Yes, of course it good, but can it be easily done or determined by all gamblers, I would answer no because gambling addiction is problem that really cannot be solved easily and quickly.
If equate it with someone who is addicted to alcohol then it can indeed be said that they are both addicted, but on the other hand the algorithms for the two are very different.
When drunk is really drunk, they will lose consciousness and they will also feel dizzy or even sleep unconscious, making it impossible to continue again.
