I can't see the content of the site, but it's obviously a scam. There's is only one official website that you should download from and it's this one: https://electrum.org/

Or the official app from the play store.

This is not the official Electrum site. Someone is most likely trying to trick you into downloading a fake wallet app.

Always download files or software from trusted sources and websites. If you are not sure which is the official source, ask on multiple online communities, such as this one. In addition, it is worth learning how to verify the PGP signature of downloaded software.

You should bookmark the official site, @OmegaStarScream has posted it here for you, but you should only trust yourself and look up the actual site link which is also present in the desktop app, assuming you have not installed it yet, follow it for now and always download the new version from the website and use the GPG signature to verify that the file is intact.
