I think that's impossible. Gambling should be a game that has been agreed upon. if you lose in gambling it will not be your money back. The problem is how can a 16 year old child be allowed to gamble? At that age, he shouldn't be able to gamble. doesn't this seem illegal? If public sympathy would carry the boy far I don't know but people could be looking at the plea for his school fees and I won't be surprised if someone comes out to pay for the school fees but definitely not the gambling company because if he had won, they would pay him and nobody would say he is underaged so don't pay him.

That will give the minor to justify his action since some people will come to rescue him, kids should know the penalties for their wrongdoing, wrongdoing should not have a happy ending, minors in the first place should not gamble especially using their parents' money, he should understand that the money come from his parents sweat.

I think just to be safe, maybe the child needs to be looked after in the future, although I'm not sure that the child will come back to recover his losses, it will be a trauma for him and at the same time make him aware that gambling has a big risk of losing money completely, so he won't be like that. Adults in general who often do this gamble all the time just to recover their losses but end up spending all the money they have.

Gambling addiction is a result of greed. The boy was very greedy here because he thought he would win a big sum of money by betting. But unfortunately the boy lost. Here my question is no matter how much the boy begs for his lost money back he will never get his lost money back. For a company that have long standing operational success and reputations,  they won't care about whatsoever social media pressure or campaign that the boy will pull that will get they attention since of obvious that the boy played and lost the bet so I don't see any reason why the casino should refund or even listen to the boy in any ways,  because the boy have violated the casino rules by all means since he know that the age limit on gambling before going ahead to gamble and lost.

So he should be able to handle whatever outcome the result of his action become and leave the casino out of it and I am also sure that from his complain the casino is going to discover his real age and ultimately block or can the account access.

Regardless if the casino is reputable or not, I don't think they will give in to the request of the boy. In the first place, it's the boy that break the rules and continue to bet and lose, so the casino is clearly not at fault and does not owe any explanation to the boy. If he loses his tuition fees, that is no longer the problem of the casino but only the boy itself.

So by now, something is not right with this casinos, although we can't say directly that they have been scamming people or it is just that this kid and the lady as well can't control their gambling and chooses this casinos to play and then they lost some money.

The boy's money will not be refunded because there rules and regulations that's governs the gambling industries. Moreover it's a careless mistake and a greedy decision for the boy to gamble with his school fees. Secondly on the company aspect they don't refund money that has already staked, it's also said to use your spare money to bet.
