I am a newbie in bitcoin I want to learn a lot about bitcoin I want to do marketing and trading with bitcoin if any of you are expert or if someone is more skilled please give me some suggestion so that I can do something good and my future is good.
If you are asking users here to teach you how to trade, then you shouldn't trade and trading may not be for you right now. Like you said; you're a newbie in BTC, and trading isn't for newbies, it is very complicated and you can lose all your money very fast. Now what do you mean by "i want to do marketing with BTC", i don't know what that means but what you need now is to learn about BTC as a cesnsorship resistant and permissonless currency, and not as an investment, at least for now.

"......permissonless currency...."

Sometimes, when i come across btc grammatical expression  like the one indicated above, it will look like i'm new into deep currency but, i'm not. It's just a mere perception from a different angles.

Regards

I am a newbie in bitcoin I want to learn a lot about bitcoin I want to do marketing and trading with bitcoin if any of you are expert or if someone is more skilled please give me some suggestion so that I can do something good and my future is good.  can shine through bitcoin and i can stay away from casino and gambling games and without these two means i can earn money in my life and i can work hard to earn bitcoin everyone.

First read about Bitcoin, trading, crypto currency, and CEX and DEX; you need to know and understand them first before you try trading. This, in my opinion, is the best way to start here in the Bitcoi business world. To be honest, it's not easy to understand Bitcoin, and if you do, you must have a passion for it. Because without it, you won't be sure to last here.

I am able to last in this business industry because of my passion, which I combined with dedication, determination, and perseverance. And as I studied and learned, I discovered that I was gradually gaining an understanding of what I had entered.

Since you are a newbie and you want to earn bitcoins, you should always research the cryptomarket with your best. It is very important to have maximum knowledge about crypto market to earn bitcoins. Because the cryptocurrency market is very volatile, if you don't trade at the right time, you will lose your entire money, and if you have knowledge about the crypto market, you can trade at the right time. Remember trading is very risky. A small mistake in trading can make you lose everything. So you need to think carefully and do a lot of research before trading. So before trading consult a professional and skilled trader privately and do your own research and trade. Then you will be able to earn bitcoins.

I don't totally agree with you saying here is not agree a good place to learn trading, I know their are some members that their opinion might not make sense but their are still members who are here to correct wring opinions of people who do not have good ideas. The forum is a place that has helped a lot of people in investment and trading, though one might not learn everything about trading here but their are still some basic things one can learn about trading and investing here. The main aim of the forum is to help members put them through in trading if having difficulties.

The forum can't teach you about trading but it can teach you about investing in Bitcoin and that can be done by buying and holding Bitcoin. If you want to learn about trading, you have to go do that outside the forum. We have some youtube channels that teach trading for free or website that has a good reputation on teaching about trading without extorting their viewer for money without teaching them how to trade properly. Individual on the forum only share trading tips and strategy.

The main aim of the forum is to help members Invest in Bitcoin and teach them how to secure their Bitcoin investment by using a non custodial wallet and not trading. If any individual is having difficulties in trading then he should go back to rethink about the strategy that he's using to trade and try something new.

I can feel some serious eagerness in you, sensing from what you posted and I want to plead that you take things very easy and don't try forcing pressure on yourself.
I understand  that you must have heard and read alot about bitcoin mostly the good and I will say that, since you're  interested in bitcoin,  the forum is a very nice place to be and I can also assure you that every knowledge you seek and easily be gotten here and if you want a sure source of income through bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general,  is to register as a payment agent for exchanges and enjoy steady flow of cash but quick one, becoming an agent is always very expensive as you'll be required atleast 3k dollars to get accepted send started but for now, I think you should focus more on learning than earning.

As a newbie you need to know about the crypto market first not easy it is to trade in the bitcoin market if you don't have good trading skills, the risk is high. It is important to remember that cryptocurrency trading can be highly volatile and comes with its own set of risks and rewards. Before investing your money it is essential to do your own research understand the risks involved and consult with a financial advisor. Relying on just one trade to make an investment decision can also be risky. It is advisable to have a diversified portfolio and regularly monitor and adjust your investments based on market conditions and your financial goals.

