Welcome to the forum guys. It’s good to see you guys already have developed various instruments for your casino. You have tailored Website, mobile site, android and iOS mobile app too!! That itself shows lot of work up in the background.

It seems your jurisdiction is curacao and I am wondering most of the casinos are actually from that region itself. Not sure why is that so but it seems they are very crypto friendly and gambling friendly. Good for us as we get to see new casino all the time.

Also, what's the reason for blacklisting certain countries if you allow people from these countries as long as they use VPN? Wouldn't it be easier for you not to restrict them at all?

You could add a list of countries that are allowed in, because I'm not allowed (UK) and I could try it out with VPN, but I'd have to choose a country first. Making a list of restricted countries would make things easier for people who want to visit your site.

Same here, this is the first time I experience a casino (crypto casino) which is not available to be accessed from my country.
Unlike the most common case I experienced where I cant access the casinos because my ISP blocks them, but richy casino is different since I believe they are the one that blocks the IP from my country.
I do not use VPN as well since months ago, so I think the only thing I can say here is good luck to richy casino.

Nope we're just trying to be friendly, We have to blacklist certain amount of countries because they prohibit gambling or some other legal things I’m not strong in. If we whitelist those countries there’s a chance the country itself will block us and they can sue us. And no, they won’t be banned.

The worst casino ever. Most games are unavailable for me. And they don't allow players to withdraw their money. (they technically don't have working withdraw button).

I knew that this casino is scam from the registration form. Just take a look - they force us to subscribe to their newsletter.

You just made a statement that you'll block players who will win $50k or more in your casino. (if they are not high-rollers especially).

Better hire a developer who is afraid of how to set up email newsletters and campaigns in general. You can even find a guy on fiverr who will do that to you for $500 or less.
It's almost 4 hours and no fix. When you talk about bonuses and didn't set-up an email newsletter for your casino it's a huge facepalm.

Out of curiosity, if you allow VPN use, how are you going to know if the account got stolen or not? Casinos usually don't allow people to use these services because it allows them to monitor the IPs and lock withdrawals if they're made from a different location than the one a player registered from. This may become an issue for you later on.
I am not even worried about stolen account. What i suspect might happen with VPN usage is abuse of bonuses and multi-accounting, and maybe playing from restricted Jurisdictions. How Richy.casino is going to curb some abuses? I don't know, but it's going to be full of chaos. We shall have even innocent users getting accused of having multiple accounts.

I’m not ready to answer this question but I can tell you that we have security (antifraud) team and they understand how players behave So if there will be no suspicious activity everything will be okay.

It is good that you listen to the community but you should also try to research what kind of promotion is wanted by the community.
Sorry to say, your bitcointalk promo is not that special as it is the same as the one you offer to all your players globally with a bit modification I guess.

Why you didn’t verify your email address first after you finish registering your account and before you deposit your money.

No emails from them. Even in a spam folder. They promote their casino here, but I didn't receive a greeting or any other email from them. But to withdraw, I have to receive it. So I'm angry at them - why do you promote your casino, if you didn't finish QA (if they have QA). They tell about special promo for bitcointalk right after my post about email issues, so they are rather cheap and greedy, not rich.

I waited ~3 hours and lost my winning and dep (OK sum for me to lose - because I think of every casino as a scam until I withdraw money from it). I played in ~50 casinos and never saw a casino with email problems.

Some gambling sites have implemented KYC with settings including using the number of deposit boundaries and withdrawal whether the casino you manage has that limits also in imposing KYC?

Their FAQ tab directs you to their terms and conditions. Maybe the team can come up with this section later on,
once they received similar queries from their potential players. So they know what they need to put into this section which their terms can't answer.
But this is one of the casinos/bookies that seemed to be well-prepared before they launched their site in this forum.
Hopefully their rep here will be more active in engaging with the forum's community so they can attract some players to really deposit on their site.

First of all welcome to the forum and it’s warming that you have already launched a promo code for the forum members and it’s also sad to see that it’s already ended.

I am not sure but it is either good thing or bad thing in different angle. Either we have very highly active gamblers on the forum that are making their quick moves in the background. This makes bitcointalk forum as an amazing platform to market your product and services. Or it could be another reason that is mentioned as per logfiles, that is multi accounting and spammers using the code repeatedly. However odds of that seems really tiny to me since casino’s anti fraud system can detect this quickly.

Hope so either they will publish another promotion soon or have some other ways to reward the BTT users. Smiley

I have checked this platform and tried to sign up using their promo code. During the signup process, I used the BTT200FS promo code, which says promo code not found or something like that. But my sign-up was successful. So, I tried to use the 2nd promo code, but I cannot find where I should enter the promo code. The support button does not work, so I could not contact support. That's also good advice, but there are other ways to gain community trust in this forum, at least there is always interaction from the team in this thread, not only promoting, but also interacting with complaints and questions from the community in this forum, I'm sure that can increase trust community towards new casinos being promoted in this forum, not only holding signature campaign events, it is another alternative to attract traffic.

