Fenerbahçe hosts Zalgiris today. Zalgiris is a team in good form; although Fenerbahçe is the favorite, Zalgiris has two EuroLeague wins—both of them away from home. They defeated Crvena Zvezda in the opening week and beat Barcelona on the road last week. They also suffered a narrow, last-minute home loss to Olympiacos. I think Fenerbahçe will face a tough challenge today. If I were to put together an upset-focused betting slip, I would bet on a Zalgiris victory.

Yeah it’s gonna be a tough game for sure. Despite being the favorite somehow I wouldn’t touch Fenerbahce in this one, zalgiris is just too good of a club to underestimate them, even at be away game for them. Seems like the roster is really clicking while Fener had some not so convincing games already. Still looking forward to this one and I will definitely stay up for the game, even though it’s gonna be played very late in my time zone, and we are camping .

I think Fenerbahçe will secure the win, even if they face a tough challenge. The fact that Zalgiris defeated Barcelona away from home isn't a major indicator for me. Fenerbahçe is a far superior team to Barcelona. I acknowledge that it will be a difficult match, but Fenerbahçe will emerge victorious.

Yeah, it should be great game to watch. Looked at their H2H results and you have to dig deep into history when it wasn't close game between these teams. Another interesting game is Partizan - Panathinaikos. Maybe not game itself, it's all about Zeljko Obradovic return to Belgrade. I only can imagine how warm he will be welcomed by Partizan fans.

Its gonna be an amazing game in Belgrade for sure, our coach is returning so it will be really a crazy atmosfere. The arena is sold out so it will be probobly crazy with Partizan fans. My team maybe aint the favorite but i think we can surprise Pao. We never lost to Pao since coming back to the euroleague at home so wonder what will happen this time.

Partizan holds a very special place for Obradovic. The atmosphere created by the crowd will certainly be excellent, but I think Panathinaikos will win the match. Personally, I would love to see Partizan win. The Fenerbahçe-algiris game promises to be exciting, though the Fenerbahçe crowd isn't quite as fiery as the Beşiktaş crowd. I expect Fenerbahçe to come out on top in that match as well.

It was a solid Fenerbahçe win. A lot of players contributed and Zalgiris couldn't keep up with Fener. Larkin played his first euro game with Fener, very emotional for me to see him like this. He seems to be fully recovered and can be a good force for his new team. I expect him to perform like his old self around end of the year. Fener's guards and wings are not bad for a F4 team but they definitely need a good center. They can't get anything out of Sertaç Şanlı at this age. If they can get a good player, only then Fener can do great things this year IMO.
I couldn't watch the Valencia - Oly game but it seems amazing. I will try to watch it tomorrow. Very impressive that Oly came back from 28 points.

They lost only to Pana and Pana is 5/5 right now. Fenerbahçe is natural favorite for Final Four again. We are playing against Hapoel Tel-Aviv tomorrow. I can't wait to see the game. The team played very poorly in their last league game against Türk Telekom. I hope they played that way because their minds were on this game. They'll show their true form here. I see news today that Beşiktaş is interested in Lonnie Walker IV. Nuggets waived him last Monday and he's considering Europe move again. I hope that he'll choose Beşiktaş, he'd be a terrific addition to the roster. He's exactly the kind of player we need. The fans go wild and he immediately falls in love with this place.

Fenerbahce won easily the match against Zalgiris, they leaded the entire game and really won it easy and they came back with a win after a loss from Pao. Pao on the other hand destroyed my Partizan and they are showing why they are a team to win it all this season! Olympiacos was a crazy game,Valencia leaded by 28 points with 18 minutes left and were able to lose the game, pretty insane stuff.