As I can say, cryptocurrency itself is a risk, but we need to handle things. For which we need some knowledgeable skills about the trading. The trading strategies are very important that we had to use during the trading. Also, if a person knows he has some losses, and has some bad trading situations sometimes, he can only learn great things at that time. We all know great things come by facing hurdles, so same in the case of trading. Beginner needs more to learn, trading strategies, the lookout of the graph, and the way of trading, all these things have an impact on the individual trader, which can make him to be in profit or can make him to be in loss. The main thing is consistency in each step of the journey.

Though I know that someone that introduced him to this forum must have given him a hint of how trading bitcoin work but didn't enlighten him on the dangers of trading when he has little or no knowledge about some trading strategies that are often applied for safe trading

It seems there are special boards you can visit to make posts like this because this discussion is not very relevant in the bitcoin sub. But even so, I want to respond a little about how you can do it and to give the right answer you also have to look at the budget capacity you have to start with. When your budget is limited, DCA is the right choice for you because this kind of strategy combination is believed to be much more responsible for buying bitcoin for some people who don't have a big budget.

Consistency, calm and not worrying is the way to success in investing in Bitcoin and you will find it when you have knowledge and experience. Don't stop looking for opportunities because if you haven't started today it will always be an excuse for us not to develop and I support your steps in starting responsibly, not by blindly forcing yourself in investment.

It is true that trading is not suitable for beginners because it has too much risk. But if he is really interested in trading, he can get acquainted and start with a demo account. That will help him gain basic experience of what trading is like. Because each person will have different goals and preferences, although holding is suitable for everyone but many people do not like to hold for a long time and only like to trade daily. So we shouldn't force them if they don't like it. Even if we are long-time market participants, if we have never traded before, we are still completely new traders. So let them start if they want to become a trader.

Well, it's good that you concern yourself about staying away from gambling; that is a good move or limitation because gambling will not give you anything. If you really want to earn bitcoin, then you can start by researching on the internet or watching YouTube videos of what bitcoin is. You first need to know how bitcoin works, what its technology is, etc. So, you will have an idea of what technology you are into, then you can move into different ways to earn, like trading, which is common, but you can also earn from staking or doing commissioned works related to bitcoin, like graphic arts, so you can see those offers in the services section of this forum. Trading is a complex way to earn, and there's no guarantee that you will always earn from it, as even experts in trading sometimes fail. You can start by ranking up your bitcointalk forum account and joining the signature campaign, and you can accumulate some earnings there for starting.

Apart from the things you mentioned, I also have other help from this forum. You can ask almost everything in this forum and will likely have people to answer your questions. For example, I had some issues with my Linux OS setting up the latest version of Electrum; the forum members helped me install it correctly. Anyone who wants to learn a trade may get help from the forum. But ou have asked some specific questions regarding your queries. Suppose you don't know what to ask, and you ask questions like "How to learn trading?" It's not a good question, and you won't find a good answer.

If you participate in gambling with the desire to make money and get rich from it, you should stay away from it, but if you play gambling for entertainment after a tiring day of work, it is not necessarily bad.

Second, I agree that trading or staking are ways to make money in this market but is that too risky? As some people have mentioned, trading is not suitable for newbies, trading only makes them lose more than they gain. Meanwhile, staking means you need to place your bitcoins on centralized platforms, which is too risky for the OP. Don't forget what happened to FTX, BlockFi...lending platforms collapsed.

I think, OP's best way is to work hard and save money to invest long term in bitcoin, that's best for him. Don't dream that you can make money in this market easily by trading or betting. Don't dream that you can make money in this market easily by trading or staking when you are a newbie with no experience and knowledge.

Indeed, you better stay away to gambling. Gambling is no no good for anyone who is starting his journey in here. Yes, research, read, and study. The first thing he should study is how to read the charts. There's a lot of tutorial in Facebook and Youtube, he can start by watching tutorial. There's a lot of option in investing like what you said, like yeah he can do staking, trading, and etc. He should also consider to have a strong personality and have a ton of patience. He can also invest short term or long term and so on.

Trading is not easy, especially for a beginner who has no experience in trading, because experience is what will make you a good trader because you already know the risks involved and also understand how to trade correctly.
And it is true that before using real money or engaging in real trading, you should try trading with a demo account that many platforms provide. And this allows you to practice without the risk of losing money and can learn and understand the positive and negative sides of trading which can help you become a profitable trader for you.

