I mean, NOONE withdrew money there for weeks. NOONE. Because of this email scam. Moderators should take a look at this casino and close the topic.
And verification - it made me laugh. There were users that said - if they scamming you, then create a scam accusation. This casino doesn't have many to pay off winnings. If you win there 50k they block you immediately.
Good catch I even praise this casino as having a license from my country but unfortunately they did not live up to expectations, OP should address concern here before launching a marketing campaign, their domain is all about luck but unfortunately they are facing tough luck now users complaining of bugs, all that they spent will go to waste if they cannot fix and resolve all these issues. The issues of bug fixing is now a rampant issue now with casinos. I just believe most casinos uses it as an excuse to do away with some critical mistakes attached with their various casinos. This is the reason why it is advisable to do a review on your website if you are not sure of your developers so that the community can be of help to you in terms of discovery and recommendations for possible solutions. As you have said advising OP to look into their casino is the best option they can take for the moment otherwise all their efforts would be in vain coupled with the resources spent in building the casino to finishing touch.

It's not just the withdrawals, a lot of things don't work. I have checked this platform and tried to sign up using their promo code. During the signup process, I used the BTT200FS promo code, which says promo code not found or something like that. But my sign-up was successful. So, I tried to use the 2nd promo code, but I cannot find where I should enter the promo code. The support button does not work, so I could not contact support. I tried to explore the platform further, and I don't know why, the tournament looks extremely fake, and some wagered to claim the top prize. Either it's their casino's insider or a bot setup that will wager automatically to beat real players.
And on top of that they want to launch a signature campaign. As noorman0 says: Campaign is not your priority task at the time, look at some users who have registered at your casino but they are having problems with withdrawals because the email code you sent never arrived. Complaints since the 5th until now and still no improvement. Looks like it is delaying payouts on purpose, is this a trick for casinos with low bankrolls?
Use the campaign money to hire more skilled developers, otherwise you will get more users with the same complaints.

The last login was 3 days ago it is irresponsible not to update the community on the development of the platform yes they are fixing it now but 3 days are just too long to update us of the development, people will suspect that they do not have a security admin and their platform just hire people to manage their platform in a case to case basis, in short, they are hiring freelancers because if they have one on their team they will announce it. I read that they've got a license from Pagcor and getting a license there, is not cheap, they spent on a license but not on the developers who can manage their platform, which is not good and they have a lot of catching up to do in case they want to come back here.

Even if some wannabe campaign manager agrees to run their signature campaign, I don't think forum users will promote such a casino,o which is new in this forum and already has an open scam accusation. Many negative things have been raised already, and I don't see any activity from them. Do they care about those allegations? Of course not. Then, what is the benefit of running a signature campaign? After all, Bitcointalk is not for colossal casino traffic. Most casinos use it to build a solid reputation. There is no reason to run any campaign if they do not fix issues.

Promise without showing work is just a mere word that could be said by anyone. In the process of trying to fix those aforementioned issues, have you been able to rectify the identified user problem by giving the user the option to withdraw their funds from your casino so that they can either play somewhere else or try using the funds for something else? The inconvenience caused by your team's incapability is really alarming, and it's going to give your casino a very bad name if you don't fix this as soon as possible. This whole thing looks unprofessional to me.
They better try to correct mistakes but there are several complaints in the forum from people saying they can't withdraw, so that when they supposedly can because the house has solved the alleged technical issue, they have gambled and lost the money. This story is not something new that we hear from casinos, but the most reputable ones don't do it (neither on purpose or by negligence).
It seems that they rushed to announce on the forum something that was too big for them. But let's wait and see if they really manage to correct their mistakes. If they do things right, an online casino is a cash cow, or a crypto cow if you prefer.

I would say that it is good if you are experiencing difficulty while accessing the site because it can be said that this casino has some issues especially on withdrawal as you can read some posts before your post. The OP is also no longer active in this forum for more than a month after his information about what is going on with the casino. With all the issues reported by some users (I did not check it all though) and with the fact that OP is not active, there is no reason to play in this casino.

Is the site running smoothly on your end guys? I am having issues navigating through the site. I already tried checking if it is the same case if I navigate on other casino websites, but it there, everything is fine. There's a lot of continuous buffering.. I hope that it only because of my ISP.

Hello there. Can you process my withdrawal please. I was waiting for kyc to be completed, verified it fully and received a message that i can successfully withdraw. After that ive done a withdrawal and its still unprocessed in 2+weeks and noone answering my mails. My id is 375698
Thats the messages ive received by email today “Dear User, We apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, your withdrawal request is still being processed. We will notify you once the transaction is made. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.” After that ive asked what is the problem with my withdrawal, and why it taking so long “Unfortunately, we cannot specify the timeframe. The transaction will be processed as soon as it is possible. We will notify you once the transaction is made. We apologize for the delay. ” Lets see how it goes after that
