If the amount is in the millions, then it does make sense to ask for secondary KYC verification. However, your verification seems approved. So you should try to withdraw your funds again. You have deposited a handsome amount. So your withdrawal shouldn't be declined again. In case they ask for KYC again, you can comply since they already have your KYC, so no privacy issues there.

I looked at the screenshot and I'm a bit curious because his withdrawal is being declined at the same day as he made the 2 deposits ($18500). I'm wondering if he tried to withdraw just after the 2 deposits without wagering enough amount (standard rule 1x wagering) which trigger the KYC request.
If my guess above is true which he did not wager enough before his withdrawal request, it is not the casino's fault to ask KYC because I think it is standard policy to avoid money laundering attempt.
So it will be nice if spinprovider can provide more information about the case from his side.

It's a good thing you discovered that they're part of a group of exploiters. That's the problem—if they find a loophole in a casino, they'll exploit it
and take whatever they can for as long as they can.

It's a really good thing you were able to stop it. Keep it up, and hopefully, this will be a clear warning to others in the crypto community so they can also be careful.

The last time I check there’s already many player on the leaderboard that have points on this contest. I’m curious if there will be compensation for them it’s just a complete waste for their entry.

What an unfortunate moment, I have deposited some to participate in this tournament and lose it all although I did not manage to get the top paid places (last time I checked, I was on 5th). Checked my email and you are right they have informed players that they are in the process of transformation. I am not sure if they will change the whole site completely with so many additional features later or it will be just minor updates. But in the email, they say that they will close the access on August 25th and players with balance are asked to withdraw the balance before that date.



So which date is the correct one? 21st or 25th? Did you get the 21st from their email as well or you found it somewhere else or it is just simply a typo?

Maybe they can't wait any longer, but you are right, they should have put out the fund withdrawal information about a couple of weeks ago. Any way, not all hope is lost. Should any user fail to meet the deadline, they can still contact them through email for help on how to withdraw the funds
