In a bid to remain fit for the upcoming league games that resumes next week, Arsenal players has pulled off this stunt. It's just friendlies no doubt but why do players that are supposed to be in the lineup all of a sudden out of it from just one team. It's no coincidence that it happened, I believe there's a higher person in the club that might have told the players to do this. I don't know if this stunt is against FIFA rules or not, if it is then the players that claimed injury should sit out for 2 - 3 weeks l, at least that's the number of time out for minor injuries. If they don't sit out, then it's evident they lied about being injured. They should get their punishment in the upcoming FIFA WC by sitting out mandatory, lol.

Arsenal made it too obvious. There are subtle ways other clubs do this but I think arsenal went overboard with their own execution. Almost all players returned from international duty in a space of 2 days. They cited injury concerns as the reasons for their players returning. Funny thing is over 90% of these players with "injury concerns" will play for Arsenal when they host Bournemouth this weekend in the Premier league.

Also, they will play for their countries in the world cup as there aren't enough talents. I'm talking about other countries too not just England.

Going for international duty is a choice of the players, they can decide not to participate as there's no rule against that so why do you want FIFA to punish them if it is found that they only faked those injuries. The only punishment they can get is through their country football management and not FIFA. Not taking part in the international games is even a good decision for Arsenal players so that they don't satisfy their country and put the domestic league team in danger when they get injured. Arsenal is closer to winning the Premier League again after more than 2 decades they last won it. Winning the Premier League will be more honorable to Rice and Saka than playing for England in a friendly match. After all they have the world cup coming up, it should be more important than the friendly games.

Am following up this game too, and I will say that this game is actually interesting to watch. Ghana has score through Fatawu who came in in this second half. The game is now 1:1 currently we are gradually getting to the end of the game , this game would have been out of sight for Ghana because Germany has controlled this game right from the first half as they have had a better possession of the the ball including shots on target.scoring goals has been the problem of Germany in this game.

Germany dominated the game as they went on to have a win in that game. Ghana did try in that game as they were a bit competitive despite Germany having more of the ball. Perhaps, if Ghana hadn't had a handball which in turn, gave Germany a penalty kick that resulted in a goal, the game just might have ended in a draw.
I think the Ghanian goalie also tried in keeping some good attempts at goal from reaching the back of the net. It was an overall interesting game as Germany went on to secure the win with a goal from Undav, winning the game in the end.

You mean someone within the England team told Bukayo Saka and Rice to go back to their club?, perhaps nobody gave them the advice but themselves, even if they were supposed to be on their national team lineup on the match there shouldn't be any serious thing as they decided to go for their club for now because the reason is good and all the matches is about to start so they need to play hard for Arsenal in working for the trophy. Were it would have been intolerable is if their national team was playing a real match that's not a friendly match so actually it was the best decision while Rashford and the other England squad handled today's match against Japan.

Maybe no one told them, I speculated that by myself but when same thing happens to 1, 2 , 3, 4 and counting from the same team then it's not a coincidence but a plan from my perspective. It wasn't just Saka and Rice that claimed injury but 11 Arsenal players and most of them are in the first team. I'm not saying some of them are not actually injured but when some of them decided fake injury and run back to the club immediately, it will sure raise eyebrows. For me I will be waiting for some of them when the games resumes this week and if they are in the lineups then my assumptions will be true.

Ancelloti is a good coach, but club football is very different from country football, this is why Ancellotti may struggle to win something with the Brazilian team despite winning trophies with Real Madrid.

In this World Cup, Spain and France look the strongest than the Brazilian team. They could get better before the world cup, and even France can get Knock out early if they feel too over confident. I do not know what to think of Argentina, I think with Messi, they will always be a threat.

Of course I agree with what you said because it is the truth about the difference between club competitions and international competitions, but I believe Ancelotti can do a lot for the Brazilian national team, I believe this when I saw their play in several matches when Ancelotti was new in office, it seems that under Ancelotti command the Brazilian team's play is more enthusiastic. I agree with you brother, this thing could cost them if it is taken too far but come to think of it, why put player under unnecessary pressure when the international break to many countries is a big waste? Is better to stay back than go and injure yourself and when your club need you as a key players the most you'd be on the bench shaking your legs. Their actions isn't good but the football bodies need to consider somethings too.

I’m not surprised that Italian have failed to qualify for the World Cup once again, I was watching the game and the way they were playing was very inappropriate, and when Bastoni got that red card I knew something was absolutely wrong somewhere, that is not the way football is meant to be played, Italy is a big disappointment, it was absolutely a terrible performance, they way they’re playing was just nothing good about their performance, well now the country as a whole would have no choice but to accept this dreadful and awful performance and also not qualifying for the World Cup.

That the moment Bastoni got a red card was so stupid. However, he's not the only one who absolute clown, but most of them. I saw they played so terribly, and Barella was the only one who did it a bit better. Italian players have been downgrading football. It got worsen with how their management appoint an amateur coach(Gattuso) to handle them.
If they're not appointing Gattuso, they didn't pick lots of players from Inter, and use a rejected striker from Everton. They would be qualifying to the World Cup. So many wrongdoing happened in their national squad. I can't believe even when they have Donnarumma as their goalie. They still fail!!!

Logically, Italy shouldn't even be in playoffs. they should have won their group caused by they have so many good materials on their side, but yeah their management destroyed it all.
So i think we're finally coming to the era where Italy is no longer a soccer power nation.
