A global crisis began after Covid 19 and this crisis still continues its effects. After something ends, a new crisis occurs, such as a war or a refugee crisis, while some balances are disrupted and inflation is fueled in the world. Housing and food prices are currently on the rise all over the world, there is too much demand and the supply does not meet the demand. You need to stay away from stress. First of all, it will be healthy for you to stay calm, make a plan for yourself and continue believing in that plan. Everyone is experiencing these financial problems right now, and they are very serious. If you can meet your shelter and food needs, of course you will need time to find a clean method. Just use your time wisely.
From those sample of global crisis you've mentioned, I have observed that most people really do panic as they rush into the supermarket buying everything they could store for them to be safe at home. And also I observed that people who doing business took advantage of that situation by increasing the market's price, cause they know if you panic, you buy anything. That's actually stressful for the consumer as they need to buy their essential needs without having a job especially in the pandemic days. I dealt these kind of situation early before people and the market started to change, like the Covid-19 starting from two digits, I already started saving money as well resources.
This is also what I have been doing since the pandemic, I have to be smart about managing my finances and have to be smart about saving because at the same time all basic commodities are increasing due to panic among all groups. Since I was laid off due to the Covid-19 lockdown, I have had to sell valuable items that can be sold at home for family needs. I also don't get help from the government, maybe I'm considered a well-off person, because I previously worked.

Even though everyone is feeling the impact of the lockdown. Everywhere looking for work. Everywhere I looked for a loan, no one received it. Meanwhile, my family has many dependents. If I just wait for mercy from my neighbors, it might be impossible. Because in my village there are economic problems for both. We are not elite people, we are not rich people who have lots of savings. We are just small people who want to survive amidst the Covid outbreak. We are the small community that really and most feels the lockdown in my country. When all the elites and rich people stay at home and eat well, maybe they won't remember us, the little people who now don't have jobs, only feel hungry and burdened by their families. Sorry I vented a little, but all the problems are in the past and there are lessons to be learned. So it is important to save and invest because this way we can overcome financial stress. When a disaster like Covid 19 occurs, we don't need to panic and are of course ready to face it.

How about your primary source of livelihood? Doesn't every region have its own primary occupations to ensure survival? It seems you've been grappling with prolonged electricity issues in your area, and of course, you can't earn income from the internet without power.

I'm confident that everyone in remote areas has some form of income source, perhaps through farming. However, given the challenges you've described, it seems your location is severely underserved by decent public services. I would personally prefer relocating to a better place, even if it means renting a residence.

At the very least, we could have access to well-maintained public facilities and continue to generate a decent income from various sources we can pursue.
Changing your place of residence could help you take a step forward, but fears prevent many people from doing so. People are able to adapt to any living conditions, but we should not let our fears stop us. I know people who doubted for a very long time whether they should change their place of residence, but when they decided to take this step, their lives changed very quickly for the better and they did not understand why they did not do it for so long.

In an environment where the standard of living is very low, it is difficult to realize your potential, but in order to try to change something you need to be brave, and this will entail even more stress at the initial stage, but if you don’t try to change something, then life will pass very quickly and nothing will change on its own.

no need to be too stressed about it. just prepare well. for example if we want to deal with inflation. we just have to really manage our money well. The main thing is that we have to really hold back expenses unless it is really necessary. if we need it according to our prestige. of course economic pressure will continue to haunt us. not to mention the endless inflation we will continue to feel every year.
That's right, friends, we have to prepare everything about our finances carefully, especially since every year inflation will continue to occur, don't let our lives look too luxurious or prestigious among the local community. Live simply as you are because what determines our life is ourselves, whether we have enough money or not, other people will never help if we have problems with our finances.Prepare yourself in any difficult situation. Most successful people out there have experienced or started the same way as us. What they do is be disciplined, do small things consistently, turn the pressure into a challenge, and only they can postpone pleasure to enjoy it at the right time one day.

The COVID19 inception was a very devastating blow to the world as a whole. Many people were taken unawares of the situation and it caused many their jobs, businesses packed up, increase in price of commodities all round. The situation till this moment is terrible. The third world countries are at the end of it all as non of their government could do anything about it. The world is facing a terrible economic inflation which has affected virtually every aspect of the market.

In my country here it is a terrible situation. The economy is something else and price of commodities here is x5 of the initial price. The price of petroleum products is on the high side.  Currency devalued and on a free fall making it very difficult eOne to meet up. Yet government is yet to attend to civil servants working  for them on increasing their salaries.

The cost of accommodation too is very high that getting a house here will take ones effort and just as OP has said that is how it is over here. It is very frustrating and worrisome that things got to this point which would be very difficult for one to comprehend. So what one needs to do at this point in time is to plan, budget and spend moderately to avoid unnecessary waste of resources. With these measures, one can be able to cushion the effect of the economic inflation  and financial stress encountered as a result of the cost of daily living.

Wow, I've been busy the past few days and the replies keep on coming, so much that I can't keep up replying!
you are networking here = smart.
you have a signature campaign = smart
talk things out with your partner maybe they have a connection or friends or something.

things on your side 25 is very good.