After publishing a thread here we facing some suspicious activity on the platorm and we are doing our best to fix the issues. Later we're going to launch a campaign here, so everything will be smoothly.
Campaign is not your priority task at the time, look at some users who have registered at your casino but they are having problems with withdrawals because the email code you sent never arrived. Complaints since the 5th until now and still no improvement. Looks like it is delaying payouts on purpose, is this a trick for casinos with low bankrolls?

Good catch I even praise this casino as having a license from my country but unfortunately they did not live up to expectations, OP should address concern here before launching a marketing campaign, their domain is all about luck but unfortunately they are facing tough luck now users complaining of bugs, all that they spent will go to waste if they cannot fix and resolve all these issues.

It's not just the withdrawals, a lot of things don't work.

I have checked this platform and tried to sign up using their promo code. During the signup process, I used the BTT200FS promo code, which says promo code not found or something like that. But my sign-up was successful. So, I tried to use the 2nd promo code, but I cannot find where I should enter the promo code. The support button does not work, so I could not contact support. I tried to explore the platform further, and I don't know why, the tournament looks extremely fake, and some wagered to claim the top prize. Either it's their casino's insider or a bot setup that will wager automatically to beat real players.

And on top of that they want to launch a signature campaign. As noorman0 says:

The last login was 3 days ago it is irresponsible not to update the community on the development of the platform yes they are fixing it now but 3 days are just too long to update us of the development, people will suspect that they do not have a security admin and their platform just hire people to manage their platform in a case to case basis, in short, they are hiring freelancers because if they have one on their team they will announce it.

I read that they've got a license from Pagcor and getting a license there, is not cheap, they spent on a license but not on the developers who can manage their platform, which is not good and they have a lot of catching up to do in case they want to come back here.

Unfortunately, they have run their signature campaign like 1xbit. Even if some wannabe campaign manager agrees to run their signature campaign, I don't think forum users will promote such a casino,o which is new in this forum and already has an open scam accusation. Many negative things have been raised already, and I don't see any activity from them.

Do they care about those allegations? Of course not. Then, what is the benefit of running a signature campaign? After all, Bitcointalk is not for colossal casino traffic. Most casinos use it to build a solid reputation. There is no reason to run any campaign if they do not fix issues.

I am totally agree. As for now, we are changing a lot of the 3rd services we use (like for email notifications). Also we expanding our team to fix everything what the users have faced. And this is the top priority to make users experience on the platform as smooth as possible.

Promise without showing work is just a mere word that could be said by anyone. In the process of trying to fix those aforementioned issues, have you been able to rectify the identified user problem by giving the user the option to withdraw their funds from your casino so that they can either play somewhere else or try using the funds for something else?

This whole thing looks unprofessional to me.

They better try to correct mistakes but there are several complaints in the forum from people saying they can't withdraw, so that when they supposedly can because the house has solved the alleged technical issue, they have gambled and lost the money. This story is not something new that we hear from casinos, but the most reputable ones don't do it (neither on purpose or by negligence).

It seems that they rushed to announce on the forum something that was too big for them. But let's wait and see if they really manage to correct their mistakes. If they do things right, an online casino is a cash cow, or a crypto cow if you prefer.

Richy.casino - The dumbest scam I've ever seen The representative although have logged in today did not want to update this thread maybe they do not want to promote their casino here anymore because of the many bad feedbacks it's receiving, but the community is being fair because there are legit concern like withdrawals and they are being called out to fix, the accusation is not really an accusation of scam but rather calling them out to fix the important feature of the platform which is the withdrawal.

Hello there. Can you process my withdrawal please. I was waiting for kyc to be completed, verified it fully and received a message that i can successfully withdraw. After that ive done a withdrawal and its still unprocessed in 2+weeks and noone answering my mails.

It seems that he had the intention of creating this casino many years ago and was unable to do so due to many setbacks, the problem with these types of things is that they are projects without good structure and planning, this is the same as if you want to have a gaming computer for if you sell to other people and don't know where to start and then they start buying each hard ware component without good planning and when you sell the computer the customer then starts to complain, in my opinion the signs are well exposed, I honestly doubt that you manage to withdraw your money. I hope you always do research before creating an account at a casino
Ive created acc like a month ago and was playing some, even had 1 succesfull withdrawal, but after they just started to delay. My withdrawal still unprocessed

Well it seems that they need to answer this allegation since if they do that and just presenting a fake license and other things what you said then this is really shady casino. Since by doing that it seems that they are not really honest so I guess for other new reading this stuff discuss much better if they listen since this is really a valid concern and might this casino main intention is to scam people here. Richy casino should answer this allegation since if they can't provide good answer with this and remain inactive then this would provably put a point that they are scam. All is really fishy so good thing you do a good investigation with them since this could save a lot of unaware gamblers for losing their money on scams.

If the casino representatives are not really active in the forum or on their site also the lack of response to user complaints is best abandoned because it will not be good in the end, talking about licenses and others may only be some of the serious issues that must be taken into account, that is why the importance of the reputation of the casino in the forum This is to be a reference that the site really has a good reputation, you should not be careless about playing at a new casino, make sure first that the casino is really good.

That confirms it, they are so proud of posting the certificate when it's a fake certificate, thank you for taking the time and going the extra mile just to confirm what many suspects are, this is for the benefit of the community, anyway, they have a very bad start, their withdrawal is not properly configured and the representative was absent for a week already.
