Tokinomo interactive robots: the marketing robot, brands now use robot to advertise their products. The purpose of this tokinomo robot is to communicate with customers, informing customers about the product, instead of the competitor doing the talking just let tokinimo do the talking.

Letting a bot do your work is the biggest mistake you can fall for.
These bots do not answer, they hardly understand a question. And chat in websites is greatly exaggerated. Hardly anyone goes for that.  AI does not make it more attractive more the contrary. Where I encounter AI bots they fail to understand, sure its their handler.

I often ask questions to shops in the market place about the products they sell and I ask questions that I want to know but the bot does not answer properly.

Whether or not it is effective to help marketing depends on the scope of the bot because it is not open source like other AI that has larger data compared to bots like that, marketing in the digital era is quite broad and we can basically use many things to support the market that suits our target with the many social media that offer advertising services on their platforms it is much easier.

Bots that are used to answer questions to consumers in market place accounts do have limitations and not all of them can answer if it is not about basic things about the product that we have inputted data and we entered into the program, they will not answer correctly as a whole. I often ask questions to shops in the market place about the products they sell and I ask questions that I want to know but the bot does not answer properly.

talking about these chatbots with that gets integrated with AI to be honest still too early, yes they have limitation but it mainly due to limited resources supplied to them anyway, eventually it will reach to the point where it knowledgeable enough to answer most of the question, remember that as you asked whatever thing to them they also use that data to further learn and improve their model, moreover more parameters are supplied to these newest LLM models so i'm expecting there to be significant improvement, but yes maybe due to these AI chatbots still in early phase it might not be suited for you to use for commercial, real customer support is still necessary since we are talking about brand reputation here.
regardless though having AI to help navigating around amazon for example to find the stuff that exactly suits our needs might be great though speaking from experience and it could help stay in the platform for any customer.
after all these digital age marketing is all about building brands and smooth UI/UX experience for customers, so these AI can still helps.
personally I think its effective marketing, when all the human customer support are offline these bots can be deployed for backups.

Marketing strategies in digital age are very different from the past times. Today, influencer marketing is the most efficient and cost-effective marketing for increasing brand and product awareness, not a TV or web advertisement. You all might remember when Cristiano Ronaldo removed Coca Cola bottle in press conference and this action very negatively affected Coca Cola company.

Not true as it works only of limited categories.
If you just wish to count visitors it is correct though but generate sales you need often more than that.

Not all bots will carry out same activity, the creation of bots look amazing and there's nothing wrong using a bot to market your product. If bots should start answering questions then they're programmed for such task. Op is referring to the modern age marketing strategy and I have seen interactive bots on net, in a case like this the competitor allows the bot to do the talking like being stress free, bots like this attract customers and help in terms of marketing goods. It's obvious a lot of marketers benefit in the digital age so I see robot as a means of marketing products, it's time for former age marketers to accept the fact and embrace the truth and be partaker of the digital age

Marketing's a little weird nowadays, and this is due to the fact that it's become so specific and targeted nowadays that marketing, specifically in the advertisements industry. Things are getting weirder and weirder because of the meme and weirdcore culture, but at the end of the day, whatever works I guess! Influencer marketing is also a pretty effective approach, cheaper and at times reliable as well since these people already got themselves a pretty solid fan bases compared to celebrities who most of the time are ridden with polarizing fan bases. Although as time goes by things are becoming even more dire for the influencer marketing industry since the average joe find these influencers even less and lesser trustworthy, given the fact that the public's already made aware of just how much money these guys make from endorsement and from adsense and the lengths that some of them go to just to get that bag. Memes are becoming more and more mainstream thanks to short-form content made evident by the fact that even large-scale companies which built this "serious no bullshit" atmosphere around them's starting to  post ads riddled with memes and weird shit. We're living in very absurd times.

It's great for any businessperson to expand their business into technology, namely internet firm, since the world is now accessible to technology and nearly everything we know is achievable without it. This is why there are still what we called as customer representatives and they are real humans (not bots) to be able to answer those harder questions. Some only have manual and the question will only be turn over to the admins later on. Patience is only needed there but some who don't have it, find it sucks. It's a turn off for them, so they ended up transferring to the next platform and hoping that it will now be better.

It's better for the bot to be open source so that it will be improved and people will have more trust in it because they can see the code written inside it but that is if there is no suspicious things inside it. Bot must be one of those advantages or tools that can help us in terms of advertisements.

With increasingly advanced technological developments, I think advertising marketing in this digital era is more efficient on social media compared to TV or radio. Because now many people don't spend their daily lives without being connected to the internet, even in my neighborhood there are lots of mothers who spend their daily time with activities and while playing with cellphones that are connected to an internet connection, now you can see many houses that have internet installed without any doubt, this proves that social media is busier than TV. Even though there are some people who don't have cell phones, I'm sure they can hear news or information, even the latest advertisements, from their friends or even from people they don't even know.

With as you said about the Coca Cola advertisement where the bottle slides, of course that is a loss for the company. It is growing rapidly with social media and the internet. So in my opinion marketing in the digital era is more efficient by relying on social media rather than TV and radio or others.

So this is not because of a reason for choosing not to use gadgets, but rather because of the knowledge in using the gadgets themselves that they never had before. So their choice is only on television or radio, which looks more relaxed in the eyes of today's young people.

And if we look in more detail at the choices, actually today's elderly still really want to be young again and experience the current conditions of life with various kinds of technology that can be put to good use to achieve various things.