We won a match easily that I had expected to be difficult. We built a significant lead in the first half thanks to our high three-point shooting accuracy. Zalgiris tried to mount a comeback in the second half, but Fenerbahçe didn't allow it. Shavon Shields was the X-factor for us in this game. Carsen Edwards is a source of great regret for me. He played for our team, but we let him go too early. A high-quality player like him belongs on bigger teams. Our next game is against Partizan. My team is doing very well right now. Shane also wore the Fenerbahçe jersey in the EuroLeague for the first time yesterday; he is a crucial player for us, and I hope he continues his career here without any injury setbacks.

I had actually expected Zalgiris to beat Fenerbahçe, but that didn't happen. Panathinaikos defeating Partizan isn't a huge deal. We can't call Panathinaikos a championship contender based solely on this game; after all, they are a much stronger team than Partizan. There is a vast difference in terms of roster quality and budget. It is a significant feat for Olympiacos to come back from a 28-point deficit and win in overtime. Olympiacos effectively sent a message to all the other EuroLeague teams, declaring, "I am the real championship contender."

It's biggest comeback in Euroleague history and it was crazy indeed. Fact that Oly made it against Valencia makes it even more impressive, it's not that they played against some bottom table team. Valencia was undefeated until this game, they have great roster and played at home. Zeljko and Panathinaikos didn't had much troubles with Partizan, meanwhile Crvena Zvezda beat Asvel with a buzzer-beater. Today Hapoel got confident win against Besiktas.

Sertaç is making a solid scoring contribution for his age. He scored 6 points yesterday, but he will be particularly needed in the domestic rotation for the Turkish League. Fenerbahçe played magnificently in the first quarter yesterday. Zalgiris narrowed the gap towards halftime, but Fenerbahçe pulled away again in the third quarter. Fenerbahçe sometimes experiences significant slumps—especially in the third or fourth quarters—but that did not happen yesterday.

They could be somewhere between 10 and 15th spot. But tonight yes Hapoel was much much better and just finished the in the 3rd quarter in like couple of minutes. Still Besiktas have a good coach and probably will not be too bad. Efes is in big trouble though. After Mike James is gone his injury has left a gap that cannot be filled. It’s very difficult to find a good solution through the transfer market either. I reckon Efes might end up just like last year. In fact, Beşiktaş might even finish above them. Efes are that bad.

As for me, I believe Cameron Payne will fill the void left by Mike James. He was quite effective yesterday. Anadolu Efes played poorly in the first half, committing 11 turnovers as a team. For Bayern Munich, Obst and Washington were very impactful. I couldn't help but notice how much Washington resembles Mike James; with the tattoos on his arms, for a moment, I actually thought it was him out on the court. Bayern was in good form yesterday. I expect Beşiktaş to defeat Bayern Munich comfortably this Friday.

In my opinion, it was a surprise that Bayern Munich—who had lost their previous three games—managed to defeat Anadolu Efes in Türkiye. They didn't give Anadolu Efes a chance; it was as if the Bayern players were extra focused for this matchup. I had my first opportunity to watch Cameron Payne; he contributed well to the scoring, hitting some excellent three-pointers. Out of the three Turkish teams playing during this double-game week, only Fenerbahçe emerged victorious. Today, Fenerbahçe will face Partizan. While I expect it to be an easy game, it’s worth remembering that Fenerbahçe has occasionally suffered unexpected defeats in matches like this. As for Beşiktaş, I believe they will beat Bayern tomorrow before sending them back to Germany. Meanwhile, Anadolu Efes is likely to face a tough challenge against algiris.

I said it before: Beşiktaş would easily defeat Bayern Munich—and that’s exactly what happened. We didn’t face any real difficulty yesterday. Wilbekin and Nowell both played very well. When Wilbekin performs well, the whole team follows suit; he’s a highly experienced EuroLeague player and truly talented. We rely heavily on his scoring contributions. During this double-game week, we finished with one win and one loss. We were 7th in the standings last week, but by the end of this week, we’ve dropped to 11th.
Olympiacos played two games in Spain—both going into overtime—and came away with victories against both Barcelona and Valencia. Olympiacos is effectively projecting the image that there is no team in the EuroLeague stronger than them.
