Fund can only be retrieved if they support trc-usdt in their site, or lemme say if they support that network your fund wouldn't have lost maybe it would have deposited now. Naturally your chances of retrieving your funds are very slim since they do warn against wrong deposit. However, I never deposited fund over there or having to come use that betting site but you must be aware of the risk associated when your funds are mistakenly deposited to wrong chain or network. So I can't say with all assurance that your funds would be restored or not but less hope something positive comes out from them, otherwise I will suggest you should moved on as your fund are already lost.

Can you provide screenshot of your conversation with the support to backup your story because issue like this typically won't solve quickly especially if they didsupport at all the blockchain network that you sent in just like the case of OP which he sent TRC20 tokens to an ERC20 dedicated wallet.

Solving a 10-30minutes for delicate issue like this is surely amazing if you can backup it up with proof. This will help OP to make his case better since other Casino can do this quickly while Duelbits can't.

That mean, the fund should stay on there (cannot be moved). If the platform say that, moving the fund that's clear indication the fund can be recovery and the customer who owned the money (can opened) a thread case. They moved/recovery the fund while they say to us the fund cannot be moved.

I actually waiting (CHIPS) casino do these, they move my money 290$ from the address wrong network I sent. If they moved it, I will opened a thread case. Any fund lose & respond to the user cannot be recovery:

Yes, I'm going to share the screenshot below this post. After getting the screenshot I found that the case was solved within 15 minutes, and I was truly amazed by their generosity. Although, I'm a type of person who doesn't really share screenshots due to privacy concerns but I'm going to be sharing the screenshot this time because I believe that it will be helpful for @OP and it may help to solve out his issue faster. I must say that the amount which I deposited was pretty low as compare to the @OP's deposit but still it's they generosity that they credited that into my balance. The only thing duelbits can do is send your USDT-TRC20 back to your address because they only have USDT options on ERC20 and BEP20.
But unfortunately, I doubt they will do it to return your deposit because there are many cases like this, and every time you make a deposit there is a warning about what will happen if you make a mistake to the deposit.

Sorry for your loss, it's not a small amount of money and it's hard to accept this loss, but it's a lesson to be more careful, always double-check before pressing the send button.
However, if in the end Duelbits is willing to send your money back, that should be appreciated.

Oh man sorry for the OP. This is a big toll lesson for everyone who is transacting in the crypto. This is not just limited to casino cashiers but anywhere we transact from small faucets to the big casino's like in OP's case, they will always mention the blockchain on which they should be sending the coins. In fact it is also mentioned on the exchangers.

If you are using the Binance then it should have been known to you already. I know sometimes we are ignorant due to a few factors but whenever it is crypto it shouldn't be this way. There is no one to blame on and highly doubt there is any type of recovery in this case.

First, let me point out to you that, if duelbits supports trc-usdt deposits on their site, op will not have this challenge in the first place since he actually deposited usdt over the trc network..

Secondly, op deposited usdt to his trx wallet, which is normal on a normal circumstances, but the only problem is that, duelbits does not support usdt deposits over trc network, but then, this money is still very easy for them to retrieve since trx wallet address and private key op sent usdt to , is the same as the trx wallet made available to him by the casino, this simply means that , the casino do have access to the usdt stored in the trx wallet since it's a wallet they own and have control over ..

I am not seeing any different things we are saying here, at the end we still fall back at same place.
The thing is if the entire system support trc20usdt op's fund could have displayed in there (which is still lost, since not listed in there system), between how do you know they can easily sent it back to op knowing too well most of the casino finds it harder to refund or attend to such issues. Again whenever you read their ToS you would understand whenever you are making a transfer you need to be very mindful and careful before hitting the button send.

Well I wouldn't want to go further talking about this anymore rather we should look for a way for op to get back his funds, alternatively I suggest op should also reach out to @Hhampuz he might be of help maybe with his influence as a campaign manager they give him a listening ear to restore back op's fund that was lost.

So it wasnt really that possible to make out some recovery if ever a certain depositor do sent out on other blockchain into a certain deposit address. I was that totally shocked that Roobet do still

Technically, I think that they have private key of TRX wallet and with private key, you can totally control and can send the asset in the wallet to another address. I think that they're willing to recover my fund. If not, then why they make me wait. It will be easier and quick if they just say that they can't help me in this case. They will feel intimated if you annoy them with messages every other day when there are a lot of issues coming in their support so it is just right that you don't message them every day once a week is good enough so the support will remember your case.

So much depends on how you configure your request, It should not be demanding or you feel that you are depressed because of the issue pressuring them to take action immediately, make your request light and sincere.

I believe that Duelbits will show compassion and goodwill and send you back your funds or credit your account, it will be in their favor if they resolve it, because the confidence of the gambling community will go to Duelbits for their goodwill.

Unfortunately Op has been waiting a long time in for the issue but no update whatsoever, actually if that is the Duelbits domept address it should be a glitch this is understandable and the team can look into it as this is not small money either as it is enough to live on for a few weeks, but I don't want to badmouthing casinos because every casino has rules and requirements that I don't understand yet.

Casinos have policies too, and since they mentioned any wrong deposit will end as a permanent loss on the deposit page itself then duelbits can't be blamed for this.

About Roobet they took this and treated it in another way but can't expect the same even from them again because they made it clear in that chat itself. But OP you can only hope you may recover funds if Duelbits wants too but there is nothing beyond that.

If that's the case then it's an expensive lesson, never make deposits in a hurry, and make sure the destination address, network, and whatever as many times as you can until you are sure that there is no mistake.

After waiting around 2 months without any updates, I contacted Hhampuz in this forum. He helped me a lot, he talked with his guys at duelbits and came to the conclusion that they can retrieve the funds at some point in the future so they have credited me with the lost amount. I received it today and I withdrew it successfully, and they don't charge me any fees. Below is the proof they credited the lost amount which is $2418.9 to my duelbits account.

Through my case, I knew that I made a right choice when I chose duelbits to gamble. IMO, duelbits is really one of the best gambling sites. They might be late to resolve some customer problems, but they will really do it at some point. I know that the support agents don't have much power to process my case, they just can forward the request for other teams to decide. In my opinion, they did what the best they can do. In order to speed up similar cases like me, the right move is to contact the right person (duelbits representative). In my case, Hhampuz helped me a lot. After receiving the lost amount, I told him give me his coin address so that I can send him an amount equivalent to 10% of the lost amount, I really want to do that to thank him. But he denied and told me that I don't owe him anything. Such a good marketing campaign manager.
