We can get a hint once manipulation happen if we can see a lot of negative news spreading especially on famous crypto pages and news. They do that in purpose since manipulators want to play peoples emotion so we need to be watchful with those indicators so that we will not get fooled by them and  can do some counteraction about possible things they do and possible to earn on situation that might occur.

I do agree that if you see a lot of bad news about bitcoin and the price falling, that is exactly the moment to buy bitcoin. A lot of people forget that bitcoin is something that will benefit you on the long run and if you are not careful then it is going to be a lot different. I know that it is going to be something that is different and difficult, there is no point in thinking that you would be able to see the manipulation before it happens, but you could definitely react after it happens.

Like I wouldn't know before they make all those bad news, if I knew it then I would have shorted bitcoin, but since I can't, at the very least ı could just buy when it goes down and then hold it until it goes back up again.

As for the dollar, i don't really know in detail whether its value can be manipulated, but from the news i have heard and read so far, the dollar is used for international trade, so its value cannot be detected, whether it is manipulated or not, apart from that, it is one of the active US institutions. like the SEC, is quite active in monitoring things that happen in the US including the stock market.

Who knows, in the world of digital currency, maybe there is one, maybe not, but it definitely exists, yes. For investors or anyone else, it's best not to be easily tempted by impressive price increases in the short term (daily), without being supported by clear corporate actions and solid fundamentals, of course because in the digital currency market, the models and types of people vary in terms of goals and ambitions. .
