Actually, both of these things are good and most of the people I know in my area now, on average, really like choosing real estate. But for those who are already familiar with the crypto space and cryptocurrencies in some markets, they tend to prefer both at this point by sorting their finances into two parts. The first one is for real estate and the remaining one is for cryptocurrencies, meaning both options are actually equally good now and as long as one can afford both, I think they are very good options too.

Personally I also like real estate besides cryptocurrencies, but for now I am more focused on cryptocurrencies first because this year is an opportunity for everyone to collect more cryptocurrencies which have the potential to increase in the next year. But on the one hand, I also plan to bring the profits from cryptocurrencies into real estate investment slowly and gradually, because this could also be very useful for my future personally.

Probably you live in a very rich area if the majority of people are able to invest mainly in real estate because that is not something that everybody can do. Where I live a very average single apartment, built probably 50 years ago, can easily cost more than half million dollars, if you want to buy the whole building we're talking about several millions, not everybody can afford to do this kind of purchases. Of course you're not paying all together, just the down payment, but then you also have interests, taxes, maintenance, management... Very few people nowadays can invest seriously in real estate.

I would say a mix of both. Of course, it depends on the current situation in the world and which properties they are and in which country they are. You cant say across the board that a property will perform equally well. In a big city, the development is other and there many % more profits with sale or rent. In a world full of bitcoin regulations it is maybe better to own real estate there and in the "smart" countries you should hold bitcoin, which you can use worldwide within a few seconds. To be honest, no one wants to own assets like gold or real estate, but because owning those things requires a lot of money and they are not profitable like bitcoin.  meanwhile we are poor people, have little capital and we need an asset that can help us earn a lot of money, and that is why bitcoin was chosen.

Really? if you joined a gold forum or real estate forum and say those assets require a lot money and not profitable, you will get many criticism the same way like you saying shitcoin is better than Bitcoin or Bitcoin isn't profitable.

Bitcoin might give you better return than gold and real estate, but it's not something will make you get rich overnight if you only invest small amount of money.

Agreed, both are good assets and worth owning both. But depending on economic conditions, we have appropriate choices. If we don't have too much money, it doesn't make any sense for us to like real estate because we have no way to own it immediately. The most honest answer of all, thank you because there are still honest people among thousands of fake people. Many people claim that they don't like real estate and that they just love bitcoin. I consider them the most blatant lies because I have not met anyone who does not like gold or real estate, by far the most valuable and safest assets. But because we have a difficult life and owning them is not easy, choosing to invest in bitcoin or crypto is the only choice. Because we know about their volatility and we invest in cryptocurrencies, the ultimate goal is to make a lot of profit in the fastest time. Not because their privacy or utility is better than gold or real estate.

I'd choose Bitcoin all the way.

Bitcoin is less hassle, no paper works, less tax, and easier to buy and sell compare to real estate. Though, they are both good profit generator in the long run, I just don't like selling real estate because they take too much energy from you, physically and mentally. In Bitcoin, if you're a holder, all you gotta do is to buy when it dumps hard and wait for it to skyrocket before selling it, easy profits.

You should buy both things, half investment in Bitcoin and half investment in real estate because if you had a loss in Bitcoin so, you have real estate and do the same thing with Bitcoin. It's your choice what you need to do, I can only give you a piece of advice it's your choice what you want to choose But, I think that you should invest in both things.

They are profitable one,but they are not an early profit giving one like bitcoin.If you compared the timing for profit from the bitcoin to the gold return.The time for the bitcoin will be low and the percentage of the profit from the bitcoin will be high all the time.The gold only gives you 3-10 percentage of the profit.But the bitcoin will gives you 20-50 percentage,if you are ready to hold for the longer period.The demand of bitcoin was huge in the online market as compared to the short needed gold.Gold is not consider as the full time investment by the many sector of the people.

Investing in real estate really needs huge amounts of money that most of us can't afford. That is why investing in crypto becomes handy because you can buy in small amounts, meaning you can afford it, but again, we don't see the same profit with real estate if we just invest in small amounts.

Obviously, if we all had the opportunity to choose, I believe most would choose real estate because of its safety and stability. though it is good to choose both, but what I do believe is there is a best one to choose from , or maybe to take much higher in one and against the other depending in what or which we trust.
there are some who more believe in real estate but some are in Bitcoin.so for me personally ? i will choose 70% in bitcoin and 30% in real estate.

I think both are very important in their place. There is no doubt that crypto currency is digital and has no physical form. Crypto currency market is a risky market where you can earn good profit and also face loss at any time due to market fluctuations. , most people are afraid to invest in this market, while on the other hand, if they look at real estate, they find their capital safer there.

Although it is true that the rate of return on real estate is much lower than that of crypto currency, it is preferred because of the greater safety of capital. But in my opinion, profit and loss are connected with every business, even in real estate people have made big loss, since they are controlled by the government, they can face many problems. Real estate fraud and scams are rampant in the country we live in, which often scares people away from investing here. Well there are many coins in crypto currency but Bitcoin is the only crypto currency which can be trusted more and we can say that our capital is more safe here.