At 25 you got time so go out and plug away as best you can . Hodl your crypto.
Yeah, I guess you're right, it's still too early to be that stressed while things haven't worked out too bad to far. This forum has been exceptionally helpful.
You're not alone buddy, same thing is happening all over the world. Here in Africa, poverty is increasing everyday and the cost of things are also increasing. We're suffering more because we don't produce most things we use in my country and the cost of importation has made everything to be expensive. We're a oil producing nation yet we don't refine it but sell it to the westerner and getting back refined fuel that we buy costly. The financial stress happening in my country is the reason you see many of us relocating outside so we can escape the hell we're experiencing in Nigeria. My people are migrating to do minor jobs overseas and that's how they're dealing with their financial stress but I don't buy into the idea of traveling outside to look for greener pastures, I believe the grass can be green where ever you're residing but you just have to water it. The water here can be anything that gives you an advantage to receiving more income like learning a new skill.
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such hardships. Unfortunately, my country Greece isn't also a mass producer but at least most supermarkets still have country-grown produce, with a few exceptions of course. Unfortunately, Africa always used to be manipulated by so-called developed western nations for their natural resources; it's a shame that African countries are so rich in resources such as gold, oil, diamonds, but are been exploited by other nations.
Your observations are correct because COVID-19 did reset everything, many companies haven't been able to recover since then and those that have recovered are having to cut cost by firing their staff and increasing the rate of unemployment and also adding to people financial's problem. The way I handle financial stress is to acquire new digital skills so I can work from home as my expenses increase. Bitcointalk is also contributing to my finances as it helps to handle some little bills that would had been taken from my earnings and now I can use those for more serious financial problem or investment. Investing in Bitcoin is another way I have been able to tackle my financial problems and I'm not just writing this because it sounds right but profits made from investing in Bitcoin has helped me alot. You can try investing in bitcoin to ease your financial stress with the profits you make.
Bitcointalk is currently my only source of income, so I can relate to what you're feeling. Any money I earn through signature campaigns stays in Bitcoin for long-term investment purposes. Financially, COVID-19 was a great period for me because fuel became much cheaper, I wasn't going out so much, nor did I suffer any decrease in my income. This slowdown in the economy, however, is to blame for what's currently happening, along with the inability of governments to control inflation and excessive profit margins for large corporations.
This is my current situation. Somedays I wake up feeling optimistic other days, I wake up feeling depressed. As I write this now, this is one of those days where I ask myself what am I here for? Why are things so hard? I feel like giving up but what happens after I give up? I have no other option than to keep on moving.

Financially, I am in a terrible position. Barely managing to survive. I have given up on paid employment and I find my comfort in the cryptocurrency, doing some side gigs and living below my means. I have basically have to cut off from friends who always want to hang out because I can't afford it. Whatever it is though someday, everything is going to be okay.
I understand the feeling; some days I wake up fine, some others terrible, with a depressive mood; it feels completely bipolar. It's understandable to feel that way. I often have similar thoughts to yours; as an overthinker, I can relate, but they don't lead anywhere. Most of our lives depend on survival, and unfortunately, not everyone manages to exit this vicious cycle. Cryptocurrencies are providing me with some comfort, but unfortunately, it's not enough.
~Snipped~
I'm really sorry to hear that you had to go through all that. 2017 was a great year for cryptocurrencies, in which I also managed to make some money from scratch. Unfortunately, it didn't last long, and the 2018 plummet made me quit the forum and my coins for at least two or three years. Stay strong. I've never experienced something like you described, but it sounds extremely tough.

I feel devastated by what happened to my family three years ago, but I have my own reasons and ways to avoid this financial problem. Living frugally by continuing to limit the needs we need every day and continuing to try to restrain ourselves from buying what we want, which is just for fun. When Covid 19 hit, there were no other words other than gratitude because I was able to get through these difficult times and to meet my family's needs at that time, I tried to run a small business by selling on the side of the road, the profit from this business was not much.

Since the pandemic started, I am very anxious with my current salary. The inflation after the pandemic really hit us so hard , the prices went so high now some basic goods has a higher price than usual . Even onions and rice increase a lot , I don't know how can I budget my salary because goods and necessities are getting high but our salary remains so low .

The budget for our basic necessities that is enough for a week could only be spent enough for a day. The inflation really hit us so hard after the pandemic crisis and to be honest, it's stressing most of us. The only thing that we can do is to grind and work harder to earn more. If we only have a single job that isn't enough to sustain a living better look for more opportunities to earn and survive. Life is a survival battle these days and being contented will only make us suffer in poverty.

thats more likely true, the thing with commodity after pandemic or even in the middle of pandemic is that, its keeps getting inflated in terms of value, these commodities always rising when there's pandemic when quite literally everyone trying to hoard something like foods, etc but even after pandemic and people not hoarding it didn't go down again because those seller knows people need it for daily basis.
as a result everything is also increasing, right now our buying power has been lessened greatly, if we don't take two jobs, its more likely that we gonna starve, really tough times these days.
the only way is to work harder while we already working hard, doesn't make sense even a little bit, but thats just how it is.

