Hi, I signed up at Punt.com casino tonight. I deposited 2k USDt of which I won ~10k USDt by playing No Limit City games.

And then first problems started..

I tried to withdraw money, their system does not allow it and throws an error. I write to support - they take time, but still after 30-40 minutes I successful withdraw money

Within two hours, I deposited again (since I managed to withdraw 10k USDt, I thought everything would be fine)

deposit 2k usdt = lost

another deposit 1.5k usdt = lost

last deposit 1k usdt = won MAX win on No Limity City game "The Crypt" and balance goes up to 65k usdt

I'm trying to cash out my winnings and it's an error again.

I write to support, support asks to confirm KYC (although after winning 10k they did not ask)

I would send my ID, selfie and bank statement - support asks to wait until it is confirmed by the game provider. - I am waiting, during that time I managed to withdraw 5k USD

And now in the morning I receive a letter from PUNT.com that I am from a blocked country and will not receive my winnings.

I just remind you that all crypto casinos have same license (500.casino, bc.game, etc.) and in the mentioned casinos my KYC has been approved and I have received payouts of $100-400k.

Be carefull. PUNT.COM is a scam!

Regarding the region restrictions, 500 clearly defines them in their Terms of Service so if the game or site is blocked in your region, you should be unable to access it.

that's weird, why would they confirm a withdrawal you requested when they are verifying your KYC? As far as I know, when a casino asks a gambler to perform a KYC, they restrict the gambler's withdrawal until the Verification is finished.

I asked representatives of 500.casino to join discussion, as they have an identical license, have paid me over $400k in winnings, and operate one of the most popular crypto casinos. Their opinion is important to me and I think to others. Because you, as representatives of an identical business, can comment on their refusal to pay out my winnings and its legitimacy more objectively.

And one more thing: why did they allow me to register, deposit 2k usdt, withdraw 10k usdt, then deposit another ~4.5k usdt (in several transfers, not at the same time) and after winning 65k usdt refuse to pay out winnings.

It's unfair.

As per punt's terms he is indeed from the restricted juridictons (Lithuanian), so it is not from the game provider but from the general terms of the casino.
Surprisingly, he was able to deposit and withdraw some money before the bigger wins.
It must be something unfair for the player, but on the other side the casino also has a valid argument due to their written terms.
Hope to see there will be a win-win solution for this issue because I think both parties make mistake.
Player's mistake is because he is coming from the restricted juridiction while the casino's mistake is by letting player from the restricted juridiction to deposit, play and withdraw.

From the TOS, only NetEnt Casino Games are unavailable to Lithuanian users, so they are still able to enjoy the other games on 500. No such restriction applies to No Limits City as well.

this issue could have been avoided from the very start, this is why it is extremely important for the gambler to read the gambling site's ToS first and probably ask the support questions before registering or depositing on the gambling site.

Since how long you are living in Poland? Don't you have residency permit there? Based on the terms, the person who 'located in or reside in' Lithuania aren't allowed to play at Punt.com. The terms aren't applied to the citizens of Lithuania. So, there should be an option for you if you are living in Poland for a long time with the residency permit.

It is very obvious from my discussions with other Casino owners that OP has a rogue employee working for these smaller slot providers. Every site that is a victim of his scam is aware of what is happening but feel pressured to pay him out due to the threat of reputational damage.

I would recommend casino's to seriously reconsider the providers they allow on their platforms. I never see these issues with premium providers such as Pragmatic. This is a dirty secret that nobody in the casino world wants to talk about, and unfortunately it is happening a lot more than one imagine.

This is a serious allegation and they have the information to properly counter your allegation. They didn't block you first and you were able to withdraw your winning funds without any hassle. But now when you got a big win they did maximum research to prevent your withdrawal and they got their expected proof about your citizenship.

Because it definitely begs the question, your country is banned in this casino so why did they let you play in the first place, didn't they track your location then? Or because of your huge winnings, you have to face this problem in this casino?
