID document.

Thank you for all those informations. I can gladly confirm for myself that I got back the loyalty program feature in my account. I wasn't aware of this betting history functionality, it's nice to be able to see all our past bets, their outcomes and winnings. But as far as I know, the only way to get an idea of your total wagering volume(aka turnover) without manually adding up all the stakes from your betting history one by one is to look at your loyalty points score. You can also certainly request this metric, along with the number of bets you've placed for the relevant period, from customer support I guess @logfiles

No, I have tried to access it since I saw your first post about it but it doesn't appear when I'm logged in. I've tried with a VPN and several locations but I haven't been able to access it till now. The loyalty program feature has also disappeared from my account again so I thought it was an individual issue related to my account.
The tournament is not reserved to specific customers theoretically though.

The tournament is open to all Empire.io players from 17.04. 00:00 GMT to 24.04. 23:59 GMT.

I agree with you, it will most likely be cancelled for not having the required number of participants (at least 10 of them). The previous tournament (St. Patricks Tournament) struggled to get even 10 participants even when there was ample time.
The users who were initially excited to play it may have also lost interest by now.

If so, then this should be mentioned in the tournament rules. The rules state that "the tournament is open to all Empire.io players". Besides, since it seems all members are experiencing the same problem, it's unlikely that this is due to a regional restriction.

So if they can't extend it, I guess they will cancel it or not doing anything about it.

If this is due to a bug on their end and no one was able to participate then the most logical thing to do is to postpone the contest to a later date untill they fix the issue. If some users have already participated, then it would be nice if they could find a way to compensate them.

You think logically and you are absolutely right, in such a situation, I think the best thing for the team to do is to cancel the tournament just as you have suggested and make sure to return what ever funds or money users have spent in this course back to them, and then possible relaunch the event again if the event is one that they really wanted to run not because of the season we are in alone, but also as a means of promoting the casino to gain new users as well..

Canceling the event will prove fairness for all users who managed to joined and for those who were not able to join due to technical issues or difficulties on the side of the website, but then, doing otherwise may prove to many that indeed, those speculating that those who managed to join the event may be those that are part of the management team, this won't be good for the casino and their reputation if it turns out to be true.