Many people around the world have the current situation. Nowadays, having a single job is not enough to support your neeeds and your family. What we must do is to find another source of income to at least be able to keep up to the inflation. Aside from that, budgeting is really needed, you must avoid everything that will make you lose your budget like eating on fastfood and buying unnecessary things.

If ever you can start a small business, that would be the best way since you can be the boss of your own business. Just plan everything and have a tight budgeting for now until we can keep up to the inflation.

That's right, there must be additional income. If we are physically strong there is no problem (we can work in jobs that are man power in nature) but if we are physically weak, at least sell and have a small business that sells daily necessities, for example selling cigarettes, fuel for motorbikes and daily household needs. day. The results are indeed small, but if we have a family, I think it can cover daily costs, for example, buying fish and shopping for daily necessities at home, at least it can be covered.

When we have a family, of course we bear great responsibilities in our lives. So sometimes we have to push ourselves to work harder and reduce our rest time to earn more income.

Currently is the digital era. So we must try to utilize digitalization into an opportunity that can make us money. Whether it's becoming a content creator like a vlogger and the like. So even though we are not physically as strong as other people. But we can still try to produce in this way.

But the results are not instant and require a long process. We can work as usual. Whether it's selling snacks or other things that can generate profits. And when we have free time, we take the time to look for opportunities on the internet. I also do that. I also look for opportunities on the internet.

Increasingly, we are faced with the difficulties of life that ultimately require us to rack our brains and also work harder. The income we get from our regular jobs is sometimes not enough, especially if those who already have a family and when we are men then we are the head of the family and must be responsible.
Having additional income is one solution to overcome it all. I think in this day and age we are required to be creative in building businesses to then become our additional income. Even in trading, competition is now tighter, so we must be creative. But the advantage may be that we can build a business by opening an online store or something similar because now is the age where consumers shop more at online stores.

no need to be too stressed about it. just prepare well. for example if we want to deal with inflation. we just have to really manage our money well.

Ostentation is a trap where it is quite easy to fall but very difficult to escape from, because when you create expectations in other people they will punish you when you stop meeting them.

The problem with inflation is that your savings become worthless as time goes by, but the alternative of spending too much money because of that is not any better (well, at least you enjoyed the moment, but we all need some peace of mind for the future too). So, the right strategy right now is to invest, which adds a new problem to the equation: very few people have the financial education to do it well, and even for those who know there is almost always some degree of risk.

The point is that there is always a way out for everyone who wants to work without having to rely on their physical body by becoming a construction worker or unskilled laborer in certain warehouses. Because selling in the market or on the side of the road can also be a good choice to meet our daily needs and keep us away from stress or greater difficulties. Now there is almost no reason to complain and be lazy because everyone has more solutions in terms of work so that everyone can choose for themselves which job is more suitable for them and which suits our respective skills.

A side job or hustle shouldn't be affecting your mental and physical health, cause to be honest, I think it also add to thinking that "oh I still have an extra job to attend" which can lead to overthinking and affects physical health like fatigue. Having an extra option for money sources is actually good as long as it doesn't affect your health and time, cause it might sound good to have extra funds but we all know that you know to yourself that forcing something will never be good. Just find extra paying jobs or hustle that ain't heavy, like crypto.

~Update~

I've been busy the past two days, but it was for a good cause. We've finally found an apartment to rent in a pleasant condition and in a decent area with its own parking space, solar heated water, two bedrooms, and generally a comfortable place to call home. On the negative side now, it's a little over our budget, but I'm hoping to find a satisfying-paying job soon enough.

A side job or hustle shouldn't be affecting your mental and physical health, cause to be honest, I think it also add to thinking that "oh I still have an extra job to attend" which can lead to overthinking and affects physical health like fatigue. Well,  your hustle or side-income responsibilities may sometimes look like a burden, especially if you're tired and stressed. You may not feel bothered to put the necessary effort to fullfil what needs to be done. There are times that I'm not even in the mood to browse the internet, let alone read and reply to posts about complex subjects, such as price speculation, trading etc. I'm not implying that signature campaigns may feel like a burden, but once in a while, you may not be in the mood for anything.

Even the lowest-paying campaign on the forum (due to rank restrictions), for a full member, for instance, will yield an approximate $30 to $40 per week, which is about $120 to $160 per month. Depending on your country, it might be an insignificant amount of money, but it's still a decent boost to your yearly income. Without mentioning higher ranks that can yield up to $800 per month, but that's a different story.

It is good to know that you have found a nice settlement, you can work ou on the budget since I believe you are a capable person and will be able to find a good addition to your source of income.

The side hustle can only affect us neagtiveif we force ourselves to do the job despite we hate it.  But if we are fond of the things we do in our sid jobs, we will never be affected negatively, we might get tired but we fill accomplished.  If one is having problem with their side job, I believe he must look for another source of income and resign from the side job that is giving him discomfort and negative effect.

No matter how small of an extra income it can give us, at the end of the day it will still count. Having a side hustle or part time job outside of our main source of income (may it be work, business, or investment) will always be a good thing no matter how small of an amount it can bring.

$120 to $160 per week is almost a 1 month salary for an underpaid employee in my country.  And these underpaid system is very rampant in a developing country.
