I think even one game that's very appealing to an individual may pose a threat to gambling addiction if not controlled. It's not because you're into lot of games that's already addiction, I even know people that only knows 1-2 gambling and yet they are addicted to it. There are lot of reasons why people goes to gambling but I think number one reason is to profit from it which is ideally wrong considering its risk involve is high.

It's always that one game for every gambler out there where you can easily get hook on and addicted. I personally played multiple casino games and even sports betting but I never get addicted to most of it except one which is Dice. It's not about the number of games you play on but rather on how one can control oneself on their bets. Naturally, chasing profits is one of the recipe for gambling addiction but with the right discipline you can aim for profits but not be greedy to it.

For me that's where addiction really comes from and not by playing on different games. I play lot of games but sports betting to me this time is what I focus on but I know myself that I'll get not addicted to it as long as I control what I can bet or afford to lose. I absolutely agree with the statement that moderation is one of the methods that can be taken to avoid addiction, they must really be able to see what actions they should take to minimize the amount of loss and not end up with addiction. Of course when they get more than one win for example then it is very likely that greed will appear, basically those who are already addicted will never feel enough with the results they have got, they always assume that "there are bigger chances so I have to increase the amount of bets", are you really sure and what convinces you? You are too sure of the obvious expectations - obviously it's just your feelings. it is real greed and they will not stop until maybe all the money they have won back is used up at the same time.

That's true because with moderation, we can prevent placing bets continuously and will stay within the budget limit that we have set. We will remember that we cannot win continuously in gambling but will experience losses too. There are various types of games in online gambling and it is impossible for you not to have the intention to try other games, but you must avoid gambling with capital that exceeds your limit.  i also often experience winning in other games when i lose in one type of game, so i don't find that playing many games in gambling is a mistake.

The biggest reason I think one should not set several bets at the same time or gamble on several machines at the same time, it is because it makes it easier to lose track on one's losses and wins. I don't think that's a bad practice since what if the said bettor knows all those sports in different matches?  If they spend more time and money on gambling is none of our business anymore. What if they are having a good run with that kind of habit? What if placing bets on different sports is effective to them?

For some reasons, I’ll like to think that there are those that feels otherwise (for the record, I don’t practice gambling on several sports; except the accumulation bet counts as several sports which i think would be a misconception).

I have gone through few reasons why people diversify in investment and one of those was based on having failures in one investment been compensated for by the profits from other investments.
Now, that’s the idea that follows multi sports gambling for others. You can’t have this in an accumulator bet as, a wrong prediction in one game flaws the whole bet except, where options for a compromise was given.

Also, multi sport gambling could as well confine you to a sport you’re well knowledgeable of after several testing on it. But,

Placing bets on only one sport will make it easier for us to choose which team we will place a bet on and will be more likely to win the bet. In my opinion, choosing not to bet a lot on many things can prevent us from becoming addicted to gambling. It would be much better if we were addicted to gambling so that we had financial problems.

You can first take several leagues and do some kind of test period, let it be a test period for minimum bets, just to understand which leagues are more comfortable for you to make predictions, and after that you can leave a few, maybe two or one championship in which you will play. This is a good strategy, I also came to this a long time ago. I can also sometimes practice new strategies that I come up with at other championships, but this can even be practice without real bets, the most important thing is to check how successful it can be and where I make mistakes.

I wont say one of them is greedier than the other one because I have no idea the real situation of both sides, as it can be part of their own strategy while gambling.
I will say one of them is greedy if I know them personally, if I know how she/he deal with his gambling activity.

I believe you are talking about parlay/multi bets, nothing wrong with it and it has nothing to do with greed, again it is a strategy to play.
Those who have small bankroll like me do like to play multi bets to get higher possible multiplier but we are ready with the consequence before placing the bets.

While you are correct on your assessment when it comes to trading, as I have always thought that having too many coins in your portfolio will make very difficult to keep track of all of them, but when it comes to gambling I do not agree, as the main purpose of gambling is to relax yourself and to obtain some fun, this is like going to the amusement park and instead of getting a ride in the many different games you just choose to ride one during your whole stay there, and to me that is a waste as you are forcefully limiting yourself for no reason at all.
