Hello, After the success of the first scam coin and the excellent collaboration with the community, minerjones and mopar mining, I present the second series. Big up to Krogothmanatthan It's inspired by the sad story of Coldkey, which affected us all. Don't hesitate to share your interest, your comments and your ideas. This time, it could be interesting if the losers have some BTC, so we know who peeled their coin. I'll probably write YOGG'D and include the address of Yodas' thread somewhere. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5434506.0Thanks to all. Frank SCAM COIN Serie 2We'll see later fort any matching number with mj. Everyone is welcome. 1 - minerjones (matching number if any 7) 2 - sunnybwoy (36) 3 - YodasRedRocket (11) 4 - pinky1234 (30) 5 - Humble Bitcoiners (37) 6 - Primo-bit (3) 7 - MoparMiningLLC (10) 8 - JanEmil (1) 9 - mortare (27) 10 - Kryptowerk (6) 11 - krogothmanhattan (2) 12 - owlcatz (12) 13 - Frank AlpenCoin (40) 14 - tweetious (21) 15 - Crytocanuk (22) 16 - PeakDK (5) 17 - 2stout 18 - Cryptogreatdane (17) 19 - hotdog7 (35) 20 - Suzuki Matt (39) 21 - Box Guy (16) 22 - stackinsats777 (33) 23 - MrMojoRising26 24 - Spokanistan51 (23) 25 - mortare (27) 26 - PreciousMetapsICT (9) 27 - Hookzup1 (19 or 21) 28 - Xprim777 29 - heisty (15) 30 - Eclipse33 31 - geophphreigh (14) 32 - tread93 (25) 33 - ChiBitCTy (20) 34 - bigtimespaghetti (13) 35 - Steeley 36 - dozerz 37 - seek3r ( 6 or 22) 38 - Dernoste 39 - AT101ET 40 - Cryptovet7

Would be cool to have a pool of load amount (lets say 0.04 Btc like last time) and a Raffle chooses the winning coins (maybe 5 to 10). In best Yogg Tradition. Some come loaded, some stay empty forever🤪

Was chatting with Mopar last night and came up with a few ideas....
Not sure how legit they are but wanted to keep the "scam" theme going
This time we load each coin with 0.001 btc as was the "load" per coin last time
We keep a set of keys to pull off the "scam" which would translate that at the first day of each week, one coins balance would be swept to the winning coin.
So it would translate to a progressive and if people are tempted to see if they have the rolling balance versus just the 0.001 btc
I know this contradicts the "no saving keys" thing...but would definitely be fun
39 weeks worth of saving said keys unless people start to peel.. if winning coin is peeled early, no more funds would get loaded to it
Use blocks to decide whose coin gets swept
Last man standing gets the pot?
And if anyone peels and sweeps - they cant win in the end
Would there another way to do this? Any other ideas for the scam?

The hard part is you cant send to the winning coin until the end I think - after the first sweep, everyone could check to see if they got swept funds, if they did not they could sweep as they now know they are not the winner. So maybe every time - sweep funds to an “skam” account and whoever ends up being last one holding a balance, they win. If anyone peels/sweeps their own coin prior to the end would be out of the running then.
After reading yours again - I think we are saying the same thing @minerjones

Well... they wouldn't necessarily know since no one knows which address goes with which coin. So we would only know that one coin got swept, but not which one

No disrespect to your ideas...but I would prefer the way we did it the first time...one coin will have a large amount of Sats and the rest have a low amount...this way nobody know who has what and at least everyone will have some Sats in their coins. Again, I respect your ideas and I am for whatever Frank or the majority decide...but these are my two Sats on it as I want one of these coins to remind me of what this mother fucka did to me and others.

