What makes me stick to a gambling site is the UI and how light they are to load, but this more about bookies with in-play. As for casinos only, I generally like the ones that I have used before. One thing that I noticed about casinos is that the games are offered by third party and the casino sites are not poor but good. What that can let me like a casino more is their promotional offers.

I believe you can summarize this into something that you don't like and cannot do something about it lol. It's just something that is there and you might not be able to request anything. It's going to be a constant trigger to you if you always notice it or something.

Personally, I don't really like the withdrawal fees. It's just somewhat annoyed by it because you need to have an amount for it that would be deducted from your balance. I got no choice but I think the casinos can manage to do something about it if they pool it together or something. Idk.

Probably what I miss the most from physical casinos is to just have a nice conversation with the gamblers sitting besides me, it is true that almost all online casinos have some sort of chat feature, but it is not the same as the chat can move very quickly and it is almost impossible to hold a conversation there, other than that I find online casinos to be superior to their physical counterparts in almost every way and that is why it is my preferred way to gamble now.

As someone who has a fast internet connection, I dislike the games that still take a long time to load their content properly. It's not the platform per se, but more on the provider's end. I've experienced this with slots more frequently, and I don't know why they don't cache these games into the platform or whatever tech they need to do, but it would help the end user get to the game quicker. Another thing is some of the UI/UX elements that just doesn't work properly. It gets fixed after a day or two, especially the dropdowns if raised to the proper channels. But when you need them to work, they sometimes don't, and you'll have to find a work around (e.g. for withdrawals tab or deposits tab) else you're going to waste your money or you'll never have access to those funds.

When it comes to the criteria and preference on what make me stay then it would be the ff;

1. Good UI/UX
2. Instant withdrawals
3. Popularity
4. Good user experience overall
5. Active support whenever you do need it

In speaking about those issues or something that i dont like then which is sending me out those email letters even i havent checked out that subscription link or button.
Dont know on why they do enforce it out but its not something that a big issue for me as long you would really be that comfortable on where you are playing
at then this what matter the most. There are really sites that would really be able to hook out our interest and despite on having  tons of options in the market

Exactly and even though there are licensed casinos,  ther still does not make kyc mandatory at the point of opening an account on the casino,  this is what motivated a lot of us to stick to our current casinos,  I have a wired feeling some few day back,  when I took out time to use a new casino since I was doing some reviews for them,  but while I was there I always miss playing on stake since for over sometime now,  stake have become my sure bet when it comes to weekly wagering.

No technical relations or whatever to my luck chance but I have a certain online casino where I really experience more winning chances than others. KYC will be a bad thing for those who prioritize privacy, but for those who don't mind it, KYC will not be an obstacle to entering a casino that is already popular and has credibility that is trusted. I just like a casino when I don't use VPN. because I prefer a casino that looks easy to open without any buffering when loading the image and video. Sometimes I'm very reluctant to come when opening the casino it is just slow. maybe it's good for me to play the casino if there weren't a lot of pictures and videos on the main page. but I don't have a problem if the internet is going smoothly where in just 1 relay without the use of VPN. Security, ease, good and simple UI, and their bonuses and rake back. If you start in a new online casino you will work it all out from scratch so I think it's foolish to start all over again just because you want something different. Oh, and when you play in a new online casino you will find out that most games are just the same as the old one so it will be better to just go back to the old one.
