It is normal to have both losses and gains in gambling but many times many gamblers have different reactions when they face big losses in gambling. A gambler must have the ability to control himself after gambling losses. If the gambler has repeatedly gambled in order to recover losses, then he is likely to incur more losses later on. soThe gambler must be stopped from gambling for a period of time and must have a plan for what steps to take next to control him from gambling. Op that is a very nice point, most of us have actually lost a lot in gambling and yet they are still fighting to recover their previous losses. Although it is not always easy to let go of your money just like that but for me i will suggest to gamblers to keep off from gambling for a while once they are losing money. most times the losses will help us to think and find another possible measures or tactics to use.

gambling is not a do or die affairs so when you lose money try so hard to apply some risk management measures to manage your emotions and also guide against unforeseen losses because the more you try to recover your previous losses the more you end up losing another huge amount and possibly making you to be more addicted.

You have already answered your question from coment. You should just stop and work normally by leaving Gambling at that moment. There is no point chasing after loses or even hoping to win so sudden because there is always an aggressiveness gambling when there is much lose. You should stop to panic and trying to make sure you recover your loses otherwise you will be left with nothing. Mot gamblers fails to understand this principle and it made them lose alot of funds and decided to call gambling a scam without knowing that gambling requires you to have emotional self control, deligent, tolerance to withstand the lose. and don't panic otherwise you lose more.

Interesting, I have to agree with what you said. in essence, defeat is unavoidable, especially in gambling, winning and losing is a cycle that repeats itself over and over again when we play it. or, you could say that in every gambling session we do there are two outcomes that will happen, yeah, especially if it's not a win or a loss. Gambling is like playing any kind of game, I mean games that don't always involve money. in fact, there will always be winners and many losers. This is the reality, and it's the same in gambling.

Nevertheless, I can tell you how people get to this state. I had a friend who worked in a hard, low-paying job. He was desperate and dreamed of finding a place with a good income.  The routine of poverty was eating him up. And he always believed that he was worthy of more, so he was engaged in Forex and then began to play poker and casinos. And literally from the third bet in the casino, he won $ 2,000!       -     It has been repeatedly mentioned here in the forum that when we lose or run out of gambling, it is very simple: we stop for that day and come back another day. That's it. Because you may be salty or just unlucky and unlucky. Because if we continue and bring in money as well, for sure the amount will only increase, and you will lose in the end.

In my experience, when comes to losses and gambling one of the most important parts is the cool down period after realizing one has lost money to the casino (or other gamblers, in the case of bets). The first instinct of any gambler (specially if we are talking about a novice gambler) when they see losses is to try to break even with the casino, and thrus they take more risks than necessary for the sake of breaking even. Some gamblers do not even call it chasing losses, some of them calle it "revenge gambling" or going after "revenge" against the casino.

In my opinion if you can't win by gambling then it is better to quit gambling. Actually gambling is played for fun. Gambling depends on technique and luck if you are lucky then you can win gambling and if you are not lucky you can not win. If you want to recover losses by gambling, you may lose more than recover. If you have enough money and ability to lose money then you can gamble for fun but never gamble for income.