So we would only know that one coin got swept, but not which one I respect your ideas fellas....but will that mean that my coin could end up with no funds? No disrespect to your ideas...but I would prefer the way we did it the first time...one coin will have a large amount of Sats and the rest have a low amount...this way nobody know who has what and at least everyone will have some Sats in their coins. Again, I respect your ideas and I am for whatever Frank or the majority decide...but these are my two Sats on it as I want one of these coins to remind me of what this mother fucka did to me and others. I think you’re mistaken if you think the SBF losing coins have any BTC on them. Only one coin has the BTC and the rest are rekt ALL the SBF coins have SATS one them ....just that one has more than other...none are REKT...or swept unless the owner decided to do that. Incorrect - only one SBF coin has any funds. The rest are empty When the fuck was that decided? I was not aware! It was stated in the official sales thread that everyone would fund with .001 and the winning(non-rekt) coin would have .04

When the fuck was that decided? I was not aware!
40 coins produced..... 1 winner and 39 REKT
Load per person will be 0.001BTC plus coin price & shipping
This will make the winning coin have a load of 0.04BTC
This was one of the ideas put forth in the original thread - other ideas were presented but this is what was decided and what was posted in the eventual sales thread. The second one is kinda the same concept except people will be able to sweep their own coin prior to it getting swept - this then however rules them out from winning the pot.

Not too happy about that at all...as these ideas really screw up the idea of hodling a physical Bitcoin. I was too eager to buy the coin without really reading what the decision was to be. Too bad....was looking forward to having a physical loaded Bitcoin and not having to peel and ruin it to find out what I have or in this case now peel to outrun whomever is sweeping the coins.

I can understand that - these though have not been so much about hodling a guranteed "loaded" item but more about the scammers and what they did. 1. FTX - took the funds but never really allocated it to the depositers in reality and instead put it all in his giant slush fund - pay for anything and everything account at Alameda. 2. Yogg - took the funds, loaded items then periodically swept random cards - leaving some intact in same cases these coins are following - somewhat - in those same steps. In the end, you can leave it intact - slabbed perhaps and potentially you could be the recepient of the funding.

Frankly I dont think we will ever know who has the coin. with 39 coins with 0 BTC. there really is no incentive to peal your coin. The value of this coin lies in the story and potential for the win. So when no one peels we all win.

Everyone has .04 basically unless winner redeems. I was good with the way the last one went down. Maybe something different this time but I don’t like there being an incentive to peel.

Agree with Dane and Yoda, don’t mind if it was the same as the 1st coin… having no incentive to peel, the story and the potential for the win create the value for each of the coins produced. Imagine holding 1 of these 40 coins and seeing one go up for auction… as far as I’m concerned we all have 0.04 BTC on our coins!

Confirming interest in this, ideally with matching serial to the ftx coin.
two things: 1. How about this time go with the route Krogoth, 2stout and others opted for in the ftx thread? Rect coins still with a tiny amount of funds, so buyers do actually hold a true loaded Bitcoin collectible?
2. I’ll repeat my concern regarding the fact this is giving a scammer extra immortality by a dedictaed collectible coin. Personally I am fine with it because of the trade-off which is something good and unique coming out of the scam. But would be interested on other collector’s input on this.

I disagree.
The 39 rekt and 1 winner is ideal to represent what these scammers did.
everyone got rekt except the 1 who did not.
these coins should follow that same path.
and to your point @pinky1234
to change from 40 to 21 would then rule out almost half of those who bought the first from being able to have the second.
I think we should stick with 40, and those that bought the first should have rights to get the second - if they give up their number then that should allow someone else to be able to get it.

I agree that there should be at least 40 coins and these should be in line with Frank's interest, which is this time that all coins contain some Sats. I outlined previously how this could be done along with the "scam"/"rekt". I wouldn't be opposed to a higher mintage based off of interest, plus it would make the amount on the "winning" coin higher.

yes all coins start off with sats and then one by one they are swept until only one is left and that one is the winner. then as the weeks go by we would know who peeled and swept their own coins as there would be nothing to take if their number came up.

