You should contact their representative here. I believe your complaint would be looked into. It is good you noticed it and raised a complaint immediately because I other members begin to experience such then stake would have to explain themselves better

Yes it's true as we can see that it may be difficult to get a serious response from Stake representatives in this forum, the only way is to contact their support team so if the problem looks serious it will usually be transferred to the support team who might be able to explain the problem and this case, I think there are errors that perhaps we can't blame for coming from the site or from errors in the browser he's using or something like that.

I don't really think that this issue needs to be addressed by Stake support anymore as based from my understanding on the situation, it looks like a visual glitch and nothing more. This doesn't only happen to Stake games but on multiple platforms as well especially when there's an automatic betting going on and you leave you browser. A simple refreshing the website or verifying last bets will provide proofs.

But yeah, Stake do have a pretty good and responsive support team if you have questions and issues on your account.

If you are so sure that it was your balance then, the display isn't a glitch. But if you're aware that you had never that amount then you're aware that it is most likely a glitch and so you posted it here.

And for that reason why you posted here is because you're not able to bet anymore and you ran out of funds. Since you've said that you're busy and doing some other things, you haven't monitored it and the best thing to do is to check out the history of your bets.

Because if you legitimately played plinko and you just lost all of it then that's a case close that you can't bet anymore and that's just a display but in actual, you have no more funds left. Refreshing the browser as suggested could load the actual balance before contacting the support.

I am quite sure this visual glitch is a well known issue, I believe that most Stake active players experienced the same thing including myself and I also believe that Stake know about it already since long time ago because it is not a new case.

It has nothing to do with reputation, it is normal to see complaints from players, no casinos can avoid complaints from their own customers.
This complaint is valid, as I said above that it is a well known issue and if you ask this to stake players, I believe they experienced the same thing as OP.

You should definitely contact their customer support service and open a ticket for this. I have heard that lately, Stake has been experiencing glitches which may have affected your total balance in the process. For a quick resolve, provide screenshots for the foregoing in order to substantiate everything with proof.

The thing is, Stake is a reputable and well-established online gambling platform. Any conflict arising from glitches or problems will be dealt successfully and quickly in order to maintain their reputation across the internet.

It has nothing to do with reputation, it is normal to see complaints from players, no casinos can avoid complaints from their own customers.
This complaint is valid, as I said above that it is a well known issue and if you ask this to stake players, I believe they experienced the same thing as OP.
 

We know that some players or users that made out a post on this forum do only make a single post then totally not coming back after they had made out such thread and this is why they wont really be coming back
specially if the issue had been resolved already which it do really make out that kind of impression that this is really just a typical scenario on which it could really happen anytime. So dont expect that people or users would really be making those responses and then afterwards they would be locking up their thread whic not all does have that kind of concern in online world.

Going back into the issue then its a visual glitch indeed and this isnt only limited on Stake but also in platforms as well on which visual glitches could happen.
As long it doesnt really affect out your balance which it didnt really that getting decreased or gets lessen then i dont really see any serious issues. I do agree with those earlier
replies that refreshing the browser page would really be a great help. If it does persist then they do have that common online support which i do know that
Stake is really that active or attentive support heads.

so, my balance was $1389. I do not play on auto. I play only 1 to 3 Plinko balls at a time.
I was at $1389.
well, someone came over and I was talking with them and put the phone down, but was occasionally hitting the bet button and was just glancing at my phone to make sure I was still over 4 digits for my balance (kinda bad eyesight)

and I WAS still over 4 digits as what it showed.

but it said I didn't have enough funds after a little bit. but it still showed $1389 balance.

yes, I contacted support and THEY CONFIRMED it was an ERROR ON THEIR SIDE.

Please clarify what’s your current balance display now? Do you ask the support about it because contacting will make this issue solve quickly since they can double check your total bet and compute your PnL to determine your updated balance.

If ever, Are you using Martingale strategy because there’s a chance that you consecutive losses while your next bet is already not sufficient for your balance to cover.

It will become a glitch if you don't play a large amount every time and notice that you cannot wage anymore, ideal if you check your bet history because there a running balance right there with your total balance and if you think there's something wrong ideal to contact their support immediately to take an action. Ideal OP if you provide the screenshot if your transaction like deposit and withdrawal the same as the game history so we can have an idea with this issue.

I didn’t follow completely your issue but do you already check your betting history because you might accidentally multiply bets when the system is on glotch to easily spot the questionable bet.

It is kind of a glitch, but has something to do with your internet connection.
For example, you have the site open, lose connection, then it reconnects and you place a casino bet. Let's say you have 100$ and bet 10, it deducts the 10 so it shows 90 but after 2 seconds it jumps back to 100. Even if you win your bet it will show 100, and if you lose it also does.
Only after reloading the page you will see the real time balance of 90 or 110.

Of course it's shitty this happened but it's also your fault. After losing many balls you should know that your balance could never be 1389$ .

Always be focussed when you place bets online or things like this might happen.

Did you contact stake support? Lately, I have been watching a lot of complains against stake, don't know wtf they are doing. It has been my favorite casino for the last few years.

Stake's IT team have a lot of work at their hands with all of this complaints and problems, hopefully it can be solved and the people that are having problems get some compensation if they're really affected in some way. Stake has been a household name here so it's surprising that this problem didn't arise when they were still a brand new name, that's just weird to me.

Oh well, it definitely is OP's fault if it has to do with the Internet connection, the reason that OP probably didn't consider that he's balance is glitching is because OP thinks that he found a loophole although he's not getting anything out of it because it's not moving in a positive or negative way.

Well, I saw Steve noticing the same thing with his balance during the streaming session ..yesterday. Mikey thought it was a massive spike in the token price, but it turned out that there were no sudden spike in the price.  

In any way.... just switch you balance to the tokens and not to the fiat currency value and see if your token are less. It might be a temporary token to Fiat conversion glitch... and it will sort it self.

Totally a visual glitch but it would really be that better that they should really be fixing it out so that there would really be having no instances on something like this. Yes, it isnt really that a major

Just like you have written, this might be a glitch in there system but when you try against later, everything will be in the right amount that you have as a balance. You don't have anything to bother about unless if they keep alerting you that you don't have enough balance after you have tried to bet again multiple times. This kind of glitch happens many times and it mostly reset with some seconds to the actual amount. You have nothing to fear about and what is important is that, the error was over when you tried again after a while. This is not serious matter for you to ponder about.

In such cases, as best solution, I am Just log off for the platform and then login again (why not reboot laptop).
Remove cookies and temporary data of the browser of needed (or why not just switching to another browser).
Depends on safety on your account (like 2fa...) pay attenzione the last notifications you received (likewise wothdrawal, strange bets and so on....)

This is a glitch with your browser, and a refresh instantly fixes it.

One of the reasons where you could have figured it out is because you say you started at 1389 and after placing bets your balance was also 1389, so balance didn't go up/down etc.  Considering you said you placed only a few bets, I'm assuming you have been placing quite large bets, to eat through 1389$ so fast, thus making it a bit weird that you didn't think anything about your balance not moving from 1389$.
