The campaign have a rule to forbid cheating.

Both of them deleted their posts in this thread, fortunately their post are recorded by scrapers.

It looks like he has another account; the wallet address on the forum appeared earlier than Dessy88. True, the post itself looks very dubious; it is unclear in what condition the user applied for participation.

No shohag is not alt of Dessy88. Actually he want to copy someone report but mistakenly copied whole thread page which can easily judge by his post as he posted many users weekly report data in own post.

Both user mentioned by Little Mouse applied for Pepemo bounty manage by Julerz which is very strict to alts . I don't why Ninjastic space not showing any results for this address where as Its available in Bitcointalk yet.

Did you take a good look at the dates of the posts? A month difference, does that tell you anything?

Below image clearly show that All this is just copy mistake. He copied even merit, report to moderator, bounty title. he copied more than 7 users data

Apart from the same BTC address used by both of them, of course there is other evidence that can be stated that they are both Alt, it can be seen from the reciprocal transactions they use using the Bep-20 address.

For example: other visible evidence.

I have no doubt they are both the same Alt/person, @Little Mouse, since you are a manager, I think if they are trying to cheat in the campaign you manage, it seems worth making a reference.

Now you have some more evidence that both accounts are handled by the same person. They used the same address, and they have a blockchain connection too. They cheated on some campaigns too. I saw the signature campaign spreadsheet where you asked the user to improve his post quality. I guess now it's time to change your mind and promote him 

Blockchain transaction alone cannot prove that account is handled by same person. But when they applied with the same BTC address, it cannot be just a transaction anymore.

Additionally, this account seems to have changed hands between Dec 2017 and Apr 2018. The posting style of its owner went from educated crypto investor to total shitposter. They managed to last quite a while before being found out.

Yeah.  Cryptsy is the problem, not SILK. There is an interesting theory on reddit that suggests that Vern lost a lot of BTC and is trying to get it back by creating arb situations with alts (that's why the prices are a bit different/higher over there).  

Pretty much, I would avoid trading there unless you want difficulty withdrawing.  Limiting withdrawals allows them to retain the illusion of liquidity while they try to make it back.

The same address used in participating in a campaign already showed the prove and there is nothing to stress much about it, from the evidence provided by some few users he has been in found of using both accounts to participate in a same campaign which all the campaign prohibited that action.

I am also gonna leave my feedback on that account and from my judgement redtag is what those accounts deserves. Nevertheless, from few post I have came across here said having Alt is not prohibited but using them to cheat in a particular campaign is highly prohibited or if one account is ban then the rest are not permitted to operate.