I would hope there will be other coins down the line as there were plenty other coin makers that have fucked good people as well. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3315347.0 Cheers and and thanks again for taking this task Frank

the point of these coins has been lost if the idea is that all coins be loaded and remain loaded.
the theme is "REKT"
the winner is in fact the "scammer" if you think about it.
SBF took everyones money.
what was coin one? everyone lost their funding except the winner - "SBF".
yogg randomly swept cards removing balances - some were able to beat him to it.
what is coin two? coins will be randomly swept - if you are lucky you can be the winner - "Yogg". if you are fast enough you can save your funds.
the coins - the process to funding/not funding/sweeping etc is to follow the theme of the conmen who the coins are modeled after.
Now that all said and done.
A 3rd coin modeled after Titan and their 2FA shenanigans - if we were to do that, I would say all the coins should be funded at (what is the amount he gave? 42%?) the same percentage Tim is paying out - with one coin getting the rest - the winner would be "Tim"

The idea of lucky & fast enough to save your funds wouldn’t be fair bc someone in Europe for example may be waiting an extra week to receive their coin.

Wow this thread is getting interesting. I like the first coin system. As far as the other one. It's a cool idea. I'm not against it. I think these coins shold be fun, not a buy and hodl it's a raffle/game. Let's have some fun with it. The coins can be rebuilt later. I'm sure the holos can be provided if needed. I just feel we are getting away from the whole point of these coins if we just buy and hold and no one peels. I understand the idea of if no one does we can think they are all loaded with 04 but that wasn't the point. The point was to have fun with it. Not saying I don't agree with the part of if we all hold it. But just saying this was started as a fun way to play with the scams that we all felt in some type of way and now it's getting away from that.

Just my opinion and no disrespect. I think rebuilding a coin destroys it. Its like doing touch up painting on the mona lisa, or cleaning an old coin, or refinishing antique furniture. 10 years from now this coin will be legend.

Not a long hodl. So I feel the same but these should be fun. Not like everything else. Edit. I respect that but I will add. Not everything is meant to be 10 years later. I think we can have some fun.

the coins - the process to funding/not funding/sweeping etc is to follow the theme of the conmen who the coins are modeled after.
Regarding your fast & lucky idea with the yogg coins, maybe there is a way to use the timelock function to at a certain blockheight automatically transfer yogged coins' balances to the one winner (yogg) coin? And in regards of SBF, yes he may have taken everyone's money but not everything of everyone’s money. Meaning people will receive back a (tiny) amount of their funds when the remaining crypto is shared with the accounts affected by the scam (with the help of an official liquidator). Which would have been perfectly reflected by a low load for rekt coins. Anyway, I am in favor of creating a nice collectible instead of trying to stick to close to reality (which wasn’t the case anyway for the FTX coin as explained above) and therefore for all coins to have a tiny bit of load.

the point of these coins has been lost if the idea is that all coins be loaded and remain loaded.
the theme is "REKT"
the winner is in fact the "scammer" if you think about it.
SBF took everyones money.
what was coin one? everyone lost their funding except the winner - "SBF".
yogg randomly swept cards removing balances - some were able to beat him to it.

We all know how well that is going. Right now though many have lost everything and got nothing back. as for the timelocked - the issue I see is that everyone would be able to view the txn and see where the "sending" funds are coming from ie their wallets and then they simply empty the wallet (which is what yogg did with the timelocks he made) I get that everyone has their preferences and all that and most would have the preference to keep their sats - totally agreed with and understood. these are just a bit different from the normal is all.

Thanks for all your interesting ideas... It must be fun... I will do 40 coins at least. If we have less than 40 interested people, I or mj will keep the coins in a vault... or auction them later. A generous forum member offers us these nice holo for the "Scam Coin" serie 2.

Haha, can't agree more with your statements - scamming the scam, ouhh yeahhh. And indeed very suprised to see these surfacing. Quality holograms usually have certain security features that makers will try to protect at all costs.

hi, Thank you all. We will start production next week. There's one coin left, so we'll stay at 40 coins. (like the Scam Coin 1) I'll work on the design and take your comments into account. - cut out for the holo square - YOGG'ed - coming soon...

Karpeles, SBF, Machinsky, Yogg? Maybe Titan coins, Tim.
