That ain't really trading! More like some mashup of gambling and taking wild guesses on where prices are headed in the near future.  For sure it can be fun, but luck's got more to do with it than any real trading strategy.  And getting an edge over the casino? Ha! Theyre the house for a reason - odds are stacked in their favor.  So yeah, gonna say that's a nope!

I have not checked out such features to see what it looks like, but this will not be any different from a normal price prediction game, and at the same time, I might also view it as a forex trading kind of thing. The difference here is that if you predict the price of the currency pair you choose to gamble with to be in a particular state at your selected time, and when the time is off checking the price list and you happen to have a little price difference, either more than expected or not, won't the game be lost?
 
Price repeats most times, but we can't always expect it to happen that way, because that will make it very simple to predict and the gamblers will have a higher winning chance, which the casino won't allow as it will stop them from making a gain and the gamblers winning all the time. The currency price seems to be hard to predict sometimes as not what we expect is always an end result.

Because seeing the title of gambling trading feature is new and something that we have not really had any successful projects that can combine both in one place,  this is because both casino and exchange are two different services that their operations are widely opposites each other and can be hard or almost impossible to combine the two.

But from your explanation,  what you describe is still gambling as long as you are just taking part in the coin price predictions,  and not engaging in those coin exchanges at some point let's say we have some level of freedom to speculate the directions the price of that coin we go and it works in our favour,  you win.

I've considered trading a way of gambling for quite some time now, especially when we talk about futures or intra-day trading, so I think that the target already exists as users in the exchanges. Well, let me first start by saying that I don't know when Bc.game and Rollbit implemented this feature in to their casino, but i think they are not actually the first, if i am not wrong, I think freebitco have had the price prediction game running for quite some time now, even though they only offer price prediction on only Bitcoin, Ethereum which are the two major cryptocurrencies, and then FUN token which is their in-house token.

So, if Bc.game and Rollbit have decided to follow suit by also implementing the price prediction game into their gaming system as well, I think it's a good development, since this also gives gamblers another option of what to gamble their money on, it's a welcomed development and one that could win traders over to try their luck with gambling.

This is called binary options and some people regard it as trading, but we traders consider it as binary option which is more related to gambling. It is different from the options on crypto trading platforms.

I haven’t seen this game but it doesn’t sound too much different from trading the BTC price only maybe made a little easier with a fun interface. I can see how traders could get addicted to a game like this. Seems like once enough bets go one way then the game would cause them all to lose, so I think I’d rather stick to trading without a middleman.

It’s still the same. I don’t see any advantage knowing the price going up and down if you don’t know exactly when will it happened. Also there’s a lot of wild price swing on crypto market so it’s impossible to take advantage on it. It’s still gambling as far I know. Casino will not offer this kind of game if they don’t have an edge over it.

We are still guessing what will be the next move of the price so we are not really on advantage here.

Few new projects are basically existing because of this idea OP is talking about, for example a project called Guessonchain, I don't know if this project will survive but the idea of earning on your prediction makes it fun and even better than slots and poker games, because you aren't fighting your chances off the house in casinos, it's just you and your answers.

I do think it's a bit comparable to trading, since it's all about price action but it's still different, predicting on what Bitcoin value will be in the next 24 hours is not the same thing with using charts to follow price actions, you have the chart and the tools available, it's why gambling is a bit comparable to trading too but not exactly the same, since they don't work the same way.

It’s actually a type of trading which called options trading or binary trading that you bet on the price of something at the given time duration. I believe the closest game to this is the bull/bear game on pancake swap which user place a side long/short based on the mark price.

This game is really exhilarating because you win or lose even on the final seconds due to the volatility of crypto. This very rewarding if you place bet on a side that had few bets on it due to increased of multiplier. I’m not sure exactly how rollbit payout but the pcs bull/bear game has dynamic odds.

If Rollbit I know they have been around for a long time with futures trading but for BC.Game I don't know maybe it's currently available it's just that I rarely visit their casinos - more like ride games than futures trading or called guessing prices with a certain time.

Gamifying trading experience with 1000x or something as stupid leverage was to be expected, but i still prefer real trading. Even with 100x it has always been a gamble and 1000x in reality you would just lose it in the gap between buy and sell walls as in order to win in that, price would need to go only up. There's really no buffer space like people usually have in high leveraged trading.

That being said. I don't hate it. But even crash gives better feeling on what leverage trading is like. 1000x is just too much for anything but luck. Hence the casino hosting it.

Binary is more or less gambling so for such i wont be surprised to see the feature being implemented on Bc.game or any other casinos coming up with the development, sometime it hjusta a line between gambling and trading and the two can co-exist without any form of a problem and is a good addition to the catalogue of exchange.


I have experienced a few casinos that auto-swap the client's balance to whatever currency that the gambler decides to use to withdraw,  so with such development in place, having this trading feature won't be far from activation if the team really want to implement it.

I think including the trading features in a gambling site can be good for some people but it may not be liked by some gamblers.

There are people who are traders and they are gamblers also and if they find that trading can be done on the same gambling site, it will be a convenience for them but on the other hand if someone is not a trader then he may find trading as an abnormality or burden in the gambling site.

You just cannot keep happy all the people so I think the gambling sites can take this decision on themselves that if they want to include the trading or not.

This is going to be a nice feature and that will be an advantage for already existing traders because they can analyze easily on the up or down of the market and bet on it, it will not be like real trade that profit is really difficult. I should take a look at it hoping the odds will be right for good potential winning. I believe it will be gambling and not trading, you just have to analyze and bet normally like other games but predicting the direction of price, whether down or up based on the price mark

I feel like this is even more random than normal 50% betting because when it comes to small moves, coins are usually unpredictable. When you look at the nearest 0.5% move on bitcoin, it's often completely random depending on a single person's choice to buy or sell.
I don't know much about these trading features as I haven't tried them, but I'd rather play my normal game with a random seed than bet on something like this, but some people feel like since this has ties to real life prices of currencies or stocks, it's more predictable and less prone to cheating.

This reminds me that in the past when I wanted to learn how to day trade I didn't know the difference between binary options and day trade, so I had the misfortune to enter a binary options website which is what OP is talking about, I put 5$ and I was trying to predict the movement of the price, what is the closest thing about this and that there is time that the person chooses, so I no longer remember the time that I chose, but it was a short time, because with that I thought I could get it right more and have few mistakes, but I'm wrong, that's because before I practiced on the demo account. but in the real account things were very different

when I put the option up and put in a few minutes, I saw the price rising but when the minutes were almost up the price dropped a lot and as a result I lost, so I put in another 5$ and lost, again I put in another 5$ and I lost, I was losing like that for a few weeks and until I told myself it was time to stop doing it, I wouldn't be able to win anything. and that was my experience with binary options
