If I lose in gambling all I have to do is just to move on, I don’t allow that to affect my gambling habit I mean I don’t use because I lose 300$ today in gambling I will have to use the little 50$ which I have and could have use for other things to gamble again to try luck if I can be able to win my money back, that will be my biggest mistake.

That's right, I agree with your statement, "easier said than done", that's what always happens. In the beginning they look like they are very firm in applying self-control, and talk like they will not be seduced by any temptation that is there, but what actually happens is? Well not uncommon and maybe almost most of them are just talking without doing it. The temptation in gambling is very difficult to resist, hence many of them seem to betray the initial agreement. If you keep losing, or lost something you cannot afford to lose, then the best practice will be to stop doing it totally and leave gambling and work. Nothing comes very quickly, and in the case of money, I have seen big gamblers losing their jackpot prizes to casinos just because they didn't stop doing it after winning a life changing amount.

It depends on how much one has lost. If one has lost beyond his capability then a straight answer would be to stop gambling right away until he covers his losses.
Covering losses should be done by earning more through side hustles and day jobs and not through gambling.