I don't know why you made a poll OP. But welcome to Bitcointallk!

So you are mostly interested in earning from bitcoin investment. At this moment, I doubt buying bitcoin and holding it for a few years can change your life financially unless you have a big capital but it might also mean you already have the money and a 400% growth isn't life-changing anymore.

Bitcoin is a decentralized online currency and it is necessary since we have full control of it without the government and banks interventions. But we can still live without bitcoin of course. But as humans, we are about innovations for the betterment and bitcoin is one of them.

This is quite a crazy statement:  "it might also mean you already have the money and a 400% growth isn't life-changing anymore."

If someone wanted to get to $2 million in order to get to a kind of western entry-level fuck you status, and s/he came to bitcoin in the last year or so, and maybe such person has around $500k to invest, and so even if they completely got their $500k into bitcoin in a relatively short period of time, then if the investment went up 4x, then they would be at fuck you status.  Of course, we have to be careful in regards to how we measure our bitcoin wealth, and if we believe that getting into dollars reaches our goal, then we cash out when we get to 4x, but if we want to keep most of our value in BTC, then we may well have to wait for the 200-week moving average to move up from $29k to $120k-ish in order to have some more assurance that we are considering the bitcoin bottom rather than prematurely cashing out based on tips and then perhaps not having better places to put the value as compared to keeping most of it in bitcoin.

By the way, it could take around 6 years or so before the 200-week moving average moves up to $120k-ish, and surely that would not be a long time to get 4x out of your investment (and why be greedy?), but people can sometimes be impatient, and for sure bitcoin price rises (and even the ongoing going up of the 200-week moving average is not guaranteed, even though historically it has ongoingly gone up).

BTC and other cryptoassets are suitable only for long-term hoding,

This statement is not true.

ONLY bitcoin is suitable for long term holding, and the non-bitcoin "cryptoassets" are referred to as shitcoins for a reason, which is that they are not suitable for long term holding but they might be suitable for trading, if you can figure out price moves and strategies to get in and out of that crap.

One of the BIGGER problems with even attempting to trade bitcoin may well have to do with failures and refusals to accept that bitcoin is likely inevitably inclined towards UPpity... so whenever you sell bitcoin, you run a decently large risk that you might not be able to buy it back for less than you sold it..

Another advantage that might come with bitcoin is to build up a certain stash of it prior to even considering trading, so that would mean consistently buying and building and once you might have spent a decent amount of time buying, then at least you have a stash to work with and also you have information about your stash including the cost of various coins that you bought and you can even lump them into groups that might help you to decide how to treat them in terms of possible trading, which again still runs into the risk of any sales might not result in any ability to buy back for less than the sales amount, so overall if the whole stash is rather small, then maybe there would be a goal to build the BTC stash to be much larger before even fucking around with trading...

Maybe trading with shitcoins is more justifiable than trading with bitcoin, even though it may well take a lot of time and waste a lot of brain power, when brain power may well be better spent on figuring out ways to stack BTC by earning more money and our cutting expenses and just being more persistent with BTC stacking ideas that don't involve gambling.. ..

Another thing is that if someone has a job and they might be young, so they are expecting their salary to go up through the years, they still can be figuring out if there are ways to attempt to front load their bitcoin investment because there are likely legitimate theories that bitcoin prices are likely going to rise higher than the rate at which someone might make more money later down the road, so there might be some value in trying to buy more bitcoin earlier, even if a person might be expecting to make more money later down the road.. However, how to balance these matters cannot be clear, and after a few years of stacking sats, then reassessments can be made in regards to if there might be some value in attempting to trade any of the bitcoin or even limiting a small portion of the stash to trading, such as 10%.. but if someone spent 3-5 years building such stack, they might want to be careful in regards to how much they want to put at risk and/or to fuck around with by trying to trade with it.. maybe no more than 10% of it.

so the main strategy is to avoid spending crypto.

