I am expecting their team to check the complaint and remove the exchange from their website due to the future risk it could cause to users of the Notokyc platform. This is why I used to take my time to carry out research even after checking for reviews of any casino or exchange I want to use for betting or for transactions.

They don’t visit this thread frequently. You can see that they made only two posts this year, so I doubt they will notice the requests to delist the scam exchange or even the negative trust feedback they got from Zwei anytime soon.
They don’t seem to be active on their social media pages either and on their "Contact Us" page they seem only interested in messages from companies that want to get listed on their website.

Regarding the scam exchange, it’s only listed there but they didn’t write a review about it. So, the best thing to do right now is for users to leave as much negative feedback as possible. This may help prevent some unwarned users from falling victim to them.

Nobody knows the agreement they’ve had with @NoKYC for them to even list them after it has been confirmed that they are scam exchange but it been talked about here, is also a way of creating awareness for others that are not aware of this exchange to avoid been victim of their scam. We are just hoping NOKYC do the needful by delisted them, even though they don’t reply on this thread, let believe they see all the quotes here and they are working on it.
We can also go ahead to drop negative reviews on the EL capo exchange to create more awareness, so lot of people can avoid making use of it and also this shows why research is important before making use of any casino.

You're absolutely correct because it can be misleading and will make someone think they can be trusted since they are listed here so I think they should be delisted as soon as possible to avoid further scamming.
People should take note of this EI capo exchange not to fall victims.
I think nokyc should also be doing a timely review of the casinos listed on there platform and find out about which casinos should still be listed and which should delisted.

OP was last active on october 12, and my first post about elcapo on this thread was on september 18, not to mention the first report about their exit scam was on september 9 by XMR.club.
so even if OP did miss all th posts about it on the forum, or if he's not active here, how the fuck did he miss all the reports and scam tags on other directories?

today marks 44 days since XMR.club posted their tweet, and other directories that respect themselves and their users got elcapo delisted/flagged the same day or a few days later, but not notokyc.com. like how the actual fuck can a directory not keep track on the websites they have listed? it's beyond negligence on their part and it's inexcusable.

I remember when we raised this issue of neglect from the team some months ago and talked about it at length,I thought that by now, we shouldn't be complaining about it again. If they really care about our feedbacks, we should've seen improvement from them by now. You don't create thread on the gambling board of a reputable and very busy Bitcoin platform like Bitcointalk and abandon it like that. The team must employ hands that'll respond to questions and issues raised, that's the easiest means of letting us know that they respect our opinions.

They need to care about their thread if they want to fully compete with other websites that are similar to the same service they are offering gamblers. For a business to become successful, the owner or the team behind the project need to be checking their announcement thread for opinions from users. At least suggestions can help this website become trusted and bring more users to them.
If they don't care about their thread again, they can drop a reason if closure is the next thing.

This usually means that your TG account has been restricted because you probably sent multiple messages to people you aren’t in their contact lists (automatically flagged as spam) or some people you have messaged have reported you (something similar to unsolicited PMs on this forum).

Try checking with @SpamBot and follow its instructions, maybe this can help lift the restrictions on your account.

@Nokyc should take note and remove such exchange on their list.that people won't fall victim to their scam exchange. I don't get why they would still keep a scam exchange in their list. @Nokyc should do something fast as alot of complaint has been regarding this El Capo exchange.

I do agree that there should be regular checks by crypto review websites. Particularly when credible reports of a scam come out of the wood. While removing a listing is essential. There's a possibility that users who discover older reviews. Online might be safeguarded by including a warning and supporting evidence. A platform with No KYC is not necessarily a reliable platform. Users should always read through independent reviews and withdrawal complaints. And look at the platform's reputation before depositing money. Review sites are also obliged to update the information when there are serious concerns. The company is probably getting what they want that could be the only reason why they are not doing more updates and adding some other NoKYC exchanges to their list. They may be busy doing other underground works they we may not be aware of tet could also be their reason for being silent but that shouldn't be the case cause since they are functioning they need to be active on different social media platforms and drop different new updates. They should also be aware of any exchange thwt has been reported to be scam so they they can delist them to avoid recommending people to an exchange that is fraudulent.

This is not good for a review site that should a source of information for people that want to use the services listed on their site. A review site should be able to update their site especially when they have contrary information about a service they listed on their site. Staying silent in their social media and ignoring their official announcement thread on Bitcointalk will make them lose credibility and rhat will affect their business negatively. I don't know if their agreement with those service include never to be removed no matter what happens, if that is the case, then they made a terrible agreement.

Nokyc.com seems not to even care about what people say about a particular project from how it appears. If not from the numerous reports and quotes in this thread, they should have removed it from their site.

Maybe they should be marked in this forum as a platform that’s actively promoting fraud that might call their attention to what the members are truthfully saying. Even though their said platform doesn't have a visible review to rate the rug-pulling casino negatively.

They haven't responded to any question and they seems not to be active to respond either which could only mean that they are not affected in any way. If they had a representative the person must have gotten tired to respond to questions that had been asked but nothing of that has happened so nobody should rely on what they listed because you don't know how they come about that. From what is happening if they have a serious case that needs them to come out to resolve issues you may have to wait because they may not also be available they seem not to be active on the forum.

This is not good, because it makes no sense that they are using their nonchalant way of doing things to spoil their years of work. Though act may not be taken against them because of this but most of their user and those that wanted to patronize them will mostly pullback from it or have a rethink because they will believe that if they have any important issues that needs urgent attention, they will be completely ignored, which is what is going on here, so it's high time they start acting responsible and professional by addressing the community on current happenings.
