Which one do you prefer?

In reality, they are not mutually exclusive options and I have both. Although some people would say that if you have a house you live in it's not an investment, but that's quite relative. It is quite common to have an expensive or mid-priced house while you work and when you retire to downsize, profiting from the difference. Or simply sell it to pay for a nursing home. The point is that it is a financial asset, and having a paid-for house worth several hundred thousand dollars and perhaps a holiday home, even if it is for personal use, opens up many options for the future.

As for cryptocurrencies, I narrow it all down to bitcoin because of what most of us on the forum know: it is very difficult to confiscate and unmeasurable, ideal for accumulating wealth and, if necessary, passing it on to the next generation.

I'd choose Bitcoin all the way.

Bitcoin is less hassle, no paper works, less tax, and easier to buy and sell compare to real estate. Though, they are both good profit generator in the long run, I just don't like selling real estate because they take too much energy from you, physically and mentally. In Bitcoin, if you're a holder, all you gotta do is to buy when it dumps hard and wait for it to skyrocket before selling it, easy profits.

it's different for me, where I actually choose both, but for now I don't think I can afford to buy real estate because the price is expensive so I hold bitcoin, but when it makes a profit I think I will diversify to buy real estate and leave a little money for waiting for the bearish season to come, that way i will have 2 investments with different risks, and i hope that it will strengthen my finances, which with real estate i can turn it into a passive income

You should buy both things, half investment in Bitcoin and half investment in real estate because if you had a loss in Bitcoin so, you have real estate and do the same thing with Bitcoin. It's your choice what you need to do, I can only give you a piece of advice it's your choice what you want to choose But, I think that you should invest in both things.

Maybe all of us here in the forum wish to have the same That's why not everyone has the ability to get that right away,  maybe others here are still saving up despite the many expenses in our daily lives. And I'm already one of them,  I want to have the same, so for now, I've got real estate, and I pay monthly. But I don't have my own house yet; instead, I'm still renting. So I'm trying to get an investment.

Although I also have other crypto holdings somehow, I hope that when the bull run comes, their values will also increase during that time. And with Bitcoin, it's a little too, but I'm trying to save somehow. For the bull run, we have Bitcoin holdings in our wallet that are not large.

The fact that I know that real estate does not depreciate  regardless of weather the property is built on prime land or not, it will never lose value and for this I pick Real estate unlike crypto which is highly speculative and will only hold good value depending on good market conditions such as good Political environment..which could branch out into favorable regulation, technological advancement, etcetera

And btw, when it comes to risk, of the two I believe Real estate is a low risk industry and can guarantee a stable income unlike crypto which is seasonal and cannot always guarantee profits when one invests in it.

Yes, in the end real estate has quite a big advantage when we have truly strategic real estate. However, it also requires quite a lot of time and money. Both of these investments have their respective advantages and disadvantages. however, I have to admit that my goal in crypto is to increase the amount of money and income I have, and after that my ultimate goal is real estate. I also believe that real estate has many advantages, and these can even be leveraged into our children even when they choose to focus in any field.

If you are talking crypto maybe I would say choose real estate because there are many options in it that in my opinion are not worth choosing, except when we talk about bitcoin as an option among the many that exist. I would still pick real estate investment over cryptocurrency even though I believe in cryptocurrency and know that Bitcoin could probably increase and skyrocket its market price to even a million it is still a risky investment and it wasn't guaranteed that it is going to happen. Compared to a real estate investment where you have tangible assets, that is lower risk. The problem on cryptocurrency is it doesnt really have basis we just dont know what is going to be the market price in the future or maybe in 2030 is cryptocurrency still have value or does it still exist?

What I'm doing is I don't really have a big amount of money since real estate would cost a lot of money so, for now, I just invest in cryptocurrency and hoping in the future I could make a good amount of profit by accumulating Bitcoin and hoping in the Bullrun I can make a good profit. If that happened the profit from cryptocurrency im going to use it to or invest it on real estate investment because that is more secured investment.

Not everything is as simple with real estate as you think. Yes, this is a good investment option, but do not forget in which country and in which area you should purchase. For example, you bought a house, but it disappeared due to natural disasters. What will you have left in this case? The answer is rhetorical.

You don't know about real estate? What do you mean? I think real estate is very close to all of us, so the fact that you say you don't know about it makes me quite surprised. Bitcoin is real too but can't deny that fact about real estate that it's proven and old that's why many rich people are into it. There is no offense when you're saying a fact about real estate. But let's also say about the factual things about Bitcoin. It's also real just like real estate because it has value. The difference is that it is intangible, you cannot touch it but you can see the value of it. And for conservative investors, that's a big factor that leans their faith and belief to the investments that they're going to get involved. So, if it's not visible, as a conservative investor, they're ignoring it because the basis is what they see and what they know. While that's understandable and we have to take care of our money.

I prefer investing my money in cryptocurrency industries, before thinking of real estate investment, because cryptocurrency, Bitcoin has no specific fixed amount to invest in Bitcoin, but rather with a little fraction of Bitcoin you're good to go, secondly no one control Bitcoin market, but it can only effect the price based on the news either good or bad has a big impact to do with cryptocurrency market. I'd also agree that it has a better security (Imagine this industry being restricted by governments for their own reason). Which one is better? That would depend on you as an investor; we all have our own preferences whether to a higher risk with high chances for returns or the other way around.  Volatility, principle of demand and supply; these are things we should know as bare minimum before our actual engagement. As with preferences asking between the two will just give you subjective opinions on which they are currently into with. Bitcoin is a virtual asset but has real value and its value like other assets is built by the trust of investors. But I don't think that just because it's a virtual asset, many people don't like it or don't invest in it.

In terms of safety, 14-year-old assets cannot be compared to thousand-year-old assets such as real estate. Second, maybe its too high volatility is also a barrier that makes many people afraid to choose bitcoin. Real estate is tactile, meaning it can be felt and seen. However, Bitcoin and other digital currencies are linked by complex algorithms in a virtual environment. Because of its resistance to sudden regulation changes, real estate is safer than digital currencies. Digital currencies are enticing because they expand quickly, yet they are unstable.