Well gresham's law would be to spend the shittiest of currencies first, and there are some theories that some of the shitcoins are better to hold than dollars, and I wonder about that.  Of course, if you have shitcoins, you may want to spend them, but yeah, if you consider them to be investments then they would be the last to spend.. which is surely true about bitcoin should be the last of anything that any of us chooses to spend, unless it is either spend and replace or unless we have some kind of strategy to sell small amounts on the way up, without any expectation that we would be able to buy back cheaper... but if we sell small amounts of our BTC after larger amount BTC price appreciation we have better chances that the BTC price might come back down, but surely not guaranteed, and surely not a good habit or mindset for someone who might still be in the earlier stages of BTC accumulation and/or building wealth (and building his/her investment portfolio).

Cryptotrading is like gambling, I don't think that it's a good idea to even try it, especially if the sums you possess are not so high: trading fees usually cost more than any profit in case of small amounts of BTC.

I mostly agree with this part.

Long-term hodling requires years of patience, there won't be fast profit with crypto...

I would agree with you if you were talking about bitcoin in the above statement, but since you used that vague-ass term "crypto" who knows what the fuck you are talking about?  There are a lot of shitcoins out there, and it is a much better practice to make it clear if you are talking about bitcoin versus some shitcoin and if you are recommending to get involved in some specific shitcoin, then maybe you should mention which one or which ones, but that surely would be messy to mention any specific shiticoin(s), so many times members try to act like they are smart so they refer to everything as "crypto," including lumping bitcoin into the mix as if it were similar or an equal, and as if they are even saying anything meaningful by using the vague-ass, meaningless, and misleading term "crypto," except maybe they are showing that they do not understand bitcoin enough in order to distinguish it (and/or their ideas about bitcoin and the space) from shitcoins.

BTC and other cryptoassets are suitable only for long-term hoding,
Perhaps for the top 10 cryptocurrencies, this response makes sense, but for all coins, I believe it's highly improbable as a long-term holding strategy. Meme coins would contribute significant losses to a long-term holding strategy due to their higher risks.

Even though you hedged your statement by saying "perhaps," your statement is still dumb as fuck.

Long term investing does not apply to "the top 10" and it ONLY applies to bitcoin, and not because it is "in the top 10," but instead because bitcoin is a paradigm-shifting technology that innovates the concept of scarcity in the digital space by solving the Byzantine General's problem and it incorporates various forms of incentives through proof of work. that also builds several networking effects on top of it, and just because various shitcoins try to act like they are doing similar things, they are not. .so they are just riding on bitcoin's success and likely ongoing success.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Do you mean you don't know anything about Bitcoin or crypto trading? because, if yes, there is no need to find another person just to teach you trading knowledge. There are so many ways for you to learn here. Because if you insist on what you want to happen, you might be ruined because of your lack of knowledge. There are still many exploitative people in this crypto industry.

So please be careful; just read on this platform, and for sure you will get ideas and knowledge no matter where you start in the crypto space.

Now may not be the days that you can earn bitcoins by completing small tasks. In the beginning it was possible to earn bitcoins. Now if you want to earn bitcoins you need to develop your skills and then work on various projects or investments in different ways.

For anyone to really earn bitcoin presently then he/she must have a job that pays him/ her monthly or weekly or s/he can be an entrepreneur or something but at least he or she must have a means of earnings, if anyone considers Bitcoin to be a means of earnings then he or she is making a mistake that can cost alot of damages in his/her financial careers, considering Bitcoin as a means of earnings as the OP wishes is more like gambling which equally means trading. And trading is a very risky and never advisable to any newbie or intermediate because it is either you loss or you win.
The concept of Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme so anyone venturing into Bitcoin must be patient enough to buy and hodl for a long time. That is why you must have something that at least can fit your bills for you to stay in Bitcoin, hence while earning one can accumulate true different methods like Dollar cost averaging (DCA) etc.

Yep, obviously, mate, you say it rightly that only Bitcoin is appropriate for long-term investment. Recently, I did post about it, saying that only one thing is appropriate in terms of long-term investment. Apart from this, all other crypto assets are not so reliable to be trusted. Even though it is called a shitcoin, according to you, we recently saw a very big and authentic coin, Tera Luna, who cheated people and stole money. Honestly, after this incident, I don't trust any coin for investment except Bitcoin. It was a godsend that Satoshi Nakamoto gave us something that has a 0% chance of cheating. Bitcoin is a sustainable thing; the rest of the coins are only good for a short period of time, and that too in terms of trading and investment.
