But it depends if they are willing to do this, it will someone un the highest position who has the means and the access required to send those coins to you,

I did a similar mistake when i deposited on the wrong chain on stake's address , they refunded me in 1 hour but they charged like 5 or 10% (i dont remember)

Maybe u can offer some retrieval fee to duelbits if they are willing to help you, this is a significant amount and i hope they do it

I doing these on CHIPS casino, but they're don't want to do it. It's sucks for me, but what I can do.

Duelbit is one of the reputable platform here in the forum and I believe they'll want to maintain that reputation by serving the customers with utmost satisfaction to their ability. Since you have bring the issue to the attention of the public in the forum, let await the take of Duelbit team on the case and see how it will end.

Since the address is valid, Duelbits should have received it. So, there is a possibility that you can still recover it, but it will greatly depend on them. I think you did not double-check your inputs before confirming the transaction; if you do, though, it was not 'comprehensive.' We all know that this happened because of your negligence; it's good that you seem to be aware of it. Have you tried bringing this up on their thread here?

As I indicated in the conversation with their support (in #1), I'm willing to do something to speed up the process, so they can charge me. I will wait and update this post as soon as I have the official answer from Duelbits support.

Fund can only be retrieved if they support trc-usdt in their site, or lemme say if they support that network your fund wouldn't have lost maybe it would have deposited now. Naturally your chances of retrieving your funds are very slim since they do warn against wrong deposit. However, I never deposited fund over there or having to come use that betting site but you must be aware of the risk associated when your funds are mistakenly deposited to wrong chain or network. So I can't say with all assurance that your funds would be restored or not but less hope something positive comes out from them, otherwise I will suggest you should moved on as your fund are already lost.

1 month ago, I made a mistake, I sent $2418 USDT (TRX network) from my Binance account to a TRX address of Duelbits. At that time, I have both TRX and USDT in my Binance account, so I send mistakenly USDT-TRC20 instead of TRX because both of them are on the same TRX network.


I have gone through most of the posts of this thread and also read most of your replies and I must say that the amount is really of good value to many people. I don't know that $2418 means a lot for you but for someone like me that value is really a lot. I have had done a similar mistake when I transferred my funds to Roobet a few months ago and I selected the wrong network during transaction. I thought that my funds are gone because it was my own mistake that I selected the network which had lower fees as compared to the one that Roobet accepts.

I contacted their customer support team and told them about the issue. After a conversation of 10-30 minutes they just added the balance to my account and warned me that if in future anything like that happens then why won't be responsible for the losses. The amount that I deposited was very low in value as compared to yours and that's why I recommend you to continue your conversation with their customer support team and I'm quite sure that they may find a solution for you. Otherwise, it will be a lesson for you and all of us that during depositing selecting of wrong network can cause huge issues.

Can you provide screenshot of your conversation with the support to backup your story because issue like this typically won't solve quickly especially if they didsupport at all the blockchain network that you sent in just like the case of OP which he sent TRC20 tokens to an ERC20 dedicated wallet.

Solving a 10-30minutes for delicate issue like this is surely amazing if you can backup it up with proof. This will help OP to make his case better since other Casino can do this quickly while Duelbits can't.

That mean, the fund should stay on there (cannot be moved). If the platform say that, moving the fund that's clear indication the fund can be recovery and the customer who owned the money (can opened) a thread case. They moved/recovery the fund while they say to us the fund cannot be moved.

I actually waiting (CHIPS) casino do these, they move my money 290$ from the address wrong network I sent. If they moved it, I will opened a thread case. Any fund lose & respond to the user cannot be recovery:

The only thing duelbits can do is send your USDT-TRC20 back to your address because they only have USDT options on ERC20 and BEP20.
But unfortunately, I doubt they will do it to return your deposit because there are many cases like this, and every time you make a deposit there is a warning about what will happen if you make a mistake to the deposit.

Sorry for your loss, it's not a small amount of money and it's hard to accept this loss, but it's a lesson to be more careful, always double-check before pressing the send button.
However, if in the end Duelbits is willing to send your money back, that should be appreciated.


