Frankly I'm totally blind about OneTouch, the provider used for this tournament so I tried few games randomly and 1 game gave me 267x multiplier in several spins only. It was in normal spin without bonus round which is a nice luck. I'm trying to be neutral here so I cant judge too much because we need more information both from this player and from the casino about this case.
I looked at the screenshot and I'm a bit curious because his withdrawal is being declined at the same day as he made the 2 deposits ($18500). I'm wondering if he tried to withdraw just after the 2 deposits without wagering enough amount (standard rule 1x wagering) which trigger the KYC request.
If my guess above is true which he did not wager enough before his withdrawal request, it is not the casino's fault to ask KYC because I think it is standard policy to avoid money laundering attempt.
So it will be nice if spinprovider can provide more information about the case from his side.