Oh man sorry for the OP. This is a big toll lesson for everyone who is transacting in the crypto. This is not just limited to casino cashiers but anywhere we transact from small faucets to the big casino's like in OP's case, they will always mention the blockchain on which they should be sending the coins. In fact it is also mentioned on the exchangers.

If you are using the Binance then it should have been known to you already. I know sometimes we are ignorant due to a few factors but whenever it is crypto it shouldn't be this way. There is no one to blame on and highly doubt there is any type of recovery in this case.

Since this matter is in the hands of Duelbits no one can promise you the recovery, but here is some knowledge for future reference.

You're most welcome! I also believe that if Roobet can do something like that then why Duelbits can't. If Roobet can solve such situations within minutes then why can't Duelbits?

1 month ago, I made a mistake, I sent $2418 USDT (TRX network) from my Binance account to a TRX address of Duelbits. At that time, I have both TRX and USDT in my Binance account, so I send mistakenly USDT-TRC20 instead of TRX because both of them are on the same TRX network.

It would be good though if we do see some issue resolved in regarding on this but always bare in mind that in next time you should really be that careful on reading up instructions

I don't know that $2418 means a lot for you but for someone like me that value is really a lot. I have had done a similar mistake when I transferred my funds to Roobet a few months ago and I selected the wrong network during transaction. I thought that my funds are gone because it was my own mistake that I selected the network which had lower fees as compared to the one that Roobet accepts.

I contacted their customer support team and told them about the issue. After a conversation of 10-30 minutes they just added the balance to my account and warned me that if in future anything like that happens then why won't be responsible for the losses. The amount that I deposited was very low in value as compared to yours and that's why I recommend you to continue your conversation with their customer support team and I'm quite sure that they may find a solution for you. Otherwise, it will be a lesson for you and all of us that during depositing selecting of wrong network can cause huge issues.

Technically, I think that they have private key of TRX wallet and with private key, you can totally control and can send the asset in the wallet to another address. I think that they're willing to recover my fund. If not, then why they make me wait. It will be easier and quick if they just say that they can't help me in this case. That's my logical thought or it can be a hope I give myself to continue.

So much depends on how you configure your request, It should not be demanding or you feel that you are depressed because of the issue pressuring them to take action immediately, make your request light and sincere.

Unfortunately Op has been waiting a long time in for the issue but no update whatsoever, actually if that is the Duelbits domept address it should be a glitch this is understandable and the team can look into it as this is not small money either as it is enough to live on for a few weeks, but I don't want to badmouthing casinos because every casino has rules and requirements that I don't understand yet.

Casinos have policies too, and since they mentioned any wrong deposit will end as a permanent loss on the deposit page itself then duelbits can't be blamed for this.

About Roobet they took this and treated it in another way but can't expect the same even from them again because they made it clear in that chat itself. But OP you can only hope you may recover funds if Duelbits wants too but there is nothing beyond that.

If that's the case then it's an expensive lesson, never make deposits in a hurry, and make sure the destination address, network, and whatever as many times as you can until you are sure that there is no mistake.

After waiting around 2 months without any updates, I contacted Hhampuz in this forum. He helped me a lot, he talked with his guys at duelbits and came to the conclusion that they can retrieve the funds at some point in the future so they have credited me with the lost amount. I received it today and I withdrew it successfully, and they don't charge me any fees. Below is the proof they credited the lost amount which is $2418.9 to my duelbits account.

This is really awesome news and it's like a dream for me. I waited for a long time but it's really worth it. I can't expect more than this.

Through my case, I knew that I made a right choice when I chose duelbits to gamble. IMO, duelbits is really one of the best gambling sites. They might be late to resolve some customer problems, but they will really do it at some point. I know that the support agents don't have much power to process my case, they just can forward the request for other teams to decide. In my opinion, they did what the best they can do. In order to speed up similar cases like me, the right move is to contact the right person (duelbits representative). In my case, Hhampuz helped me a lot. After receiving the lost amount, I told him give me his coin address so that I can send him an amount equivalent to 10% of the lost amount, I really want to do that to thank him. But he denied and told me that I don't owe him anything. Such a good marketing campaign manager.
